This paper is focus on an event-triggered control design problem for nonlinear networked control systems with missing data and transmission delay in the interval type-2 (IT2) fuzzy form. An event-triggered controller is presented under a sampled-state-error mechanism. By dividing the event-triggered interval into some subsets, stability analysis is carried out based on Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF), and the stability of the closed-loop system is ensured. The proposed design is applied to the continuous stirred tank reactor system (CSTR) and the manipulator system. The control strategy is effective, and the merit of the event-triggered mechanism is indicated.  相似文献

This paper investigates the problem of event-triggered filter design for nonlinear networked control systems (NCSs) in the framework of interval type-2 (IT2) fuzzy systems. A novel IT2 fuzzy filter for ensuring asymptotic stability and H performance of filtering error system is proposed, where the premise variables are different from those of the fuzzy model. Attention is focused on solving the problem of event-triggered filter design subject to parameter uncertainties, data quantization, and communication delay in a unified frame. It is shown that the proposed event-triggered filter design communication mechanism for IT2 fuzzy NCSs has the advantage of the existing event-triggered approaches to reduce the utilization of limited network resources and provides flexibility in balancing the tracking error and the utilization of network resources. Finally, simulation example is given to validate the advantages of the presented results.  相似文献

This paper investigates the event-based control for networked T-S fuzzy cascade control systems with quantization and cyber attacks. In order to solve the problem of limited communication resources, an event-triggered scheme and a quantization mechanism are adopted, which can effectively reduce the burden of communication and save the network resources of the system. By considering the influence of cyber attacks, a newly quantized T-S fuzzy model for networked cascade control systems (NCCSs) under the event-triggered scheme is established. By using the Lyapunov stability theory, sufficient conditions guaranteeing the asymptotical stability of networked T-S fuzzy cascade control systems are obtained. In addition, the controller gains are derived by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities. Finally, a numerical example is presented to verify the validity of the proposed method.  相似文献

Rotary steerable system (RSS) is a directional drilling technique which has been applied in oil and gas exploration under complex environment for the requirements of fossil energy and geological prospecting. The nonlinearities and uncertainties which are caused by dynamical device, mechanical structure, extreme downhole environment and requirements of complex trajectory design in the actual drilling work increase the difficulties of accurate trajectory tracking. This paper proposes a model-based dual-loop feedback cooperative control method based on interval type-2 fuzzy logic control (IT2FLC) and actor-critic reinforcement learning (RL) algorithms with one-order digital low-pass filters (LPF) for three-dimensional trajectory tracking of RSS. In the proposed RSS trajectory tracking control architecture, an IT2FLC is utilized to deal with system nonlinearities and uncertainties, and an online iterative actor-critic RL controller structured by radial basis function neural networks (RBFNN) and adaptive dynamic programming (ADP) is exploited to eliminate the stick–slip oscillations relying on its approximate properties both in action function (actor) and value function (critic). The two control effects are fused to constitute cooperative controller to realize accurate trajectory tracking of RSS. The effectiveness of our controller is validated by simulations on designed function tests for angle building hole rate and complete downhole trajectory tracking, and by comparisons with other control methods.  相似文献

In this paper, the reliable control design is considered for networked control systems (NCSs) against probabilistic actuator fault with different failure rates, measurements distortion, random network-induced delay and packet dropout. A new distribution-based fault model is proposed, which also contains the probability distribution information of the random delay and packet dropout. By using Lyapunov functional and new technique in dealing with time delay, stability and stabilization criteria are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities. The provided numerical example and vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft system illustrate that: firstly, using the distribution information of the delay, the maximum effective delay bound (MEDB) can be greatly improved, secondly, the proposed reliable controller can stabilize the NCSs with probabilistic actuator fault and measurements distortion, which may be unstable under the controller designed without considering the unreliable cases.  相似文献

