A treatability study of industrial wastewater containing chlorinated nitroaromatic compounds (CNACs) by a catalytic ozonation process (COP) with a modified Mn/Co ceramic catalyst and an aerobic sequencing batch reactor (SBR) was investigated.A preliminary attempt to treat the diluted wastewater with a single SBR resulted in ineffective removal of the color,ammonia,total organic carbon (TOC) and chemical oxygen demand (COD).Next,COP was applied as a pretreatment in order to obtain a bio-compatible wastewater for SBR treatment in a second step.The effectiveness of the COP pretreatment was assessed by evaluating wastewater biodegradability enhancement (the ratio of biology oxygen demand after 5 d (BOD5) to COD),as well as monitoring the evolution of TOC,carbon oxidation state (COS),average oxidation state (AOS),color,and major pollutant concentrations with reaction time.In the COP,the catalyst preserved its catalytic properties even after 70 reuse cycles,exhibiting good durability and stability.The performance of SBR to treat COP effluent was also examined.At an organic loading rate of 2.0 kg COD/(m3·d),with hydraulic retention time (HRT)=10 h and temperature (30±2) °C,the average removal efficiencies of NH3-N,COD,BOD5,TOC,and color in a coupled COP/SBR process were about 80%,95.8%,93.8%,97.6% and 99.3%,respectively,with average effluent concentrations of 10 mg/L,128 mg/L,27.5 mg/L,25.0 mg/L,and 20 multiples,respectively,which were all consistent with the national standards for secondary discharge of industrial wastewater into a public sewerage system (GB 8978-1996).The results indicated that the coupling of COP with a biological process was proved to be a technically and economically effective method for treating industrial wastewater containing recalcitrant CNACs.  相似文献

为探索EM菌在淡水水质净化处理中的作用,以不同的EM菌液浓度(VEM/V污水为0‰、0.1‰、0.5‰、1‰、5‰)在有氧通风、常温条件下处理天心湖水样,通过测定湖水样处理前后的pH、SS、色度、COD和氨氨水平变化,评价EM菌对淡水水质的处理效果,研究结果表明:浓度为0.1‰的EM菌液处理对天心湖水的COD去除效果最佳;浓度为1‰的EM菌液对天心湖水的氨氮去除效果最佳;浓度为5‰的EM菌液处理使湖水COD、氨氮水平升高,水质反而受到污染.通过选择EM浓度、处理时间、处理温度三个影响因素,按L9(34)正交表进行正交实验,结果表明EM处理天心湖水的最佳工艺条件是:处理时间7d、处理温度30℃、EM浓度0.2‰,对COD的去除率达到36.52%;按上述正交实验最佳工艺条件进行验证实验,结果表明,对天心湖水中COD的去除率可达到35.47%,对生活污水处理COD去除率可达41.18%.本实验可为进一步研究EM在水质处理上的应用提供参考.  相似文献

采用Fenton法处理弱酸艳红B染色废水。通过单因素实验和正交实验,研究反应温度、初始pH值、H2O2和FeSO4投加量及反应时间对色度和COD去除率的影响。结果表明,各因素对COD去除率的影响从大到小依次为:反应温度〉pH值〉H2O2投加量〉FeSO4投加量。而处理废水的最佳条件为:反应温度50℃、初始pH值为2.5、30%H2O2投加量为5mL/L、FeSO4投加量为500mg/L、反应时间为90min。在此条件下,废水色度去除率为99.0%,COD去除率为74.2%。  相似文献

This paper describes the removel of COD and nitrogen from wastewater with modified sequencing batch biofilm reactor,The strategy of simultaneous feeding and draining was explored.The results show that introduction of a new batch of wastewater and withdrawal of the purifeid water can be conducted simultaneously with the maximum volumetric exchange rate of about 70%,Application of this feeding and draining mode leads to the reduction of the cycle time,the increase of the utilization of the reactor volume and the simplification of the reactor structure.The treatment of a synthetic wastewater containing COD and nitrogen was investigated.The operation mode of F(D)-O(i.e.,simultaneous feeding and draining followed by the aerobic condition)was adopted.It was found that COD was degraded very fast in the initial reaction period of time,then reduced slowly and the ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen concentrations decreased and increased with time respectively,while the nitrite nitrogen level increased first and then reduced.The relationship between the COD or ammonia nitrogen loading and its removal rate was examined,and the removal of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen could exceed 95%,90%and 80% respectively,The fact that nitrogen could e removed more completely under constant aeration(aerobic condition)of the SBBR operation mode is very interesting and could be explained in several respects.  相似文献

