[目的/意义]针对当前我国多媒体网络舆情响应问题,梳理并提出以危机风险分型为基础的政府组织响应路径整合匹配、响应工作流程模型构建机理,以期为管理决策者提升资源整合能力、网络舆情危机精准响应效力提供参考。[方法/过程]对大数据环境下网络舆情危机动力要素的作用进行分析,提取出网络舆情危机风险分型的基础系数,并以多元结构网络舆情信息的多媒体传播路径为视角提取网络舆情危机风险分型叠加系数,再逐一提取各风险分型下网络舆情危机响应的工作要点。[结果/结论]根据主体结构要素、媒体效力要素、客体属性要素危机作用形态的排序组合,在其关系节点上建立多媒体网络舆情危机等级基数。根据本体成分分化后对舆情危机的不同影响效果,建立多媒体网络舆情危机加成系数。建立多媒体网络舆情危机风险分型模型,将舆情危机风险解构为等级系数和加成系数。从而更为准确地描述舆情危机的表征,有利于判断舆情危机的未来发展态势,提高与既往舆情危机案例匹配的速度与精准度。  相似文献

This study presents the IDEA (internalization, distribution, explanation, action) model as an easy-to-use and situationally generalizable framework for quickly developing effective messages instructing people on how to protect themselves before and during high-risk events, crises, disasters, and other emergencies. The model consists of four elements: helping message recipients internalize the potential impact of the risk or crisis event, identifying appropriate channels and strategies for distributing the risk or crisis event messages, offering a brief and intelligible explanation of the nature of the risk or crisis, and providing specific self-protective action steps for people to take. The model may be used to design messages in any risk, crisis, or emergency context. Through a posttest-only quasi-experimental cross-sectional research experiment, this study measured the perceived message effectiveness, cognitive understanding, and behavioral intentions of those viewing a television news story about a crisis situation employing the IDEA model compared to those viewing a similar story replicating typical crisis event news stories delivered to general publics. This comparative examination revealed that the message designed according to the IDEA model was significantly more effective than the status quo message and resulted in greater behavioral intentions to engage in appropriate self-protective actions in the event of an acute risk or crisis situation. [目的/意义] 基于社交媒体,探索突发事件信息生命周期中不同利益相关者的动态分类及其关注主题的演变规律,为更精准的危机信息监测与动态决策提供依据。[方法/过程] 以特定危机事件的事实文本数据为来源,以利益相关者理论和动态主题模型为指导,构建三维动态主题演化模型以对社交媒体危机事件中不同利益相关者的分类与话题关注进行主题挖掘。其中包括时间粒度划分、利益相关者的定量评估、基于时间和主体的危机主题观点识别与刻画,并利用可视化工具对该动态趋势进行表征。[结果/结论] 基于三维动态主题演化模型,利益相关者的组成与分类在不同阶段中具有明显的差异性,同时其关注主题与行为特征也体现出不同的偏好性和动态差异性。危机主体的动态与危机主题的动态有效结合,能够更加全面地表达舆情传播的特点和规律。  相似文献

The 2010 Greek financial crisis marks an important chapter in an era where the underlying maneuvers of private financial entities figure centrally in the wherewithal of Western nation states. Utilizing framing research, this study examines representation of the Greek crisis by US news media from December 2009 to July 2010. In contrast to the incident's coverage in the European and business press initially attributing the crisis to speculation and the manipulation of Greek debt, major US news media presented the event through specific event-driven frames that obscured knowledge of deeper causes. By drawing attention to dramatic events in Athens and the American stock markets, US outlets presented the financial crisis in narrow terms that blamed the event on alleged character flaws and ineptitudes of a nation and its people. This reportage legitimized proposals of economic austerity as reparation. In the midst of excessive business and financial-related information, the ability of US journalism to explain how and for whom transnational economic processes proceed remains provisional. Journalism prompting public discourse on such dynamics is crucial at present as the formulas hastening the Greek crisis now threaten industrialized countries throughout the West.  相似文献

国家形象危机的出现一般有两种情况:一种是与危机事件相伴随的形象危机;一种是传播失当(当传不传和不正确地传播)造成的形象危机。无论哪一种情况出现,国家形象的受损都是不可避免的。为了减轻国家形象受损的程度,或者从根本上避免形象危机的出现,制定科学、有效的危机应对和传播策略是十分必要的。为此需要改变旧有的传播观念;树立危机传播意识;尊重国际传播规律;掌握有效传播的方法与技巧。  相似文献

In 2013, the global dairy company Fonterra recalled its potentially contaminated Whey Protein Concentrates (WPC 80). This recall crisis led to a drop in sales in China not only for Fonterra but also all dairy products originating in New Zealand. We adopted the Cultural Discourse Studies approach (Shi, 2015) to present a holistic analysis of Fonterra’s crisis communication behavior with regard to this crisis. We treat Fonterra’s reactions to the recall crisis as a discursive/communicative event with multiple elements and focus on its cultural orientation. Though Fonterra reacted to the crisis in a professional manner, it ignored special concerns from the Chinese market and was clearly deficient in intercultural understanding and in communicating with the public. This resulted in an ineffective and asymmetrical communication and consequently its short-term failure. This paper enriches current crisis communication literature by providing a cultural discourse studies’ paradigm in addition to discussing crisis communication in a global context.  相似文献

采用光沉积-液相化学法调节电子流向,构建了直接Z型TiO2/Ag/Ag3PO(4 )(TAAPO)光催化材料.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、紫外-可见漫反射光谱仪以及光致发光(PL)光谱仪等手段对其进行表征,并对其在可见光照射下催化降解环丙沙星(CIP)的性能进行了研究.结果表明,当水体pH为3.0,催化剂分散浓度为0.3 g/L,CIP的初始浓度为15 mg/L时,光催化降解体系能够取得最佳的去除效果.在该组条件下,光照120 min CIP的降解率约为99%,并且在经历4个循环后仍然保持了良好的降解效果.在光催化降解CIP的过程中,主要反应活性物种为超氧自由基(·O2  相似文献

In the current study the authors investigate victims' response to a natural disaster crisis event. Crisis communication research has often considered organizations, but neglected the voice of the victims. Similarly, most crisis research emphasizes the negative outcomes of crisis. Positive communication research and sensemaking theory provide insight into the experiences of crisis victims. Twenty-nine individuals were interviewed from one community in Western Kentucky following a massive ice storm that occurred during January 2009. The remembering emphasis of sensemaking was salient in this study. Victims remembered their overall experience through positive terms and positive interpersonal communication. Communities and organizations alike can use this research to consider how their members may respond to crises and create messages based on these results.  相似文献
