With the rapid development of mobile technology and large usage rates of mobile phones, mobile instant message (MIM) services have been widely adopted in China. Although previous studies on the adoption of mobile services are quite extensive, few focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty to MIM in China. In this study, we examine the determinants of customer satisfaction and loyalty. The findings confirm that trust, perceived service quality, perceived customer value, including functional value and emotional value, contribute to generating customer satisfaction with MIM. The results also show that trust, customer satisfaction and switching cost directly enhance customer loyalty. Additionally, this study finds that age, gender, and usage time have moderating effects. Finally, implications for the marketing of MIM are discussed.  相似文献

首先从态度和行为两个层面给出了品牌忠诚的全面定义,构建了以品牌体验为自变量,品牌忠诚为因变量,产品卷入为调节变量的结构方程模型。实证结果表明:品牌体验四个维度对品牌忠诚两维度的影响各有不同,但产品卷入的调节作用不显著。这一结论更进一步诠释了品牌体验如何影响品牌忠诚。  相似文献

以自我概念一致性为起点,品牌认同、品牌承诺为中介,对网商品牌忠诚的形成过程进行了实证分析,研究表明:真实自我概念一致性对品牌认同没有显著影响,但理想自我概念一致性不仅对品牌认同有显著影响,而且对情感依恋承诺、社会顺从承诺都有显著影响;品牌认同对品牌承诺和品牌忠诚都有积极的正向作用,但品牌认同对品牌承诺的关系强度更大;情感依恋承诺只对重复购买意向有显著正向影响,而社会顺从承诺只对正面口碑相传有显著正向影响。  相似文献

A growing number of enterprises begin to utilize user-generated content (UGC) to help build brand awareness and loyalty on social media platforms. Thus, it is important to investigate what makes UGC more helpful under the new social media environment. This study attempts to identify the influence mechanism of UGC helpfulness by examining the systematic impacts of argument quality and source reliability, especially considering the effects of creator interactivity. Using a dataset of product-related UGC in a popular social media app, our empirical study finds that the detailedness, readability, and objectivity of the content, as well as the social recognition and popularity of the creator, all have a significant impact on UGC helpfulness. Furthermore, the results indicate that creator interactivity plays a vital role in building UGC helpfulness by moderating other factors. This study contributes to both UGC and social media literature by proposing a comprehensive model to better understand UGC helpfulness. It also provides several practical insights for content creators to improve their online performances.  相似文献

There is an ongoing debate over the activities of brands and companies in social media. Some researchers believe social media provide a unique opportunity for brands to foster their relationships with customers, while others believe the contrary. Taking the perspective of the brand community building plus the brand trust and loyalty literatures, our goal is to show how brand communities based on social media influence elements of the customer centric model (i.e., the relationships among focal customer and brand, product, company, and other customers) and brand loyalty. A survey-based empirical study with 441 respondents was conducted. The results of structural equation modeling show that brand communities established on social media have positive effects on customer/product, customer/brand, customer/company and customer/other customers relationships, which in turn have positive effects on brand trust, and trust has positive effects on brand loyalty. We find that brand trust has a fully mediating role in converting the effects of enhanced relationships in brand community to brand loyalty. The implications for marketing practice and future research are discussed.  相似文献

To stand up for the brands they support, members of brand communities develop “oppositional brand loyalty” towards other rival brands. This study identifies how the interaction characteristics of brand community affect the perceived benefits of community members, and whether the perceived benefits cause members to develop community commitment, as well as the relationship between community commitment and oppositional brand loyalty. This study examined members of online automobile communities in Taiwan, and obtained a total of 283 valid samples. The analytical results reveal that interaction characteristics of brand community make members perceive many benefits, with “brand community engagement” being the most noticeable. Furthermore, hedonic, social, and learning benefits are the main factors to form community commitments. When members have community commitments, they will form oppositional brand loyalty to other rival brands. Based on the analytical results, this study provides suggestions to enterprises regarding online brand community operations.  相似文献