It is difficult to treat 2-amino-thiazoline- 4-carboxylic acid (ATC) waste liquid effectively at present for its characteristics of high chemical oxygen demand (COD), high salinity and low biodegradability. In order to solve this problem, this paper presents several kinds of physical-chemical treatment unit techniques, including acid separation, catalytic oxidation and coagulation. First of all, acid separation was adopted to precipitate relevant organics at isoelectric point. When the temperature and pH value of acid separation were controlled at about 5 ℃ and 2.2 respectively, the COD removal rate could reach 27.6%. Secondly, oxidation was used to break chemical constitution of refractory organics. The optimal reaction parameters of catalytic oxidation should be 20 ℃, pH adjusted to 5.0 and [Fe^2 ] 300 mg/L. Then with 5% H2O2 added and after one-hour reaction, the COD removal rate could achieve about 52%. Finally, coagulation was adopted to remove a portion of refractory organics, and 15% polymeric molysite flocculant was the best for the coagulation, and the COD removal rate could reach about 15%. Therefore, the proposed feasible process of physicalchemical pretreatment for ATC waste liquid could have about 70% COD removed in total.  相似文献

以奥里油为原料生产重交沥青时所产生的废水与一般炼油废水不同,其是一种含有大量表面活性剂、高有机污染物的重污染废水。选用好氧和厌氧生物处理的方法对奥里油废水进行了初步试验研究。研究结果表明:奥里油废水具有一定的可生化性,可以采用生物处理的方法进行净化处理。该废水经过生物处理后,原水COD可从5 677mg/l下降到500mg/l左右,COD去除率可达90%以上。  相似文献

Based on a systemic survey, the pyrolysis characteristics and apparent kinetics of the municipal solid waste ( MSW) under different conditions were researched using a special pyrolysis reactor, which could overcome the disadvantage of thermo-gravimetric analyzer. The thermal decomposition behaviour of MSW was investigated using thermo-gravimetric ( TG ) analysis at rates of 4.8,6.6,8.4, 12.0 and 13. 2 K/min. The pyrolysis characteristics of MSW were also studied in different function districts. The pyrolysis of MSW is a complex reaction process and three main stages are found according to the results. The first stage represents the degradation of cellulose and hemicellulose, with the maximum degradation rate occuring at 150℃ -200 ℃: the second stage represents dehydrochlorination and depolymerization of intermediate products and the differential thermogravimetric ( DTG ) curves have shoulder peaks at about 300℃: the third stage is the decomposition of the residual big molecular organic substance and lignin at 400 ℃- 600 ℃. Within the range of given experimental conditions, the results of non-linear fitting algorithm and experiment are in agreement with each other and the correlation coefficients are over0. 99. The kinetic characteristics are concerned with the material component and heating rate. The activation energy of reaction decreases with the increase of heating rate.  相似文献

采用实验室规模的序批式活性污泥曝气反应器(SBR)工艺处理模拟的印染废水.通过实验分析了不同曝气时间、进水浓度、静沉时间与SBR处理效果之间的关系,确定了SBR法处理中低浓度的印染废水的最佳运行参数.实验结果表明,在SBR的曝气时间为8h,沉淀时间为1h的条件下,且废水进水pH值为7.5~8.6,COD—cr为8901080mg/L、氨氮为13~20mg/L、色度为350倍左右时,该工艺对CODcr、氨氮、色度等均有很好的去除效果,经处理的印染废水COD、氨氮、色度去除率分别为50%~70%、40%~67%、20%.该法具有投资少、运行费用低、操作简单的特点.  相似文献

以硫酸铝铁溶液为絮凝剂,高锰酸钾溶液为氧化剂,采用氧化絮凝的方法处理活性大黑染料废水,考察了絮凝剂与氧化剂用量比、絮凝时间、温度、pH等对脱色率和CODCr去除率的影响,确定最佳条件:絮凝剂与氧化剂的摩尔比为3.45∶0.14,pH=1,θ=30℃,絮凝时间t=1 h,脱色率可达99.13%,CODCr去除率达66.81%.如果采用两段处理法,脱色率可进一步提高到99.88%,CODCr去除率达85.13%.砖末二次吸附后,脱色率达99.24%,CODCr去除率达77.05%.  相似文献

针对印染废水中偶氮染料稳定性高,水溶性大,常规方法难以将其去除的问题,设计并开展了Fe-Cu双金属内电解法对偶氮染料活性艳红X-3B废水去污脱色的模拟实验.分别从反应时间、pH、初始浓度、FeCu双金属的投放量以及温度等对该污染物去除率的影响进行分析讨论,得出了Fe-Cu双金属内电解法在弱酸、弱碱、25℃、低初始浓度条件下对活性艳红X-3B的去除效果较好的结论,为印染工业废水的治污技术提供了参考依据.  相似文献

根据酱菜废水的水质特点,采用两级SBR处理酱菜废水,对其处理效能进行了研究。结果表明:室内温度维持在17~22℃,进水有机物浓度在3000mg/L,DO为4.2mg/L,反应器运行工况为进水0.5h—曝气8h—沉淀1h—滗水0.5h—待机2小时的条件下,二级SBB反应器对BOD、COD、TN、NH4+-N、TP的去除率分别达到98.3%、97.5%、88.7%、97.1%、52.4%。  相似文献

