为评价中国优秀女子沙滩排球运动员身体形态特征,根据文献资料调研及专家问卷确定其身体形态特征指标后,于2006年对中国现役全部女子沙滩排球运动员进行测试。国外优秀女子沙滩排球运动员资料来自国际排联。与国内一般女子沙滩排球运动员相比,中国优秀女子沙滩排球运动员具有身高臂长、踝细小腿长、体重大、肌肉含量高的身体形态特征。中国优秀女子沙滩排球运动员的基本身体形态指标与世界优秀女子沙滩排球运动员没有差别。尽快构建、完善与世界优秀女子沙滩排球运动员相适应的身体形态模式,并根据我国国情制定出优秀女子沙滩排球运动员身体形态评价标准将有利于为我国沙滩排球科学选材和科学训练提供专项形态上的定量参考。  相似文献

对 81名优秀花泳运动员的23项身体形态指标作了测试。测试结果表明,世界优秀花泳运动员身体形态十分一致,且身体形态特点符合竞技要求。她们身材匀称,身高、体重适中,肩较宽,上肢较长,骨盆较窄,体型平均分值是 3.8-3.3-3.2,内、中、外 3因子分值较接近,俄罗斯运动员身体形态最优。测得的身体形态指标的平均值,可作为花泳运动员形态选材依据。此外,提出的3个判别函数式,可作为评定花泳运动员体型的简便方法。  相似文献

Waiter’s serve (WS) is a specific tennis serve posture frequently observed in young players, and commonly considered as a technical error by tennis coaches. However, biomechanical impact of WS is unknown. The aims of this study were to identify the potential consequences of WS in young elite players relating to performance and injury risk, and to explain the kinematic causes of WS. Serve of 18 male junior elite players (Top 10 national French ranking, aged 12–15 years) was captured with a 20 camera, 200?Hz VICON MX motion analysis system. Depending on their serve technique, the players were divided into two groups (WS versus Normal Serve [NS]) by experienced coaches. Injury data were collected for each player during a 12-month-period following the motion capture. Normalized peak kinetic values of the dominant arm were calculated using inverse dynamics. In order to explain WS posture, upper limb kinematics were calculated during the cocking and the acceleration phases of the serve. Enhancing the understanding of coordination and variability in the tennis serve may be of interest to coaches as they work with players to improve performance. The current study examined coordinated joint rotations and variability in the lower limbs, trunk, serving arm and ball location in the elite female tennis serve. Pre-pubescent, pubescent and adult players performed maximal effort flat serves while a 22-camera 500 Hz motion analysis system captured three-dimensional body kinematics. Coordinated joint rotations in the lower limbs and trunk appeared most consistent at the time players left the ground, suggesting that they coordinate the proximal elements of the kinematic chain to ensure that they leave the ground at a consistent time, in a consistent posture. Variability in the two degrees of freedom at the elbow became significantly greater closer to impact in adults, possibly illustrating the mechanical adjustments (compensation) these players employed to manage the changing impact location from serve to serve. Despite the variable ball toss, the temporal composition of the serve was highly consistent and supports previous assertions that players use the location of the ball to regulate their movement. Future work should consider these associations in other populations, while coaches may use the current findings to improve female serve performance.  相似文献

The aim of this study was to determine what visual information expert soccer players encode when they are asked to make a decision. We used a repetition-priming paradigm to test the hypothesis that experts encode a soccer pattern's structure independently of the players' physical characteristics (i.e., posture and morphology). The participants were given either realistic (digital photos) or abstract (three-dimensional schematic representations) soccer game patterns. The results showed that the experts benefited from priming effects regardless of how abstract the stimuli were. This suggests that an abstract representation of a realistic pattern (i.e., one that does not include visual information related to the players' physical characteristics) is sufficient to activate experts' specific knowledge during decision making. These results seem to show that expert soccer players encode and store abstract representations of visual patterns in memory.  相似文献

为了探寻女子羽毛球运动员后场击球后单脚落地对膝关节前十字韧带损伤的影响,通过比较正手、反手场区头顶击球单脚落地时躯干加速度及运动变量的差异,寻求运动风险的变量因素。10名优秀女子羽毛球运动员穿戴三维加速计进行单打比赛,使用同步摄像机记录产生超过4g加速度的时刻,分析了加速度>4g时着陆点躯干倾斜角和髋关节外展角。结果显示:在头顶击球过程中,正手场区和反手场区的躯干侧弯及躯干加速度存在差异,反手区头顶击球时横向加速度大于正手区(P<0.05,es=0.706);反手场区单脚落地时躯干倾斜角(24°±7°)大于正手侧(17°±13°);正反手两侧躯干倾斜角均大于先前报道的受伤角度,反手侧的髋外展角(23°±11°)大于正手侧的髋外展角(-1°±8°);反手场区的3个轴的加速度与躯干侧弯、髋外展角度均呈显著相关性。反手场区头顶击球后,单脚落地姿势与前交叉韧带损伤的落地姿势相似,反手侧躯干过度侧弯和高风险落地姿势可能与羽毛球比赛中膝关节前十字韧带损伤有关。  相似文献

文章针对国家武术运动管理中心于2002年制定的全新套路竞赛规则的实施,对参加2008年全国武术锦标赛的60名优秀运动员采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、录像分析法、专家访谈法来分析竞技武术套路编排。结论认为:作为套路主要的创编人员,要通过自身对规则的认识与理解,在比赛中要充分考虑到队员的身体条件,在求稳求胜的基础上大胆创新,改变目前动作编排雷同的现状,以高、难、关、新为新的技术发展方向,在加强技术价值的同时,提高艺术价值和完成动作的质量。  相似文献
