以歌德学院、塞万提斯学院为参照系可见孔子学院命名在语言对外推广和文化对外传播理念上之失误、涉嫌宗教之失误、忽略孔子妇女观和民主观及科学观之失误、对中国文化理解之失误。补救的新战略就是孔子学院应改名为曹雪芹学院,转变观念,与国际上先进的语言对外推广和文化对外传播理念接轨,坚定不移地遵循语言通过文学推广、文化通过文学传播之理念,在汉语对外推广和中国文化对外传播过程中以学习和研究中国文学的教师作为主要师资、切实把中国文学作为主要工具和主要教学内容,从而避免赤裸裸的文化输出,避免生硬的语法灌输和枯燥的文化灌输,致力于在对中国文学的教学中潜移默化地推广汉语语言、传播中国文化。 相似文献

AbstractFollowing four years of continuous expansion in scale, the Confucius Institutes have begun entering the stage of implicit development: the most pressing question that needs answering is whether the Confucius Institutes, which are devoted to the dissemination of Chinese culture, can achieve the spread of Chinese culture overseas through day-to-day Chinese teaching. This paper reviews the Confucius Institutes’ strategy for the dissemination of Chinese culture from four perspectives: first, it dissects the connotations of Chinese culture, to clarify precisely what aspects of Chinese culture the institutes are seeking to disseminate; second, it analyzes the current international cultural order and challenges that may be faced in the process of cultural dissemination, and uses this foundation to draw lessons from other countries’ strategies for linguistic and cultural dissemination; third, it clarifies the methods, channels, and mechanisms for cultural dissemination; and last, it tracks the results of overseas cultural dissemination by the Confucius Institutes, and offers a scientific assessment. 相似文献

孔教大学和孔子学院是中国近现代对外教育交流的重要媒介,二者的性质存在巨大差异,但均与孔子、汉语教学相关联。历史上的孔教大学是民族文化危机的产物,其对外教育交流活动扩大了儒学文化的影响。当今海外孔子学院作为中外合作办学机构,适应了中外文化交流发展的需要。从孔教大学到孔子学院的办学演变表明:主权独立是平等开展对外教育交流的政治基础,近代中国的半殖民地地位严重制约了中国对外教育交流与文化传播,当代中国的改革开放与经济持续发展是海外孔子学院发展的强大动力。 相似文献

This paper is based on a study of three Confucius Institutes in Canada. The research aims to explore the nature of operations at Confucius Institutes, ranging from the selection of partnering Chinese universities, to the program planning at each individual site. Specifically, it focuses on the perceived impacts of the Confucius Institute partnership on the Canadian hosting institutions. Data was collected through interviews with key administrative staff from three Canadian universities. The theoretical framework of constructivism from international relations theory and concepts drawn from the literature on the internationalization of higher education were used to analyze the findings. Key issues revealed from the data include the host’s perception of Confucius Institutes as China’s cultural diplomacy and soft power strategy, the progression of partnerships between Canada and China over time, and university autonomy. 相似文献

AbstractAs of year-end 2014, the Confucius Institutes—the largest international educational cooperation project in human history, and the largest internationalization project in the history of Chinese universities—celebrated their first decade of existence. This case study examines 27 Confucius Institutes in 15 countries spread across six continents around the world and relies on first-hand empirical data to reveal their development models, experiences, and challenges; disparities in operations in developed countries and developing countries; and the far-reaching significance of Chinese Universities 3.0: Going International with respect to the development of world civilizations. The significance of the Confucius Institutes’ past decade of development is not limited to Chinese teaching and the popularization of Chinese culture around the world, but rather rests in the proactive promotion of the Chinese model for educational development, diversification of human civilization, and bidirectional cooperation, truly embodying a new realm of peace, cooperation and equality. This model actively assumes and promotes the peaceful mission of exchanges and dialogue between different civilizations, providing a positive lesson for the further development of the Confucius Institutes, for international cooperation and educational development by Chinese universities, and even for UNESCO, the World Bank, and other institutions for international development. 相似文献