From an interdisciplinary perspective, the event-triggered scheme, the state observer, and the nonlinear disturbance observer are introduced in a robust tracking control to study the networked electro-hydraulic servo system control problems with digital communication challenge, sensor installation restricted problem, matched modeling uncertainties, and mismatched disturbances. Control packets are likely to be delayed or even lost in the networked control system when the communication medium is shared by multiple nodes and the available communication bandwidth is limited. Therefore, it is necessary to save communication resources. To improve the control performance and the efficiency of the network resource utilization, the event-triggered scheme is introduced. Specifically, the practical application of the event-triggered scheme in an actual electro-hydraulic servo system is a breakthrough in this paper. In addition, to obtain the real-time states of the unmeasurable system and compensate for both matched disturbances and external disturbances simultaneously, the state observer and the nonlinear disturbance observer are collaboratively designed. Finally, to evaluate the control performance of the designed controller, the related comparative experiments are carried out in an actual system. The results show that theoretical analysis and experimentation are cross verified.  相似文献

This paper investigates output-based dynamic event-triggered control for networked control systems (NCSs), in which hybrid cyber attacks randomly occur in communication network. First, a gain adjustable dynamic output feedback (DOF) controller is designed for NCSs and relaxes state-available constraint in presence of three types of attacks, including stochastic deception attacks, replay attacks and aperiodic denial-of-service (DoS) attacks. Second, a output-based dynamic event-triggered mechanism (DETM) is designed to optimize limited network resources under the cyber attacks. Third, a new switched system is established to describe the effect of hybrid cyber attacks, the DOF controller and the DETM simultaneously. Then, criteria for guaranteeing asymptotically stability of the switched system are obtained. Furthermore, the co-design method of DETM and DOF controller is provided to maintain the NCSs stability. Finally, an example is presented to show the effectiveness of the proposed methods in this paper.  相似文献

This article considers the nonlinear time-delay system with full-state constrains and actuator hysteresis. Compared with the previous research on input hysteresis phenomenon, all states in the system are required to be constrained in a bounded compact set and the direction of hysteresis is unknown. Thus, the system is difficult to be stabilized and get perfect error tracking performance, and the design procedure is more complicated. By combining barrier Lyapunov functions (BLFs) and Nussbaum functions, a new virtual controller is designed, which combines the properties of Nussbaum function with fuzzy logic systems (FLSs). Furthermore, considering that the rate-dependent characteristic of actuator hysteresis will adversely affect the stability of networked control systems (NCSs), a first-order filter is used to solve the problem, but it brings challenges to the design of Lyapunov–Krasovskii functions (KLFs). Thus, a new LKFs is constructed to compensate for the adverse effects of state delay on the nonlinear system. What’s more, this article propose event-triggered technique to solve the coupling effect of the system communication resource constrains. The proposed adaptive control strategy ensures the boundedness of all signals and does not violate the state constraints, and the controller avoids Zeno behavior, and the tracking error fluctuates around zero in a predetermined compression range. Finally, two simulations results verify the effectiveness of the adaptive control strategy.  相似文献

This paper addresses the adaptive fuzzy event-triggered control (ETC) problem for a class of nonlinear uncertain systems with unknown nonlinear functions. A novel ETC approach that exhibits a combinational triggering (CT) behavior is proposed to update the controller and fuzzy weight vectors, achieving the non-periodic control input signals for nonlinear systems. A CT-based fuzzy adaptive observer is firstly constructed to estimate the unmeasurable states. Based on this, an output feedback ETC is proposed following the backstepping and error transformation methods, which ensures the prescribed dynamic tracking (PDT) performance. The PDT performance indicates that the transient bounds, over-shooting and ultimate values of tracking errors are fully determined by the control parameters and functions chosen by users. The closed-loop stability is guaranteed under the framework of impulsive dynamic system. Besides, the Zeno phenomenon is circumvented. The theoretical analysis indicates that the proposed scheme guarantees control performance while considerably reducing the communication resource utilization and controller updating frequency. Finally, the numerical simulations are conducted to verify the theoretical findings.  相似文献