In this paper, the characteristics of integrated biological aerated filter (IBAF) applied to municipal wastewater treatment were studied in a pilot scale experiment. The experimental results showed that IBAF has high efficiencies in removing organic pollutants, such as CODCr and SS, in municipal wastewater. The removal rates of CODCr and SS can reach over 90% and 80%, respectively, when COD and SS in the influent are 234 mg L^-1 and 112 mg L^-1, hydraulic retention time (HRT) is 8 h, and the aerated intensity is in the range of (0.5 to 0.6) L m^-2 s^-1.  相似文献

投加0.5‰的TiO2-膨润土光催化剂于浓度为20 mg/L的十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)溶液中,在紫外光照射下,在温度分别为10、20、30℃下,反应2 h后的溶液中的SDBS分别降解了86.0%,89.5%和90.5%,反应6 h后降解率分别达98.0%,98.8%和99.3%,可见温度对TiO2-膨润土复合光催化剂降解水溶液中的SDBS的影响不明显。溶液的COD值受温度影响较大,温度越高,COD值降低越多,在10、20、30℃条件下,反应6 h后溶液的COD值分别降低50.6%,58.1%和97.0%。TiO2-膨润土光催化剂降解水溶液中SDBS的反应为一级反应,符合Langmuir-Hinshelwood方程。同样条件下,环境温度由10℃增加到30℃时光催化反应速率常数由0.0105增大到0.0137,增加了30%。  相似文献

通过正交实验确定了最佳粉煤灰的活化改性条件:焙烧温度为300℃,Na2CO3加入量为20g,硫酸浓度为70%。将此条件下活化的粉煤灰用于含油废水的处理,在温度为20--25℃,pH值近中性,慢速搅拌时间10min,活化粉煤灰投加量为50g/500mL,含油废水中的COD去除率可达到68.59%,去除效果与活性炭相当,实现了“以废治废”的目的。  相似文献

采用纳米TiO2为催化剂,超声辐照为主要手段对实际印染工业废水进行了降解实验研究,考察了各种反应参数对印染废水降解效果的影响。结果表明,纳米TiO2对印染工业废水的超声降解效果具有明显的辅助和提高。当超声波频率为45kHz,功率为200W,溶液初始pH值为2.63,超声反应时间为150min的条件下,印染工业废水的COD去除率为73%,而同样条件下,投加750mg/L纳米TiO2,其超声降解废水COD去除率可达90.2%。  相似文献

A lagoon in the New Binhai District, a high-speed developing area, Tianjin, China, has long been receiving the mixed chemical industrial wastewater from a chemical industrial park. This lagoon contained complex hazardous substances such as heavy metals and accumulative pollutants which stayed over time with a poor biodegradability. According to the characteristics of wastewater in the lagoon, the micro-electrolysis process was applied to improve the biodegradability before the bioprocess treatment. By the orthogonal experimental study of main factors influencing the efficiency of the treatment method, the best control parameters were obtained, including pH=2.0, a volume ratio of Fe and reaction wastewater of 0.03750, a volume ratio of Fe and the granular activated carbon (GAC) of 2.0, a mixing speed of 200 r/min, and a hydraulic retention time (HRT) of 1.5 h. In the meantime, the removal rate of chemical oxygen demand (COD) was up to 64.6%, and NH4 +-N and Pb in the influent were partly removed. After the micro-electrolysis process, the ratio of biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) to COD (B/C ratio) was greater than 0.6, thus providing a favorable basis for bioprocess treatment.  相似文献

本文采用超声波强化臭氧技术处理造纸废水,考察了臭氧进气流量、pH值、超声功率和反应时间等因素对COD去除率的影响。实验表明,COD的去除率随着超声功率的增大而增大,而最佳的臭氧进气流量为0.2 m3/h,最佳的pH为8。当进水COD浓度为733.4 mg/L、pH值为8、臭氧进气量0.2 m3/h、US功率100 W,反应时间30 min时,超声波强化臭氧技术的COD去除率为87.3%,而臭氧氧化技术的COD去除率为36.3%,前者比后者高51%,具有明显的优越性。  相似文献

设计了膜生物反应器 (MBR)与粉末活性炭 (PAC)联合使用的膜组合工艺 (PAC MBR)处理微污染地表水 ,并用分子量分析方法来考察PAC MBR组合工艺及各单元工艺对有机物的去除效果 .分析结果表明 ,由于原水中的小分子有机物难生物降解 ,该工艺出水有机物集中在小于 1k的分子量区间内 ,活性炭的投加能显著提高这部分有机物的去除率 .试验证明 ,PAC MBR工艺中生物处理与活性炭吸附互相促进 ,在稳定运行阶段对CODMn、UV2 54 、UV4 10 和氨氮的去除率分别达到 70 %、70 %、10 0 %和 92 % .  相似文献
