基于小波包络分析的滚动轴承故障诊断研究 总被引：3，自引：0，他引：3
滚动轴承出现故障时的振动信号是非平稳信号,傅立叶变换方法难以达到满意的效果。小波分析可同时从时域和频域两个方面对信号进行分析,十分适于滚动轴承的故障诊断。根据滚动轴承故障诊断理论,通过构造轴承上有单个损伤点时的仿真信号,应用小波包分析与包络分析相结合的方法,成功提取了滚动轴承的故障特征,并在此基础上对实测的滚动轴承振动信号进行分析,实验结果表明小波包络技术可以有效的提取滚动轴承故障信号。 相似文献

滚动轴承是航空发动机转子系统中重要的支撑部件,其运行状态直接影响整台发动机的工作性能。介绍了基于盲源分离技术的滚动轴承振动信号分析与故障诊断方法,分析了滚动轴承典型故障机理。通过对某型航空发动机进行现场测试,完成了针对其轴承振动信号的测试和数据采集工作,并通过MATLAB软件编程实现其振动信号的分析。采用盲源分离中的独立分量分析(ICA)方法和频谱分析方法,提取主轴轴承的振动信号并与理论计算的故障频率对比,进行轴承故障诊断及状态识别。对实际航空发动机轴承及模拟试验台滚动轴承振动测试信号的分析结果表明,所采用的盲源分离方法可以有效地检测和诊断滚动轴承故障。 相似文献

为提高学生对测试设备的使用能力和对振动测试知识的工程应用能力,利用虚拟仪器平台开发了一个具有开放、综合等特点的既能用于实验又能工程应用的便携式振动测试系统。选用工程上常用传感器和采集卡并配备笔记本电脑设计制作了一套便携式振动测试设备,编写了能二次开发的振动信号采集和分析的软件。可方便到实训中心和机械厂对实际振动源进行信号的采集、分析和存储。该系统能培养学生从传感器安装、信号采集参数设置、软件的二次开发到振动信号分析和设备故障诊断等方面的能力。通过对两届学生的实际实验教学试用,结果表明,该实验对于提高学生学习兴趣和工程应用能力的培养有明显的帮助。 相似文献

基于虚拟仪器技术,在PXIe总线环境下,利用Lab VIEW的网页发布功能,开发一种通过网络远程控制的振动测试教学设备.接入网络的电脑可以远程登录、操作该设备,对被测振动信号进行采集与分析,把同一被测信号在时域和频域内的波形同时显示出来,从而把抽象的理论描述具体化,提高课堂教学效果,激发学生的学习兴趣.同时,在该设备上还可以进行齿轮故障诊断等实验,拓展虚拟仿真实验教学范围、丰富虚拟仿真实验教学内容. 相似文献
