中职学生是未来的劳动技术大军,是最前沿的基础劳动力。目前,中职学校的学生思想道德素质主流是好的,但因绝大多数学生是中考失利者,普遍存在自卑心理或“破罐子破摔”的想法,再加上中职生年龄偏小,身心发展不成熟,人生观、世界观、价值观正在形成的关键时期,容易受外界的不良干扰;而且中职学校生源陡增,学校普遍重视职业技能教育,反而德育跟不上等种种原因,使中职学生产生职业道德失范行为。加强新时期中职生职业道德教育,对于培养适应企业和社会需求的人才有积极意义。本文首先分析了中职学校学生职业道德的社会要求和现实状况;第二部分从社会、家庭、教育、心理四个方面,详细分析了导致中职学生职业道德失范问题的原因;第三部分从更新的与观念、创新德育方法,增加德育内容、强化教师职业道德、建设和谐校园文化、营造校园网络育人环境五个方面探讨了中职学生的德育对策,为解决中职学校学生职业道德问题提供一点建设性的意见。 相似文献
