V2O5光电薄膜的溶胶——凝胶制备及性能研究   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:3  
以V2O5为原料,苯甲醇,异丁醇为溶剂,采用溶胶0-凝胶(Sol-Gel)工艺制备了V2O5薄膜。采用差热-失重(DTA-TG)、付里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)等分析手段研究了V205薄膜的结构特性。并研究了V2O5薄膜的透射光谱、气敏、伏安特性及温阻特性。实验发现沉积在ITO导电玻璃衬底上的V2O5薄膜,烧结温度起高,透光性能越好;V2O5薄膜在常温下对NOx气体具有一定的气敏性能。  相似文献

采用射频磁控溅射沉积方法,结合氢气氛退火工艺制备了热红外探测VO2薄膜,通过优化工艺,制备出化学计量比接近理论值、高质量的VO2薄膜.利用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对薄膜的相结构、组分进行了分析.测试结果显示,V2O5薄膜在退火温度450℃、退火2h条件下,制备得到的薄膜成分主要是VO2相.  相似文献

利用溶胶-凝胶法制备了氧化钒薄膜,在大气环境及400℃下、对产物进行不同时间的退火处理。利用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、高阻仪、紫外-可见分光光度计和傅里叶红外光谱仪,对薄膜的形貌、晶态、电学和光学特性等进行了系统的分析。结果表明,退火时间明显地影响溶胶-凝胶法制备氧化钒薄膜的化学结构及光电性能:退火时间过短,薄膜中有机成分不能完全分解、并且结晶度低;退火1h时,薄膜主要成分为V2O5和VO2,此时薄膜电阻低、但光吸收性弱;退火2h以上,薄膜中的主要成分为V2O5,此时薄膜电阻变大、但光吸收性有所加强。研究了退火时间对溶胶-凝胶制备氧化钒薄膜的化学结构及光电特性的影响,揭示了相关的微观机理。  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法在多孔钛表面制备TiO2薄膜;研究不同热处理温度对TiO2薄膜晶相结构的影响,结果显示,随着热处理温度的升高,TiO2由无定形结构向锐钛矿型和金红石型依次转变,当热处理温度达到800℃时,锐钛矿全部转变为金红石;测试分析了钛基底和不同温度热处理后的TiO2薄膜样品在0.9%NaCl生理盐水中的耐腐蚀特性,发现800℃热处理TiO2薄膜的耐腐蚀性最强。  相似文献

运用脉冲激光沉积方法,在Pt(111)基片上沉积制备Hf0.5Zr0.5O2铁电薄膜。通过对X射线衍射(XRD)分析表明,薄膜的正交相随衬底温度升高而增强,随薄膜厚度增加而减小。P-E电滞回线实验表明,提高衬底温度有助于增强薄膜铁电性能。400℃氧气中原位退火后薄膜剩余极化(2Pr)达到8μC/cm2。5V以下薄膜漏电流密度为3.2×10-6A/cm2。Hf0.5Zr0.5O2薄膜的疲劳特性测试表明,在经过2×109次反转后可参与翻转总极化值有一定下降。  相似文献

介绍了以三氯化磷和甲醇为原料制备亚磷酸二甲酯((CH3O)2POH)的工业化清洁生产工艺及实现零排放的关键技术.制备(CH3O)2POH安全稳定的清洁生产工艺条件:真空度不小于0.088MPa,反应温度不大于48℃,体积V(CH3OH):V(PCl3)=1:0.7,CH30H和PCl3的流速分别为62L/min,43.5L/min,滴加时间为30min,反应时间80min.(CH3O)2POH经蒸馏,蒸馏终点温度145℃,蒸馏终点真空度不小于0.097MPa,获得含量99%、酸度0.13%的产品(CH3O)2POH.副产品氯化氢、氯甲烷和亚磷酸均得到回收利用,无排放.  相似文献
