The anchor stress extent of a prestress anchor cable project has a direct relation with the project safety and performance. Prestressed tensioning method is a kind of nondestructive testing method, by which a reverse stretching load is applied on the external exposure section of anchor cable under construction or in service, and then the elongation variation of stress bars is measured to determine the anchor stress. We elaborated the theory and testing mechanism of prestressed tensioning method, and systematically studied key issues during the prestressed tensioning process of anchor cable by using physical model test, including the composition of tension stress-elongation curve, the variation of anchor stress, the compensation of locked anchor stress, and the judgment of anchor stress, and verified the theory feasibility of prestressed tensioning method. A case study on slope anchor cable of one highway project was conducted to further discuss on the test method, operation procedures and judgment of prestressed tensioning method on obtaining anchor stress, and then the test data of three situations were analyzed. The result provides a theoretical basis and technical base for the application of prestressed tensioning method to the evaluation of construction quality and operation conditions of anchor cable project.  相似文献

An approach of position sensorless control for permanent magnet synchronous motor ( PMSM ) is put forward based on a sliding mode observer. The mathematical model of PMSM in a stationary αβ reference frame is adopted, and the system is controlled by the digital signal processor ( DSP; TMS320LF2407 according to the control achieve closed loop operation of the motor, the stator theory of sliding mode observer. In order to magnetic field should be vertical with the rotor magnetic field and be synchronous with rotor rotating, so the position and speed of PMSM is estimated in real time and the estimated position is modified continuously. The simulation results indicate that the proposed observer has high precision is more robust to the parametric variation and load in estimation of PMSM position and speed, and torque disturbance.  相似文献

On the basis of the current sheet model, a new analytical solution for permanent magnet (PM) bearings is developed. Compared with analytical methods based on the coupling energy model and the magnetic dipole model, the proposed one is more physically intuitive and convenient for engineering designers. According to the analytical model, the thrust characteristics of a novel PM thrust bearing is studied and verified by finite element analysis (FEA). In the proposed thrust bearing configuration, the rotor is composed of stacked PM tings with alternative axial magnetization directions, and the stator with alternative radial magnetization directions while copper rings are used to separate adjacent PM rings. A prototype PM thrust bearing with the proposed configuration is designed and fabricated. The performances of the PM thrust beating are experimentally validated. It is shown that the calculation accuracy of the presented analytical solution is satisfying.  相似文献

The current method to solve the problem of active suspension control for a vehicle is often dealt with a quarter-car or half-car model.But it is not enough to use this kind of model for practical applications.In this paper,based on considering the influence of factors such as,seat and passengers a MDOF(multi-degree-of-freedom)model describing the vehicle motion is set up.The MODF model,which is 8DOF of four independent suspensions and four wheel tracks,is more applicable by comparison of its analysis result with some conventional vehicle models.Therefore,it is more suitable to use the 8DOF full-car model than a conventional 4DOF half-car model in the active control design for car vibration.Based on the derived 8DOF odel,a controller is designed by using LQ(linear quadratic)control theory,and the appropriate control scheme is selected by testing various performance indexes.Computer simulation 8is carried out for a passenger car running on a road with step disturbance and random road disturbance expressed by Power Spectral Density(PSD).Vibrations corresponding to ride comfort are derived under the foregoing road disturbances.The response results for uncontrolled and controlled system are compared.The response of vehicle vibration is greatly suppressed and quickly damped.which testifies the effect of the active suspenson.The results achieved for various controllers are compared to invesigate the influence of different control schemes on the control effect.  相似文献

A non-contact method and system for measuring spinning yarn tension is developed using an image processing technique and based on the theory of yarn balloon dynamics. The theoretical basis of the measurement is the relationship among yarn tension, balloon shape, and spinning parameters. The yarn tension is determined according to the geometric parameters of the balloon, which are measured from an image of the balloon. The digital image is captured with a CCD sensor, and processed in a computer using a wavelet transform technique. A measuring system is developed, and experiments are carried out. The results show that the proposed non-contact method is effective in the on-line measurement of spinning yarn tension for improving the degree of automation of the spinning machine.  相似文献

