目的:研究滁菊总黄酮(TFCJ)抗大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤(FCIRI)作用.方法:取120只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为6组,即假手术组、模型组、T FCJ高中低组和血塞通组,其中假手术组每日灌胃10 mL/kg0.5％ 羧甲基纤维素(CMC)溶液,手术仅分离血管;模型组每日灌胃10 mL/kg 0.5％CMC溶液,复制FCIRI模型;T FCJ高中低剂量组和血塞通组每日灌胃40 mg/kg、20 mg/kg、10 mg/kg T FCJ和25 mg/kg血塞通,用0.5％CM C溶液配制,复制FCIRI模型.以上全部大鼠每日灌胃1次,周期为7 d.使用神经评分系统、TTC染色和脑指数评估大鼠神经系统缺陷程度,SOD、GSH-Px、CAT和MDA评估氧化应激程度,H E染色用于评估脑组织病理变化.结果:取120只雄性S D大鼠,随机分为6组,假手术组每日灌胃10 mL/kg 0.5％ 羧甲基纤维素(CMC)溶液,手术仅分离血管;模型组每日灌胃10 mL/kg 0.5％CM C溶液,复制FCIRI模型;T FCJ高中低剂量组和血塞通组每日灌胃40 mg/kg、20 mg/kg、10 mg/kg TFCJ和25 mg/kg血塞通,用0.5％CMC溶液配制,复制FCIRI模型.以上全部大鼠每日灌胃1次,周期为7 d.使用神经评分系统、TTC染色和脑指数评估大鼠神经系统缺陷程度,SOD、GSH-Px、CAT和MDA评估氧化应激程度,HE染色用于评估脑组织病理变化.结论:TFCJ对大鼠RCIRI具有保护作用. 相似文献

目的:探讨绞股蓝皂苷(Gynostemma saponin)对对乙酰氨基酚(Acetaminophen,APAP)引起的急性肝毒性的影响。方法:将28只小鼠,随机分为空白对照组、APAP组、绞股蓝皂苷组。绞股蓝皂苷组小鼠灌胃绞股蓝皂苷(80mg/kg),连续3d,其他组给予等体积生理盐水。第3天末次给药后2h,绞股蓝皂苷组和APAP组腹腔注射对乙酰氨基酚溶液(500mg/kg),空白对照组给予等体积生理盐水。APAP处理后6h取血清测血液生化指标谷丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)。结果:与空白对照组比较,APAP组的脏器系数、ALT和AST水平均显著升高(P <0. 05),与APAP组比较,绞股蓝皂苷组的脏器系数、ALT和AST水平均显著升高(P <0. 05)。结论:对乙酰氨基酚造成了小鼠急性肝损伤,绞股蓝皂苷可加重对乙酰氨基酚对小鼠的肝毒性。 相似文献

为了说明大豆异黄酮抗抑郁作用与脑区雌激素受体α(ERα)关系,通过产后每天3 h分离建立产后抑郁母鼠模型,再将具有抑郁样行为C57BL/6J母鼠分别用蒸馏水、15 mg/kg和30 mg/kg大豆异黄酮溶液每天0.3 L连续灌胃10 d.在强迫游泳和悬尾实验中,30 mg/kg大豆异黄酮使小鼠运动时间和频次明显高于用蒸馏水、15 mg/kg灌胃组(P0.05),脑区ERα-免疫阳性细胞(ERα-IRs)也明显低于用蒸馏水、15 mg/kg灌胃这两组.实验表明大豆异黄酮可减少母鼠的抑郁样行为可能与ERα水平降低有关. 相似文献

苦参总碱（Tital Alkaloid of Sophora Flavescens,TASF）20mg/kg,40mg/kg能明显对抗鸟头碱20ug/kg,BaCl2 2mg/kg和结扎左冠状动脉前降支诱发大鼠的室性心律失常.TASF也能明显对抗CaCl2-Ach（CaCl20.6％+Ach 0.0025％）混合液10ml/kg诱发小鼠心房纤颤或扑动.大鼠心电图（ECG）试验证明TASF有负性频率作用,负性传导作用.这些作用可能是TASF抗心律失常作用的药理学基础. 相似文献

