课堂互动行为是在教学过程中教师和学生共同参与完成的相互影响和相互作用的双向交往活动。以W市X小学新手型语文教师和专家型语文教师为研究对象,对比两者的课堂互动行为发现,新手型教师的课堂互动行为存在偏重课堂讲授、侧重采用直接方式影响学生、与学生的交流互动较少、封闭性问题较多、表扬手段单一等问题,其主要影响因素有教学理念、情感氛围、教学经验等。树立新型的课堂师生互动观、营造良好的课堂情感氛围、提升教学反思能力,是新手型教师优化课堂互动行为的可能路径。 相似文献

研究者以初中英语专家教师和新手教师的英语课程作为观察对象,以编码体系、记号体系和等级量表为观察记录方式,从课堂师生言语互动、课堂提问、重难点训练和讲解技能、课前导入和课后小结四个方面对专家教师和新手教师的教学行为进行定量分析,得出以下结论:专家教师的师生课堂语言结构、课堂提问策略水平、重难点训练和讲解技能、课前导入和课后小结优于新手教师. 相似文献

笔者借助“多元交互式”课堂观察平台,通过课堂观察、课堂实录分析和访谈等方法,从交往形式、交往情绪、课堂评价三个维度,分别对10位专家教师、10位熟手教师和10位新手教师的课堂互动及特点进行比较研究。研究表明,专家教师所展现出的课堂提问、教学策略和行为对学生参与度的影响更为显著,而新手教师在应对学生问题和促进互动方面存在一定的困难。据此,对新手教师提出建议：学习模仿,积累经验;努力实践,提升素养;形成风格,追求特色;有效培训,提升质量。本研究结果对小学心理活动课教学质量的提升和新老教师的培养与评估等方面具有一定的启示作用。 相似文献
