为了理解非常规突发事件背景下在线社会网络用户进行信息共享的动机,基于使用与满足理论,构建在线社会网络用户信息共享的动机模型,并提出若干研究假设,最后以芦山地震为背景,对新浪微博用户为对象进行问卷调查,统计分析结果表明:易用性和有用性感知、在线用户的满意度、利他主义、道德感知影响微博用户的信息共享行为,形象声望和对微博用户共享行为影响不显著。  相似文献

微博作为一种社交媒体,具有社交属性和媒体属性,然而学术界和企业界对于微博的属性却存在着争议.本文以新浪微博为研究载体,对微博用户的动机、满意度和使用行为之间的关系进行实证分析,探寻微博社交属性和媒体属性的强弱.研究结果表明,社交满意度对使用行为没有显著的影响,媒体满意度对使用行为有正向的影响.因此,微博的媒体属性更强,用户使用微博主要为了获取自己感兴趣的信息.  相似文献

社交网络用户行为是用户在对自身需求、社会影响和社交网络技术进行综合评估基 础上做出的使用社交网络服务的意愿, 以及由此引起的各种使用活动的总和, 是在线社交网 络研究的重要内容。 在线社交网络用户行为的研究对揭示在线社交网络结构的演化规律、信 息传播规律以及有效监控网络突发舆情等具有重要的理论意义和实践价值。 文章介绍了在 线社交网络用户行为的研究背景, 着重总结了当前在线社交网络用户行为的主要研究成果。 在线社交网络用户行为的研究目前主要集中于 3 方面: 用户采纳与忠诚、用户个体使用行为 和用户群体互动行为。 用户采纳与忠诚的研究解释了用户为什么使用社交网络, 用户个体使 用行为的研究揭示了用户如何使用社交网络, 用户群体互动行为的研究揭示了用户之间的互 动机理。 最后,展望了在线社交网络用户行为在用户行为一致性、用户间行为的相互影响、监 管政策与用户行为间的相互作用以及专业性社交网络、移动社交网络等方面的研究机会。  相似文献

[目的/意义]用户的微信使用行为,涉及使用动机、隐私关注和隐私行为三个问题,研究目的在于探讨三者之间的关系。[方法/过程]以隐私关注为中介变量,使用动机为前因变量,隐私行为为结果变量,构建用户使用微信的APCO模型,设计量表,测度微信用户对这三个变量的认知,进行相关性分析与回归分析,探讨三者之间的联系。[结果/结论]结果表明,使用动机与隐私关注整体上相关性较弱,但其中的关系保持和信息搜寻动机对隐私关注存在正向影响;隐私关注对隐私行为中的隐私保护存在正向影响,但在使用动机与自我披露之间的中介作用并不显著;使用动机中的关系建立对隐私行为中的自我披露具有显著正向作用。  相似文献

[目的/意义] 移动社交网络用户的消极使用行为越来越普遍,间歇性中辍行为是其中非常典型的一类,对间歇性中辍行为特征与影响因素进行分析,有助于加强用户消极行为方面的研究,帮助企业有针对性地采取措施,完善运营机制并实现长久发展。[方法/过程] 本文选择有远离微博意向的用户,采用网络爬虫的方式收集用户半年内发微博的时间与内容,基于登录时间间隔、中辍时间间隔与微博内容词云分析对用户的间歇性中辍行为特征与原因进行研究。[结果/结论] 研究结果发现,微博的环境、内容与过度使用都会导致用户产生远离意向,其中活跃用户占大多数,然而在实际行为中,活跃用户采取远离行为的可能性更低,中辍时间间隔也更短,消极用户则相反,用户需求不同导致用户的行为意向与实际行为存在差异。  相似文献

【目的/意义】随着移动互联网的发展,微博的普及进一步加速了社会突发事件的传播。转发作为最重要的用户信息行为,在很大程度上预示了网络舆情的发展趋势。但是,鲜有研究关注微博内容中的心理语言使用与转发行为的关系。本研究拓展了心理语言学在社会突发事件情境下的应用领域,为政府或企业应急管理部门有效引导网络舆情提供了实践启示。【方法/过程】本文以九寨沟地震事件为例,基于LIWC文本分析工具研究了微博用户心理过程对于转发行为的影响,通过构建VAR向量自回归模型并进行格兰杰因果检验,确定了微博转发行为的心理语言影响因素,并进一步运用脉冲响应函数对转发行为进行了动态分析。【结果/结论】根据实证研究的结果,社会过程词和情感历程词对微博用户的转发行为具有一定的预测作用。  相似文献

近年来,微博用户行为分析与挖掘逐步成为社交网络领域研究热点,本文基于微博传播机制及用户特点,提出了一种基于高频关键词信息的微博内容筛选算法,结合好友联合影响概率确定关键微博用户,并分析其影响力及具体范围。实验数据分析表明:本文设计的算法是可行的,与传统方法相比,本文算法在高频关键词提取和微博用户行为分析方面,能够有效提高话题传播中微博用户影响力度量的准确性。  相似文献