This paper concerns an adaptive fuzzy tracking control problem for a class of switched uncertain nonlinear systems in strict-feedback form via the modified backstepping technique. The unknown nonlinear functions are approximated by the generalized fuzzy hyperbolic model (GFHM). It is shown that if the designed parameters in the controller and adaptive laws are appropriately selected, then all closed-loop signals are bounded and the stability of the system can be kept under average dwell time methods. In the end, simulation studies are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of adaptive event-triggered (AET) based optimal fuzzy controller design for nonlinear networked control systems (NCSs) characterized by Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy models. An improved AET communication scheme with a memory adaptive rule is proposed to enhance the utilization of the state response vertex data. Different from the existing ET based results, the improved AET scheme can save more communication resources and acquire better system performance. The sufficient criteria of performance analysis and controller design are presented for the closed-loop control system subject to mismatched membership functions (MFs) and AET scheme. And then, a new MFs online learning algorithm on the basis of the gradient descent approach is employed to optimize the MFs of fuzzy controller and obtain optimal fuzzy controller for further improving system performance. Finally, two simulation examples are presented to verify the advantage and effectiveness of the provided controller design technique.  相似文献

This work concentrates on the control design of interval type-2 (IT2) T–S fuzzy systems under probabilistic saturation constraints. The actual control signals are allowed to exceed some preset thresholds with a certain frequency. Meanwhile, the sensors are governed by the multi-node round-robin scheduling protocol, which permits more than one sensors to transmit their information at every moment. The main objective is to synthesize a fuzzy controller such that the closed-loop system is locally stochastically stable under probabilistic saturated constraints and the multi-node round-robin scheduling protocol. To this end, the probabilistic saturation constraints are characterized by a Bernoulli-distributed stochastic process, and the received state at the controller side is formulated based on an updating rule and a compensation strategy. By constructing new membership functions, a token-dependent control law is subsequently designed. The stability analysis is facilitated by a modified sector condition dealing with the saturation nonlinearities. With suitable selection of initial states, sufficient conditions are derived to achieve the local stochastic stability of the closed-loop IT2 T–S fuzzy system. A larger domain of stochastic stability can be obtained via a searching algorithm. Finally, the proposed method is illustrated via a simulation example.  相似文献

This paper proposes a fuzzy model predictive control (FMPC) combined with the modified Smith predictor for networked control systems (NCSs). The network delays and data dropouts are problems, which greatly reduce the controller performance. For the proposed controller, the model of the controlled system is identified on-line using the Takagi – Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy models based on the Lyapunov function. There are two internal loops in the proposed structure. The first is the loop around the FMPC, which predicts the future outputs. The other is the loop around the plant to give the error between the system model and the actual plant. The proposed controller is designed for controlling a DC servo system through a wireless network to improve the system response. The practical results based on MATLAB/SIMULINK are established. The practical results are indicated that the proposed controller is able to respond the networked time delay and data dropouts compared to other controllers.  相似文献

The optimal tracking problem for single-input–single-output (SISO) networked control system over a communication channel with packet dropouts is studied in this paper. The tracking performance is measured by the energy of the error signal between the output of the plant and the reference signal. It is shown that the optimal tracking performance is constrained by nonminimum phase zeros, unstable poles, the characteristics of the reference signal and packet dropout probability, and the optimal controller is obtained. It is also shown that when the communication constraint does not exist, the optimal tracking performance reduces to the existing normal tracking performance of the control system without a communication channel. The result shows how the packet dropouts probability of a communication channel may fundamentally constrain a control system's tracking ability. Some typical examples and simulations are given to illustrate the theoretical results.  相似文献

This paper investigates the event-based tracking control for delta-sampling systems with a reference model. Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy model is used to approximate the nonlinearity. The delta operator is used to implement the discrete-time system. The event trigger is adopted for saving the network resources and the controller forces, and its detection period is designed with the same period of the delta-sampling period. Since the measurement is delayed from the sensor to the event-trigger, the methodology of time-delay systems, called the scaled small gain theorem, is applied for the system stability analysis. The reference output tracking controller is designed to ensure the stability of the resulting system in H sense. The optimization conditions of the desired H event-based tracking controller are synthesized, and the simulation example validates its effectiveness finally.  相似文献