目的:观察不同复方中药制剂对SD大鼠血清总胆固醇含量的影响。方法:选择断奶大鼠150只,随机分为对照组、组方一、组方二和组方三组,分别按体质量1.5 m L/kg、3.0 m L/kg、6.0 m L/kg灌胃中药复方,对照组灌胃3.0 m L/kg蒸馏水。分别于灌胃10 d、30 d、60 d后心脏采血并分离血清,测定总胆固醇含量,并经SPSS 20.0软件进行统计分析。结果:与对照组相比,灌胃复方中药制剂组方一组剂量为3.0m L/kg 30 d和60 d的SD大鼠血清总胆固醇含量较对照组极显著降低(P0.01),剂量为6.0 m L/kg 10d、30 d和60 d的SD大鼠血清总胆固醇含量较对照组极显著降低(P0.01);灌胃复方中药制剂组方二组各剂量组在10 d、30 d、60 d时与对照组比较,SD大鼠血清总胆固醇含量减少,但差异不显著(P0.05);灌胃复方中药制剂组方三剂量为6.0 m L/kg 30 d和60 d的SD大鼠血清总胆固醇含量较对照组极显著降低(P0.01)。结论:组方一可显著降低SD大鼠血清总胆固醇的含量,其中以6.0 m L/kg组复方中药制剂效果最为显著。 相似文献

探讨甲醛染毒对运动大鼠血红蛋白(HB)含量的影响及刺五加的保护作用.采用40只2月龄雄性Wistar大鼠,体重180±10g,随机分为对照组、模型组、刺五加组进行动式染毒,甲醛染毒剂量分别为0.8mg/m3、2.4mg/m3.每天染毒30min,每周6次,连续4周,刺五加的灌胃剂量为104.17mg/kg,测定运动大鼠HB含量.实验结果表明,模型组与对照组相比,模型组大鼠血HB含量均明显低于对照组(P0.05);刺五加组与模型组相比,刺五加组大鼠HB含量均明显高于模型组(P0.05).由实验得:甲醛可以造成运动大鼠HB含量降低,而灌服刺五加可以有效缓解其毒性. 相似文献

目的:本实验观察复心汤灌胃对大鼠心肌缺血模型的影响.方法:Wistar大鼠60只,雌雄各半,随机分成6组,每组10只.正常对照组:生理盐水灌胃;模型组:生理盐水灌胃;地奥心血康组:等效剂量地奥心血康灌胃(0.12g/kg/d);复心汤高剂量组:6倍等效剂量灌胃(81g/kg/d);复心汤中剂量组:3倍等效剂量灌胃(40.5g/kg/d);复心汤低剂量组:等效剂量灌胃(13.5g/kg/d).每日早晚各一次,连续7天.第8天除正常对照组外,其余各组于给药1小时后,用垂体后叶素(Pituitrinum,pit)制备心肌缺血模型.观察大鼠的心电图(ECG)、心肌组织乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和肌酸激酶(CK)含量的改变、左室压力下降最大速率(?dp/dtmax)、左室舒张末压(LVEDP)的变化.结果:与模型组比较,复心汤各剂量组和地奥心血康组表现出显著对抗作用(P<0.05,P<0.01).与正常组比较,模型组大鼠CK及LDH活力显著升高,具有极显著性差异(P<0.001).结论:复心汤有治疗和预防心肌缺血的作用,对于心脏舒张功能的防治亦有明显的作用. 相似文献

Word is the smallest, independent, meaningful linguistic unit of language. It can well reflect the national and historical characteristics. From synchronic aspect, the social and cultural influence on word meaning is mainly embodied in conceptual and associative meanings of word. The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent.