本文利用新浪微博数据,从微博发布行为的时间间隔分布、周期性与波动性,以及记忆性与爆发性等方面出发,对微博用户的行为特征进行实证研究和分析。实验结果表明微博信息发布行为的时间间隔分布具有幂律特征。在此基础上,我们还发现微博用户的分布行为表现出明显的周期性与波动性,同时还具有强记忆弱阵发的特性。研究结果在控制网络谣言,促进微博营销等领域具有一定的指导意义和实际价值。  相似文献

移动互联网的发展为微博的发展提供了更加广阔的发展空间,以复杂网络的基本统计特性为基础,通过抓取新浪微博中的相关数据,对其进行处理分析,详细分析微博用户在信息发布行为、信息发布内容方面的相关特性以及用户的关注行为和评论转发行为进行了详细地分析,认为微博网络是典型的小世界网络,微博网络整体密度较小,呈稀疏状态,但局部密集;微博网络用户的分布呈不均匀的状态,用户在信息发布、分享等方面存在较大的信息不对称性,只有小部分用户拥有较多的信息资源,扮演核心角色,大部分用户在微博中处于边缘地位。这为微博营销和微博舆论引导与消解提供了基础。  相似文献

With the development of electronic commerce, many dotcom firms are selling products to consumers across different countries and regions. The managers of online group-buying firms seek to increase customer purchasing intentions in the face of competition. Online group-buying refers to a certain number of consumers who join together as a group via Internet, for the purpose of buying a certain product with a discount. This study explores antecedents of intention to participate in online group-buying and the relationship between intention and behavior. The research model is basaed on planned behavior theory, electronic word-of-mouth, network embeddedness, and website quality attitude. An online survey is administered to 373 registered members of the ihergo website. Data is analyzed using the partial least squares method, and analytical results demonstrate that for potential consumers, experiential electronic word-of-mouth, relational embeddedness of the initiator, and service quality attitude influence intention to engage in online group-buying; for current consumers, intention to attend online group-buying is determined by the structural and relational embeddedness of the initiator, system quality attitude positively affects intention, and intention positively affects online group-buying behavior. This study proposes a new classification of electronic word-of-mouth and applies the perspective of network embeddedness to explore antecedents of intention in online group-buying, broadening the applicability of electronic word-of-mouth and embeddedness theory. Finally, this study presents practical suggestions for managers of online group-buying firms in improving marketing efficiency.  相似文献

【目的/意义】探究在线医疗社区中医生知识贡献行为的形成路径,对提高医生知识贡献意图、弥合意图与行 动间的鸿沟,从而促进医生进行知识贡献具有重要的意义。【方法/过程】以在线医疗社区中的医生用户为研究对 象,基于健康行动过程取向理论(HAPA)构建医生知识贡献行为研究模型,采用结构方程模型(SEM)与模糊集定性 比较分析(fsQCA)相结合的方法开展理论研究。【结果/结论】①在动机阶段,自我效能、责任感及行为控制正向影响 知识贡献意图;在意志决断阶段,应对计划、行为控制、知识贡献意图正向影响知识贡献行为,应对计划在知识贡献 意图与行为间存在中介效应。②定性比较分析发现三类触发知识贡献意图与三类触发知识贡献行为的前因构型, 其中自我效能、行为控制与知识贡献意图在知识贡献行为触发中起到重要作用。【创新/局限】将健康领域的理论引 入知识贡献研究,使用混合方法讨论多变量间的复杂因果关系,但样本数据可能存在同源方差。  相似文献

Consumers’ shopping intention is central to a Webstore's success. While past information system (IS) studies have examined this phenomenon extensively, they have focused on examining the single channel of e-tailing only. Knowledge of consumers’ cross-channel shopping behavior, which is common nowadays, was scarce. This study has empirically investigated a research model proposing how consumers’ brand loyalty in the retailing channel may impact on their shopping intentions at the same brand's Webstore. Specifically, in contrast to the system approach examined by past IS studies, this study has undertaken a brand perception approach and uncovered that by shaping consumers’ online perceptions of brand familiarity and Webstore reputation, consumers’ offline brand loyalty directly and indirectly enhances their trust in Webstore and lead to a higher shopping intention. Practical suggestions for click-and-mortar companies in building their channel strategies were proposed accordingly.  相似文献

[目的/意义]基于知识付费的中介效应视角,以在线社会网络为研究对象,分析知识个体的感知知识个人所有权、自我效能感对隐性知识共享意愿的影响机制,以期对促进在线社会网络运营主体充分调动知识个体持有者主动共享其隐性知识产生一定的启示作用。[方法/过程]基于对314名样本的数据采集结果相关性分析,构建回归分析模型,并通过MPLUS7.0软件对变量之间的作用关系进行分析。[结果/结论]1)感知知识个人所有权促进隐性知识共享意愿的提升;2)自我效能感完全中介感知知识个人所有权对隐性知识共享意愿的影响;3)知识付费程度越高,自我效能感对隐性知识共享意愿的正向影响会被削弱,自我效能感在感知知识个人所有权与隐性知识共享意愿之间所起的中介作用也会被削弱。  相似文献

