以含有模板剂的介孔氧化硅原粉(HMS)作为原料,通过浸溃法引入微孔沸石合成导向剂,再利用有机模板剂作为介孔产生的模板,通过干凝胶转换方法将介孔材料孔壁晶化得到微孔一介孔复合孔分子筛.采用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)法对样品的结晶度进行了表征,采用氮气吸附等温线测定了样品比表面积和孔分布.结果表明:全硅HMS介孔分子筛在180℃经过6h水蒸汽加热转化后,无定形介孔氧化硅转化为微孔沸石,结晶度达到80%,比表面和孔体积分别为595m^2·g^-1和0.65cm^3·g^-1.而含铝HMS介孔分子筛,因铝的引入阻碍了沸石的转化.当HMS分子筛Si/Al比达到25时,在180℃经过6h水蒸汽加热,所得样品(MZ25.6)孔壁仍为无定型结构.  相似文献

以溶胶凝胶法室温下合成了HMS分子筛原粉(DDA-HMS),考察了索氏抽提法脱膜过程中的抽提条件对HMS中孔结构及有序度的影响,X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶红外(FTIR)、扫描电镜(TEM)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)及失重与差热(TG-DTA)分析表明:不同的抽提溶剂和抽提时间对HMS材料的结构具有不同程度的影响,并首次发现以丙酮抽提DDA合成的HMS具有最稳定的中孔结构和较高的中孔有序度.  相似文献

合成含双元或多元金属的中孔载体材料,以期得到稳定高效多用途的工业催化剂,是材料研究方面新的趋势。采用中性伯胺(DDA)模板剂,在硅酸四乙酯(TEOS)的水解聚沉过程中,将双元金属Fe、Ce引入中孔分子筛骨架中,首次原位合成了分子自组装Fe/Ce—HMS。低角X衍射(XRD)、电子衍射(ED)及电镜(HTEM)分析表明合成样品为一维直通道纳米中孔材料,同时傅立叶红外变换(FT-IR)光谱分析发现SO^2-4有强化分子的组装作用。  相似文献

以乙二胺和钛酸四丁酯作为原料,采用改进的溶胶-凝胶法合成了碳掺杂TiO2可见光响应的光催化材料.以XRD、TEM、XPS、UV-vis等手段对样品进行了表征.结果表明:碳掺杂可以阻止样品由锐钛矿相向金红石相的转变,同时还可以抑制晶粒的生长.碳取代晶格中氧原子形成Ti—C键和O—Ti—C键,它能改变TiO2的能带结构,诱导可见光响应,还可提供新的活性点;碳掺杂400℃煅烧的样品具有较强的可见光响应.可见光下降解亚甲基蓝(MB)的结果表明:乙二胺加入1 mL,煅烧温度400℃时的样品具有最高的可见光光催化活性.  相似文献

为研究成骨细胞在Ti、Ti6Al4V和Ti6Al7Nb三种钛金属表面经喷砂酸蚀处理后的生物活性,通过Al2O3喷砂和盐酸、硫酸混合物酸蚀等表面改性处理技术,在Ti、Ti6Al4V和Ti6Al7Nb三种表面进行喷砂酸蚀处理,通过扫描电镜(scanning electron microscope,SEM)观察样品的表面形貌,用3D激光共聚焦显微镜测量样品表面的粗糙度和三维立体结构;将SD大鼠成骨细胞以1×105 cells/m L密度接种于Ti、Ti6Al4V和Ti6Al7Nb表面后通过MTT活性实验观察成骨细胞在样品表面的增殖,通过荧光显微镜观察成骨细胞在样品表面的黏附、生长与增殖。结果显示Ti、Ti6Al4V和Ti6Al7Nb在经过喷砂酸蚀处理后,表面均呈现出微米级多孔形貌,表面粗糙度增加;细胞在SLA处理后的Ti、Ti6Al4V和Ti6Al7Nb表面增殖良好,细胞伸展更为显著;其中又以Ti6Al7Nb表面的细胞数量最多。表明SLA的表面处理能够促进Ti、Ti6Al4V和Ti6Al7Nb的生物活性;经SLA处理的Ti6Al7Nb比Ti和Ti6Al4V表现出更好的生物学活性,成骨细胞在其表面呈现出更好的增殖及黏附能力。  相似文献

Ti、Al和C粉的燃烧合成实验结果表明,在Ti:Al:C=2:2:1体系中,添加TiC≤10wt.%时,燃烧产物中Ti3AlC2的含量与未添加TiC的相比,有大幅度增加;添加TiC≥20wt.%时,燃烧产物中Ti3AlC2的含量略有减少,而TiC的含量增多.从燃烧温度的角度探讨了TiC对燃烧合成产物相组成的影响.  相似文献