In this work, the finite-time extended dissipativity of the interval type-2 (IT2) fuzzy systems with probabilistic time-varying delay is discussed via resilient memory sampled-data control. To enable the stability analysis and control combination, an IT2 fuzzy model is employed to represent the dynamics of nonlinear systems of which the parameter uncertainties are taken by IT2 membership functions distinguish by the lower and upper membership functions. The main objective of this paper is to design a resilient memory sampled-data controller such that the resulting closed-loop system is finite-time bounded and satisfies extended dissipative performance. Moreover, the solvability of the derived conditions not only depends on the size of the delay but also on the probabilistic distribution of the delay taking values in some interval, thus probabilistic delay protocol is encountered in the IT2 fuzzy model. By employing suitable Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional (LKF) along with Wirtinger-based inequality, a set of sufficient conditions ensuring the finite-time extended dissipative performance for IT2 fuzzy systems are derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Finally, two numerical simulations are presented to reveal the effectiveness of the developed technique.  相似文献

A new solution of networked control systems with bandwidth constraints is proposed in this paper. First, at the smart sensor side, a new stochastic communication logic scheduling strategy is designed based on a Poisson Process with time-dependent intensity. Under this strategy, the system only needs a finite-time state update. Hence the quantity of transmission of message is reduced. With the proof that the stochastic communication logic is essentially a Markov chain, the NCS is modeled as a jump system and the necessary and sufficient condition of stability for the state feedback system is presented as well. With the proposed stochastic communication logic, based on the update time, the controller is given in terms of a LMI. The simulation result shows that the scheduling strategy can decrease the network traffic, while the controller can guarantee certain good system performance.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the problem of non-fragile guaranteed cost control (GCC) for networked nonlinear Markov jump systems subject to multiple cyber-attacks, which are characterized by Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy model with time-varying delay. Specifically, a variety of cyber-attacks, including deception attacks and Denial-of-Service (DoS) attacks, are considered, which occur in the forward and feedback communication links, respectively. To achieve stochastic stability under guaranteed cost function (GCF), the paper proposes a Lyapunov–Krasovskii (L–K) function approach. The approach derives sufficient conditions for stochastic stability, and obtains non-fragile controller gains and the uniform upper bound of the GCF using linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) technique. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is evaluated by simulation experiment.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with event-triggered adaptive fuzzy tracking control for high-order stochastic nonlinear systems. The approach of fuzzy logic systems (FLSs) approximation is extended to high-order stochastic nonlinear systems to deal with the unknown nonlinear uncertainties. A novel high-order adaptive fuzzy tracking controller is firstly presented via a backstepping approach and event-triggering mechanism which can mitigate the unnecessary waste of computation and communication resources. Based on the above techniques, frequently-used growth assumptions imposed on unknown system nonlinearities are removed and the influence for the high order is handled. The proposed high-order adaptive fuzzy tracking control method not only deals with the influence of high order, but also ensures that the tracking error converges to a small neighborhood of the origin in probability. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control method is illustrated by a numerical example.  相似文献

This paper addresses the problem of robust integrated fault estimation (FE) and fault-tolerant control (FTC) for a class of discrete-time networked Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy systems with two-channel event-triggered schemes, input quantization and incomplete measurements. The incomplete information under consideration includes randomly occurring sensor saturation and randomly occurring quantization. In order to save the limited networked resources, this paper firstly proposed a novel dynamic event-triggered scheme on the sensor side and a static one on the controller side. Secondly, an event-triggered FE observer for the T–S fuzzy model is designed to estimate actuator faults and system states, simultaneously. Then, a specified discrete sliding surface in the state-estimation space is constructed. By using time-delay analysis technique and considering the effects of event-triggered scheme, quantization, networked conditions, actuator fault and external disturbance, the sliding mode dynamics and error dynamics are unified into a new networked time-delay model. Based on this model, sufficient conditions are established such that the resulting augmented fuzzy system is stochastically stable with a prescribed H performance level with a single-step linear matrix inequality (LMI) formulation. Furthermore, an observer-based sliding mode controller for reaching motion is synthesized to guarantee the reachability of the sliding surface. Finally, a single-link flexible manipulator example is present to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献