A speed-sensorless vector control system for induction machines (IMs)is presented, According to the vector control theory of IMs, the rotor flux is estimated based on a flux observer,and the speed is estimated through the method of q-axis rotor flux converging on zero with proportional integral regulator, A 0.75 kW,50 Hz,two-pole induction machine was used in the simulation and experimental verification, The simulation model was constructed in Matlab. A series of tests were performed in the field weakening region, for both no-load and loaded operation. The estimated speed tracks the actual speed well in the based speed region and field weakening region ( 1 per unit value to 4 per unit value). We proposed an optimal design method to expand the bandwidth for the control of large hydraulic Stewart platform. The method is based on generalized natural frequency and takes hydraulic oil into consideration. A Lagrangian formulation which considers the whole leg inertia is presented to obtain the accurate equivalent mass matrix. Using the model, the effect of leg inertia and the influence of design parameters on the generalized natural frequency are investigated. Finally, numerical examples are presented to validate and confirm the efficiency of the mathematical model. The results show that the leg inertia, especially the piston part plays an important role in the dynamics. The optimum diameter ratio of the base to the moving platform is between 2 and 3, and the optimum joint angle ratio of the base to the moving platform is about 1. The smaller joint angles and a longer leg stroke are favorable for raising system frequencies. The system oil should be preprocessed for large platforms with a requirement for good dynamic performance.  相似文献

It is difficult to analyze the inter-relationship for the construction layout of a reservoir project scientifically and intuitively.According to the characteristics of broad field and huge information,the modeling methods of digital terrain and solid model as well as the techniques of texture mapping and scene navigation are adopted.The simulation system is developed by C program language,which includes the functions of the interactive navigation of 3D scene,the visual inquiry of project digital model information,the storage and management of project information.A certain reservoir is taken as a case.The 3D visual analysis for the construction layout and engineering information are obtained.The proposed system is of great advantages in dealing with large amount of information and the method provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the construction layout of a reservoir project.  相似文献

The highly nonlinear behavior of the system limits the performance of classical linear proportional and integral (PI) controllers used for hot rolling. An active disturbance rejection controller is proposed in this paper to deal with the nonlinear problem of hydraulic servo system in order to preserve fast response and small overshoot of control system. The active disturbance rejection (ADR) controller is composed of nonlinear tracking differentiator (TD),extended state observer (ESO) and nonlinear feedback (NF) law. This paper is based on the example of a radial magnetic bearing possessed of eight-pole, and derives the calculation formulas of static and dynamic mechanical characteristics of the bearing, in which the shape and curvature of surface, eccentricity and tilt of the journal are taken into account. Variations of the static and dynamic characteristics of the radial magnetic bearing versus static tilt parameters of journal are discussed. The outcomes show that the static tilt of the journal has influence on the mechanical characteristics of radial magnetic bearing, and change the static load capacity between two radial magnetic bearings and exert coupling effect between them. To study the dynamics of a practical rotor-magnetic bearing system, at least six stiffness coefficients in each radial magnetic bearing must be considered in ideal case, and twelve stiffness coefficients must be considered in general case of tilting journal. Such a find can be used for the coupled electromechanical dynamics analysis of rotor system equipped with magnetic bearings.  相似文献

The effects of journal misalignment on the transient flow of a finite grooved journal bearing are presented in this study. A new 3D computational fluid dynamics (CFD) analysis method is applied. Also, the quasi-coupling calculation of transient fluid dynamics of oil film in journal bearing and rotor dynamics is considered in the analysis. Based on the structured mesh, a new approach for mesh movement is proposed to update the mesh volume when the journal moves during the fluid dynamics simulation of an oil film. Existing dynamic mesh models provided by FLUENT are not suitable for the transient oil flow in journal bearings. The movement of the journal is obtained by solving the moving equations of the rotor-bearing system with the calculated film pressure as the boundary condition of the load. The data exchange between fluid dynamics and rotor dynamics is realized by data files. Results obtained from the CFD model were consistent with previous experimental results on misaligned journal bearings. Film pressure, oil film force, friction torque, misalignment moment and attitude angle were calculated and compared for misaligned and aligned journal bearings. The results indicate that bearing performances are greatly affected by misalignment which is caused by unbalanced excitation, and the CFD method based on the fluid-structure interaction (FSI) technique can effectively predict the transient flow field of a misaligned journal bearing in a rotor-bearing system.  相似文献

Rotor systems supported by angular contact ball bearings are complicated due to nonlinear Hertzian contact force. In this paper, nonlinear bearing forces of ball bearing under five-dimensional loads are given, and 5-DOF dynamic equations of a rigid rotor ball bearing system are established. Continuation-shooting algorithm for periodic solutions of the nonlinear non-autonomous dynamic system and Floquet multipliers of the system are used. Furthermore, the bifurcation and stability of the periodic motion of the system in different parametric domains are also studied. Results show that the bifurcation and stability of period-1 motion vary with structural parameters and operating parameters of the rigid rotor ball bearing system. Avoidance of unbalanced force and bending moment, appropriate initial contact angle, axial load and damping factor help enhance the unstable rotating speed of period-1 motion.  相似文献
