Seven participants received conditional discrimination training that established the 12 conditional relations A1B1, A2B2, A3B3, A1C1, A2C2, A3C3, D1E1, D2E2, D3E3, D1F1, D2F2, and D3F3. The A stimuli were pictures of faces portraying emotional expressions; the others were arbitrary forms. Correct responses resulted in presentations of class-specific reinforcers, Sr1, Sr2, and Sr3. After training, tests confirmed the formation of ABC and DEF equivalence classes. Further tests then documented the merger of the classes and the emergence of SrB, SrC, SrE, and SrF relations, showing that the class-specific reinforcers were equivalence class members. Finally, participants did Semantic Differential ratings that tested whether the emotional valence of the A stimuli transferred to the arbitrary forms, B and E. The results show that participants’ evaluations of the B and E stimuli were similar to evaluations of the A stimuli made by participants of a control group. This finding is considered as a demonstration that class-specific outcomes can mediate class merger phenomena and the transfer of functions through members of merged classes. 相似文献

Associations among adolescent attachment organization, maternal sensitivity, and infant attachment organization were examined prospectively in 74 teenaged mother-infant dyads. Pregnant teenagers' attachment organizations predicted both sensitivity and infant-mother attachments. Mothers classified autonomous (F) in the prenatal period showed higher levels of sensitivity at both 3 and 9 months than mothers classified dismissing (Ds), preoccupied (E), or unresolved (U). Correspondence between maternal attachment (F vs. Ds/E/U) and infant attachment (secure [B] vs. avoidant [A]/resistant [C]/ disorganized [D]) was observed in 58 of 74 (78%) dyads. Exact 4-group (Ds/E/F/U and A/B/C/D) agreement was observed in 50 of 74 (68%) families. In contrast, associations between maternal sensitivity and infant attachment were not significant, leading to questions about the processes that link attachment representations, maternal behavior, and infant attachment in adolescent mothers. 相似文献

目的:本试验选择白术多糖来研究其对樱桃谷肉鸭免疫器官的影响,为白术多糖在畜禽业的应用提供依据。方法:本试验选用480只1日龄樱桃谷肉鸭,随机平均分成6组,每组4个重复,其中A为对照组,饲喂基础日粮;B、C、D、E为试验组,在基础日粮中分别添加不同梯度(0.2%、0.4%、0.6%和0.8%)的白术多糖;F为抗生素添加组。整个饲养试验分为两个阶段,1～14日龄为第一阶段,15～28日龄为第二阶段。结果:在1～14日龄阶段,A组脾脏指数(1.17)显著(P<0.05)高于D组(0.76),D组胸腺指数(5.67)显著(P<0.05)高于其他各组;F组法氏囊指数(3.15)显著(P<0.05)高于E组(1.83)。D组的淋巴细胞增殖反应(0.59)显著高于(P<0.05)其他各组。在15～28日龄阶段,各组间的脾脏指数、胸腺指数和法氏囊指数差异均不显著(P>0.05)。D组淋巴细胞增殖反应(0.47)显著(P<0.05)高于其他各组。结论:白术多糖对1～14日龄阶段的樱桃谷鸭脾脏、胸腺和法氏囊等免疫器官的发育有一定促进作用。 相似文献

Objective: To explore the effects of cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection on rejection-related gene expression in the endothelial cells of renal transplantation recipients. Methods: Endothelial cells (ECs) were cultured and stimulated by a variety of factors: A, normal control group; B, inactivated human cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection group; C, HCMV infection group; D, HCMV supematant infection group; and E, ganciclovir HCMV group. Expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and major histocompability complex (MHC) class Ⅰ and class Ⅱ antigens was detected by flow cytometry (FCM) and immuno-histochemistry. Results: We found characteristic CMV-infected ECs in this study. There were no significant differences among groups A, B and D (P>0.05). Although the expression levels of ICAM-1 were not significantly different between groups C and E (P>0.05), the ICAM-1 expression in these two groups was significantly higher than that in group A (P<0.05). ICAM-1 expression was detected in groups C and E, while there was no expression in groups A, B and D. Furthermore, there was no significant difference of ICAM-1 mRNA expression between groups C and E (P>0.05). Human leucocyte antigen (HLA)-ABC expression was detected in all the groups, while HLA-DR expression was only detected in groups C and E. There were no significant dif-ferences of HLA-ABC and HLA-DR expression among groups A, B and D (P>0.05). However, the HLA-ABC and HLA-DR expression levels in groups C and D were higher than those of the remaining groups previously reported (P<0.05). Meanwhile, the HLA-ABC and HLA-DR expression levels in group E were lower than those of group C (P<0.05). Conclusion: CMV could up-regulate the expression levels of ICAM-1 and MHC antigens, which was closely related to allograft rejection. 相似文献

以禾谷镰刀菌(Fusarium gram inearum Schwabe)菌株同年在大田和网室进行穗部单花滴注接种,评价江苏省农科院遗传农业生物遗传生理研究所新育成的14个新品系赤霉病抗性及白粉病田间发病情况.结果表明,所有新品系赤霉病抗性均表现出抗或中抗水平,利用与已报道的与赤霉病抗性QTL相关SSR引物对新品系进行PCR扩增,单倍型分析n1004在3BSc和4B上具有与苏麦3号完全一致的位点,n1005在2D和6B染色体上具有与苏麦3号一致的位点,在4B染色体是具有与望水白一致的位点. 相似文献
