In line with the work functions and policies for educational administrative departments, summed up in ten characters, namely, "planning, guidance, coordination, supervision, and service" (guihua, zhidao, xietiao, jiandu, fuwu), we organized a four-member work team, and during two seventeen-day stretches in November 1994 conducted conscientious surveys of basic educational work in 120 counties and cities in Sajia, Lazi, and Rikeze, and visited a total of seven middle schools, forty-five township complete primary schools, and seventy-one village primary schools to conduct on-the-spot investigations and give face-to-face guidance. We exchanged opinions in a fairly overall manner and on specific issues with twelve Party secretaries and county chiefs in seven counties, fifteen Party secretaries and chiefs of twelve townships, and twenty-two bureau directors and deputy directors in twelve counties and cities, and we have reached common understandings with them on many issues.  相似文献

心理委员制度是我国高校借鉴西方国家和港台地区朋辈心理咨询模式的经验而创建形成的。建立心理委员制度,充分发挥班干部在高校心理健康教育工作中的桥梁与纽带作用,广泛而深入地开展朋辈心理互助和心理健康教育活动,有利于扩大心理健康教育工作的覆盖面和影响力,增强心理健康教育的实效性。构建学生心理危机预防与干预的长效机制。心理委员工作具有一定的专业性,因此,心理委员须通过专门的选拔和系统的培训并经过考核合格后方可任职,任职后还需接受长期的专业督导,同时校、院(系)两级心理健康教育机构要加强对心理委员工作的指导、管理与考核,方能使心理委员制度得到不断完善和发展。  相似文献

This paper explores the use of counselling and other helping skills with young people in schools, focusing on how teachers, who may not be formally trained, work in this area. The author argues that counselling in schools may not be common but that teachers' use of counselling skills and the involvement in intensive case work is much more so. The ethical issues in this work are identified. It is argued that schools should draw up their own ethical position statements and that staff who are involved in intensive support work with pupils should receive supervision.  相似文献

School counselling is developing rapidly in many countries around the World. As with any practice in a secondary setting, challenges and special issues are often identified, discussed, and managed. These can be categorized into four distinct domains: 1) Internal challenges, which include issues related to clientele groups, teachers’ attitudes towards counselling, and students’ willingness to seek counseling; 2) External challenges, which refer to social-economic changes beyond the school. These include popular culture, globalization and societal trends of more families and students moving across borders; 3) Systems challenges, which are those within the guidance programmes implemented by ministries, schools or counselling bodies. These issues may reside in the guidelines for practice in schools, referral procedures, and resource planning; 4) Personal challenges, which relate to the needs as well as the skills of the counsellor. Some examples here are training, supervision, and attitudes towards school systems. The four domains and interactions among them are discussed in this paper.  相似文献

There are wide variations both between and within countries in the extent and nature of the training required to practise as guidance workers. In some sectors, including the private sector, there are no formal requirements. In general, requirements are more formal in the education (school) sector than elsewhere. In most countries there is no mutual recognition of guidance qualifications between education and labour market sectors, and no facility for progression from non-expert to expert guidance status. The role of government in determining/influencing the content and methodology of training varies from countries where it makes all the decisions to those where it appears to have no involvement at all. Little use is currently made of ICT and distance education to deliver initial and/or recurrent training for guidance workers. A number of recommendations to address these and other issues are made.  相似文献