Individuals with a positive evaluation of a target system are likely to continue using the system, and this sustained use is likely to result in continued use. This target-oriented perspective has served as a major conceptual framework for understanding users’ behaviors in online contexts. The primary objective of this paper is to address two additional perspectives—alternative- and self-oriented perspectives—for a firmer understanding of continued use in the context of social network sites (SNS). A research model is built by employing regret and self-image congruity to represent these two perspectives. The model also examines the condition under which habits are formed and how this automatic mechanism influences the dynamics of the nomological network between intentions and behaviors. The analysis results of two rounds of surveys for capturing the actual link between intentions and behaviors indicate that regret and self-image congruity can play crucial roles in post-adoption phenomena in the context of SNS.  相似文献

网络信任的缺位是制约电子商务进一步发展的主要瓶颈,探讨消费者信任的决定要素及由此产生的行为意愿,对于指导业界制定正确的消费者信任提升策略具有重要意义。本研究认为,无网络购物经验消费者初始信任的形成和作用机制与有网络购物经验消费者的持续信任形成和作用机制存在较大差异,为此,分别建立了两类消费者的网络信任模型。基于B2C和C2C网站消费者的大样本数据,采用结构方程建模方法,实证检验了理论模型和相应的一系列假设。研究结果表明:(1)两类信任的形成机制存在明显差异。无网络购物经验的消费者,基于对卖家声誉、网站安全性和网站易用性等反映客体(卖家和网站)特征的因素的感知,判断是否应当信任卖家;有网络购物经验的消费者,则更依赖对商家响应能力和联系沟通水平等反映双方互动特征的因素的体验,判断是否应当继续信任卖家。(2)两类信任的作用机制相似。不论是网络初始信任还是网络持续信任,都决定了消费者的信息提供意愿和网上购物意愿,并且网上购物意愿与信息提供意愿正相关。  相似文献

Millions of teenagers today engage in social virtual worlds (SVWs). However, teenagers, often referred to as digital natives, represent an under-investigated group in the virtual world research and the Information Systems literature. To this end, we draw on developmental psychology and the uses and gratifications approach to examine teenagers’ continuous SVW use with a multi-method approach. We first investigate role of psychological gratifications and social influences in predicting teenagers’ intention to continue using Habbo Hotel. Thereafter, to gain a deeper understanding of their in-world activities, we triangulate our findings with a structured content analysis of the respondents’ open-ended comments. Our quantitative and qualitative findings show that the intentions to continue SVW use are predominantly hedonically motivated. Moreover, we demonstrate that inside the platform users engage in social activities that are often associated with the hedonic experience. Finally, we discuss how these activities both extend and are distinct from digital natives’ offline and online social interactions.  相似文献

The ever increasing presence of online social networks in users’ daily lives has led to the interplay between users’ online and offline activities. There have already been several works that have studied the impact of users’ online activities on their offline behavior, e.g., the impact of interaction with friends on an exercise social network on the number of daily steps. In this paper, we consider the inverse to what has already been studied and report on our extensive study that explores the potential causal effects of users’ offline activities on their online social behavior. The objective of our work is to understand whether the activities that users are involved with in their real daily life, which place them within or away from social situations, have any direct causal impact on their behavior in online social networks. Our work is motivated by the theory of normative social influence, which argues that individuals may show behaviors or express opinions that conform to those of the community for the sake of being accepted or from fear of rejection or isolation. We have collected data from two online social networks, namely Twitter and Foursquare, and systematically aligned user content on both social networks. On this basis, we have performed a natural experiment that took the form of an interrupted time series with a comparison group design to study whether users’ socially situated offline activities exhibited through their Foursquare check-ins impact their online behavior captured through the content they share on Twitter. Our main findings can be summarised as follows (1) a change in users’ offline behavior that affects the level of users’ exposure to social situations, e.g., starting to go to the gym or discontinuing frequenting bars, can have a causal impact on users’ online topical interests and sentiment; and (2) the causal relations between users’ socially situated offline activities and their online social behavior can be used to build effective predictive models of users’ online topical interests and sentiments.  相似文献

This study theorizes two information systems (IS) use behaviors associated with individuals’ behavioral intention of mobile health (mHealth) services. Emergency use refers to individuals’ use of IS in emergency situations. Routine use refers to individuals’ use of IS on a basis. We adopt motivation theory as our overarching theoretical lens through which we investigate the influence of individuals’ different motivation incentives on their emergency and routine use intentions of mHealth services. We also investigate the influences of technological and psychological antecedents on extrinsic and intrinsic motivations. Based on data collected from 241 participants, we find that perceived usefulness enhances people’s emergency and routine use intentions of mHealth services and that perceived enjoyment positively influences routine use intention. In addition, we find that perceived source credibility, perceived service availability, and perceived diagnosticity influence perceived usefulness (extrinsic motivation), whereas perceived autonomy, perceived competence, perceived relatedness, and curiosity affect perceived enjoyment (intrinsic motivation). This research offers insights for IS literature regarding mHealth emergency and routine use behaviors.  相似文献