This paper examines the antecedents of branding co-creation that include social networking sites’(SNSs) participation motivations,customer participation, brand trust and brand loyalty in social media brand communities by applying the “Stimulus-Organism-Response paradigm”. The survey method was used to gather data from 407 social media users. Data were analysed using structural equation modeling techniques. The findings reveal that SNSs’ participation motivations positively influence customer participation, which in turn significantly affects brand trust and brand loyalty. Consequently, both brand trust and brand loyalty positively influence branding co-creation in brand communities on social media. Furthermore, brand trust contributes as a mediator between customer participation and brand loyalty on social media brand communities. Although studies on relationships examined through the lens of the Stimulus-Organism-Response paradigm are popular, to the authors’ surprise there is scant literature examining the relationships between SNSs’ participation motivations, customer participation in social media brand communities, brand trust, brand loyalty and branding co-creation.  相似文献

从顾客的心理能级出发提出品牌资产由品牌认知度、品牌知名度、品牌联想度、品牌美誉度、品牌忠诚度构成。在顾客心理能级中最重要的是顾客的品牌忠诚度,它集中体现着品牌资产的价值。顾客品牌忠诚的形成是一个复杂的过程,可以用期望效用理论、满意度理论和刺激—反应的学习理论来解释。品牌忠诚一旦形成,就会对品牌资产产生影响。基于顾客忠诚,又提出了品牌资产提升的双循环模型。外循环着重提高顾客的品牌忠诚度,忠诚度的提高将会带动内循环各要素的协同作用,并向有利于品牌资产提升的方向变动,最终提升品牌资产。  相似文献

高科技品牌在进行品牌延伸时,延伸产品与母品牌产品之间的技术一致性并非总是有效的,品牌类型和品牌忠诚度会影响技术一致性在品牌延伸中的作用。通过文献综述、问卷和量表的测量,对实验数据进行了统计分析,结果表明:对于综合导向型高科技品牌,无论消费者的品牌忠诚度的高低,消费者对于技术适度不一致延伸产品的评价与技术一致的延伸产品的评价没有差异;对于功能导向型高科技品牌,与品牌类型相比消费者的品牌忠诚度起到更显著的作用,高品牌忠诚的消费者对技术适度不一致的延伸产品的评价与技术一致产品的评价没有差异,同时对技术极度不一致的延伸产品的评价有明显的提高,低品牌忠诚的消费者对延伸产品的评价则依赖于延伸产品与母品牌产品的技术一致性水平。  相似文献

分别以手机和洗发水为考察对象,实证研究了耐用品和日用品这两类不同产品作用下顾客价值对品牌忠诚的影响。通过针对不同产品的分组多元回归可以发现,在顾客价值对行为忠诚、态度忠诚的影响中,耐用品和日用品存在显著不同。对于耐用品而言,功能性价值、精神性价值、成本性价值对行为忠诚和态度忠诚均有直接正向影响;对于日用品而言,功能性价值和成本性价值先后对行为忠诚产生影响,而对态度忠诚先后产生影响的则是功能性价值和精神性价值。  相似文献

本文以国内在校大学生为研究对象,在ESM-IS模型基础上,结合移动社会化电子商务的特点,提取了用户信任、主页声誉、关系强度、专业性几个测度指标,对其进行了扩展和改进,建立了大学生移动社会化电子商务品牌忠诚度模型,并采用问卷调查的方式收集数据和结构方程模型进行验证。结果表明,国内大学生的满意度和持续使用意愿对品牌忠诚度有着直接正向的作用。  相似文献

通过对品牌形象、品牌资产的理论分析,从消费者视角重构了品牌影响力的概念及维度,并基于612个汽车消费者样本,利用结构方程模型和层级回归方法,对企业社会责任(CSR)与品牌影响力的关系进行研究。结果显示,CSR承诺、CSR水平、CSR时间选择可以显著地提高品牌影响力,而CSR关联度对品牌影响力的作用却相反。且消费者的企业社会责任——企业能力信念对CSR与品牌影响力的关系有微弱的调节效应。最后,提出了相应的管理建议。  相似文献

