对河南科技学院校园和新乡市牧野无公害蔬菜生产基地的几种野生蔬菜的硝酸盐含量进行调查分析。结果表明：硝酸盐在野生蔬菜体内的分布规律表现为：根、茎（叶柄）〉叶片;河南科技学院校园野生蔬菜的硝酸盐含量低于新乡市牧野菜区无公害蔬菜生产基地野生蔬菜的硝酸盐含量;根据沈明珠的蔬菜硝酸盐污染分级标准进行评价,野生蔬菜的硝酸盐污染程度都在三级以下,做熟了可以食用。 相似文献

在新乡市的蔬菜集散市场采集购19种新鲜蔬菜，分为三大类：叶菜类、花果类和根茎类。研究测定了这19种蔬菜中的硝酸盐含最。结果表明：三类蔬菜硝酸盐含量相差比较显著。三类蔬菜硝酸盐含量人小分别为：叶菜类（495．2mg／kg）〉根茎类（234．9mg／kg）〉花果类（161．6mg／kg）。而且19种蔬菜中硝酸盐含量相差比较明显。例如：芹菜硝酸盐含量最高为985．5mg／kg，苦瓜硝酸盐含量最低为23．9mg／kg。根据国际标准计算的硝酸盐人体安全上限标准为1080mg／kg，新乡市蔬菜硝酸盐含量均不超标。 相似文献

对湖州市民日常食用的5大类31种蔬菜154个样品中硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐的污染现状进行了测试和分析.结果表明:不同种类蔬菜的硝酸盐含量分布在80.2～6 458.1mg/kg之间,以均值计依次为:叶菜类(均值1669.38mg/kg)>根茎类(均值955.09mg/kg)>豆类(均值487.90mg/kg)>茄果类(均值390.86mg/kg)>瓜类(均值344.29mg/ kg).在所检测的蔬菜样品中,有17.5%的蔬菜样品的硝酸盐含量超标,其中根茎类蔬菜中硝酸盐含量超标最严重,超标率为27.7%,茄果类蔬菜中硝酸盐含量超标较低,超标率为6.7%.蔬菜受不同程度的硝酸盐污染,污染程度严重的蔬菜样品占26.0%,中、重度污染占55.8%,轻度污染占18.2%.以叶菜类污染最严重,青菜、菠菜、荷兰芹.大白菜等硝酸盐超标非常严重,西红柿、土豆、黄瓜、苦瓜、丝瓜、豇豆等硝酸盐含量相对较低.各类蔬菜的亚硝酸盐含量都较低,在lmg/kg以下,均未超标. 相似文献

对新乡市市民春季常吃的3大类蔬菜取样调查,结果表明:新乡市蔬菜硝酸盐污染较严重,亚硝酸盐无超标现象.所选样品中硝酸盐含量基本趋势是:叶菜类(2 347.01 mg/kg)＞根菜类(1 679.81 mg/kg)＞果菜类(863.99 mg/kg);亚硝酸盐含量总趋势是:叶菜类(2.418 mg/kg)＞根菜类(2.045 mg/kg)＞果菜类(1.887 mg/kg).同时由于地区的不同硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐含量也有差别,硝酸盐含量:市场B的叶菜类硝酸盐含量最高,市场A的果菜类含量最低;亚硝酸盐含量:市场B的叶菜类含量最高,而根茎类含量却明显低于另外两个市场. 相似文献

为检测花溪河水硝酸盐及亚硝酸盐含量,分别采用紫外分光光度法和重氮偶合分光光度法检测水样中的硝酸盐氮及亚硝酸盐氮的含量.水样中硝酸盐氮范围为10 mg/L-15 mg/L,亚硝酸盐氮的含量范围为0.03mg/L-0.20 mg/L.根据GB-5750生活饮用水标准检验方法,花溪河水硝酸盐氮含量低于三类水质的限值,亚硝酸盐氮的含量低于四类水限值.为花溪河污染的科学调控提供了理论依据. 相似文献
