柏拉图和亚里士多德的美学思想具有开创性的历史价值和意义,探讨了艺术本体与其他因素的相关性,并逐渐完善了美学体系的建构。二人虽为师徒关系,但各有千秋,亚里士多德总结了以前所有的知识开创了新的哲学体系,对于后世的影响比柏拉图大得多;但如果没有柏拉图思想承前启后的作用,亚里士多德也难以为继。本文试图从二人生活的时代背景、对文艺与现实的关系问题及文艺的社会功能问题的认识来对二人的美学思想做一些简单的比较。 相似文献

从荷马时代开始,注重德性成为了古希腊社会的道德传统,苏格拉底、柏拉图、亚里士多德是这一悠久传统的代表。而亚里士多德作为伦理德性系统经典的阐释者,为当代德性伦理学方案提供了可直接借用的资源。总结亚里士多德德性论的特征,在于他力图在理性与经验、理性与欲望、理想与现实、灵魂与肉体、个体与整体之间寻求和保持平衡。与苏格拉底、柏拉图相比,这种"中道"平衡的原理使其更能如实地理解人的德性实践,因而在当代德性伦理学的复兴运动中得到了更多的认同。 相似文献

《尼各马可伦理学》对“最高善”的规定存在着逻辑上的模糊,这种情形进而又使亚里士多德哲学体系中“praxis（实践）”与“theoria（理论）”间的关系趋于复杂。对“最高善”规定的模糊性概源于亚里士多德与柏拉图的不同叙事风格以及亚里士多德对柏拉图理念论的质疑。此外,praxis和theoria间的张力使得一种隐秘于柏拉图一亚里士多德形而上学开端中实践的哲学成为可能。 相似文献

“摹仿说”是西方探究文学艺术起源最早的理论观点之一,这一观点曾雄踞西方近两千年。早在古希腊时期,先哲们就在对文学艺术产生的探索中,提出了“摹仿说”。赫拉克利特、德谟克利特、苏格拉底、柏拉图、亚里士多德等都对这一理论的不断完善中做出了重要贡献。柏拉图上承苏格拉底,下启亚里士多德,在“摹仿说”的研究进程中发挥了承前启后的关键作用。柏拉图的“摹仿说”从对理式的不断探索中开始,进而延伸到对文学艺术的摹仿研究以及对文学艺术摹仿的批判中来的。他以客观唯心主义观点改变了传统的“文艺摹仿自然”的内涵。柏拉图肯定了文学艺术创作是对社会现实的反映,但否定了其真实性,并要求文学艺术创作要反映事物的本质和内在。他的“摹仿说”是对文学艺术本质探索的一大重要进步。 相似文献
