在标定工况下的往复式发动机是一个复杂多变的动态系统。其内部惯性力系中的不平衡力、力矩是引起发动机振动和噪声的主要激励源。单缸发动机对一阶往复惯性力、二阶往复惯性力的稳态响应分别为两个振动方向相同、初相位不同、频率之比为1∶2的倍频谐振动;其合振动是复杂的周期振动。而采用平面对称曲轴的直列四缸发动机的作用力矩的基频等于曲轴回转角速度的一半,整机二阶往复惯性力为单缸机的四倍,其稳态响应是简谐振动。对发动机进行动力学分析,了解其振动特性,并采取适当的减振措施,有助于改善整机的工作性能。 相似文献

阀控式液压电梯系统作为机械与液压的耦合体,振动现象不可避免.然而液压电梯的振动经常被忽略,本文针对液压电梯系统,通过建立两自由度的振动模型,分析了液压电梯轿厢的振动响应特性,综合考虑了惯性力和油液脉动力对轿厢振动位移与振动加速度的影响.在分析惯性力对轿厢振动响应影响时,主要考虑了不同载荷变化以及不同的速度曲线轿厢的振动情况;以油液脉动力作为外部激振力时,分析了不同固有频率的激振力对液压系统轿厢振动响应情况.通过理论分析和仿真实验,为解决液压电梯振动问题提供了理论依据和设计参考. 相似文献

某农机柴油发动机新更换的铸造铝合金活塞在使用中发生爆裂,采用化学成分分析、硬度测定和金相检验等试验方法对爆裂后的碎片进行了分析.结果表明,此活塞在铸造化学成份上铁含量超标,基体组织上存在大量针状铁相杂质,而且基体组织级别超标、组织粗大,直接导致零件强度低、韧性差,在使用中承受不了高温下的冲击力,从而造成活塞快速爆裂而最终失效. 相似文献