We study youth materialism as an antecedent of problematic smartphone dependency among adolescents. Based on Uses and Gratifications theory and the I-PACE framework, we consider process- and social-oriented smartphones as mediators in the relationship between youth materialism and problematic smartphone dependency. Using data from 463 French late adolescents (mean 16.8 years; 58 % female), known as digital natives, we demonstrate that paths differ depending on gender. For girls, youth materialism is positively related to problematic smartphone dependency via social-oriented smartphone use, whereas this relationship is nonsignificant for boys. Moreover, youth materialism is positively related to problematic smartphone dependency via process-oriented smartphone use for both boys and girls, but the relationship is stronger for boys than for girls. We discuss the implications of these results for business and social policies.  相似文献

伴随着社会化媒体的普及,企业日益注重虚拟品牌社区的建设,借此向顾客展示产品独特价值,以期形成良好的口碑传播效应。通过采用扎根理论研究方法,搜集社区评论信息作为经验资料,并进行编码分析,提炼出互动体验、社区归属感以及品牌定位等范畴,阐释了顾客参与价值共创与品牌形象塑造的关系。研究表明,产品价值共创包括价值认知以及用户需求等核心要素,且有利于形成良好的品牌文化,而品牌形象的塑造则依赖于创新产品及建构以用户价值交互为基础的生态圈,顾客参与价值共创有助于品牌形象的塑造,企业应围绕产品创新打造虚拟品牌社区,强化顾客互动体验,并建立完善的信息沟通机制,引导顾客积极参与价值共创。  相似文献

[目的/意义]为了探索突发事件中网络社会资本对受众认知偏差的影响机制,以便有效实现对突发事件舆论偏差进行监控与治理。[方法/过程]以桥接型资本与黏合型资本为自变量,认知偏差为因变量,结构性级联与关系性级联为中介变量构建研究理论模型,通过问卷调查法对相关数据进行采集,采用结构方程模型方法,并借助AMOS22.0及STATA统计软件对数据进行处理和分析。[结果/结论]研究发现:a.桥接型社会资本及黏合型资本通过关系性级联和结构性级联中介作用对受众认知偏差产生显著正向影响,且桥接型资本通过两中介变量对受众认知偏差的影响,大于黏合型资本通过两中介变量对受众认知偏差的影响。b.在个体层面,用户投射性认同在关系性级联对受众认知偏差影响路径中存在显著正向调节效应;在群体层面,群体协同性在结构性级联对受众认知偏差影响路径中存在显著正向调节效应。c.网络社会资本对受众认知偏差的影响效应,在性别、年龄及学历人口统计学上存在显著性差异。最后,对研究结果进行分析和讨论,并指出了研究价值及未来展望。  相似文献

Despite humanoid service robots having attracted considerable research attention, it remains unclear how consumers respond to some specific human characteristics of robots. Drawing from theories on social categorization and identification, we study the role of consumer perceived control as a psychological mechanism to explain how human-robot gender congruity alters consumers’ affective reactions (feelings of comfort in the service encounter and service brand attitudes). We also consider that such gender congruity effects may be contingent on the individual cultural value of masculinity. We demonstrate experimentally that human-robot gender congruity (vs. incongruity) elicits more positive affect, while masculinity moderates some of these effects. Moreover, perceived control mediates effects of gender congruity on affective reactions only for consumers high on masculinity. We offer three major theoretical contributions as we 1) focus on social identity theory to shed light on how human-robot gender congruity affects consumer behavior in service encounters, 2) demonstrate the role of perceptions of control as a psychological process variable to explain these effects, and 3) provide insights into the role of the cultural value of masculinity as a factor that shapes human-robot gender congruity effects.  相似文献

Our research attempts to track the role of coolness factors (i.e., attractiveness, subculture, and uniqueness) on user satisfaction and loyalty with respect to technological products. For this purpose, we construct a model for a particular technological product on the basis of coolness and satisfaction–loyalty theories. We then gather survey-based data from 454 Koreans for measuring the coolness factors, satisfaction, and loyalty variables. Subsequently, we employ an artificial neural network–structural equation model for testing the proposed model. Based on the outcomes, (1) we find that attractiveness and uniqueness have notable and positive effects on satisfaction, (2) whereas, subculture does not have a considerable impact on satisfaction. (3) In addition, a positive association between satisfaction and loyalty is identified. (4) Interestingly, there are no significant moderating influences of age and gender on the associations of coolness elements. Overall, the outcomes of our research contribute to the expansion of the literature regarding coolness theory and user experience of technologies.  相似文献
