This paper studies the cooperative adaptive dual-condition event-triggered tracking control problem for the uncertain nonlinear nonstrict feedback multi-agent systems with nonlinear faults and unknown disturbances. Under the framework of backstepping technology, a new threshold update method is designed for the state event-triggered mechanism. At the same time, we develop a novel distributed dual-condition event-triggered strategy that combined the fixed threshold triggered mechanism acted on the controller with the new event-triggered mechanism, which can better reduce the waste of communication bandwidth. To deal with the algebraic loop problem caused by the non-affine nonlinear fault, the Butterworth low-pass filter is introduced. At the same time, the unknown function problems are solved by the neural network technology. All signals of the system are semiglobally uniformly ultimately bounded and the tracking performance is achieved, which proved by the Lyapunov stability theorem. Finally, the results of the simulation test the efficiency of the proposed control scheme.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the event-based fault detection for the networked systems with communication delay and nonlinear perturbation. We propose an event-triggered scheme, which has some advantages over existing ones. The sensor data is transmitted only when the specified event condition involving the sampled measurements of the plant is violated. An event-based fault detection model is firstly constructed by taking the effect of event-triggered scheme and the network transmission delay into consideration. The main purpose of this paper is to design an event-based fault detection filter such that, for all unknown input, communication delay and nonlinear perturbation, the error between the residual signal and the fault signal is made as small as possible. Sufficient conditions for the existence of the desired fault detection filter are established in terms of linear matrix inequalities. Based on these conditions, the explicit expression is given for the designed fault detection filter parameters. A numerical example is employed to illustrate the advantage of the introduced event-triggered scheme and the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In this study, a dynamic event-triggered control problem is addressed for nonlinear networked control systems (NCSs) subject to denial-of-service (DoS) attacks. Assume that data from the plant to the controller is transmitted via a wireless transmission channel under malicious DoS attacks characterized by frequency and duration properties. On the premise of ensuring the stability and minimum inter-event time (MIET) of the systems, dynamic event-triggered mechanisms (DETMs) are proposed for the hybrid dynamic system to withstand a certain degree of DoS attacks. Three event-triggered schemes are designed for the most existing state-based control systems which further enlarge the inter-event times, and the stabilization conditions of hybrid dynamic system are given. Finally, illustrative examples are provided to verify the effectiveness of the presented theoretical results.  相似文献

In this paper, the tracking control problem of a class of uncertain strict-feedback nonlinear systems with unknown control direction and unknown actuator fault is studied. By using the neural network control approach and dynamic surface control technique, an adaptive neural network dynamic surface control law is designed. Based on the neural network approximator, the uncertain nonlinear dynamics are approximated. Using the dynamic surface control technique, the complexity explosion problems in the design of virtual control laws and adaptive updating laws can be overcome. Moreover, to solve the unknown control direction and unknown actuator fault problems, a type of Nussbaum gain function is incorporated into the recursive design of dynamic surface control. Based on the designed adaptive control law, it can be confirmed that all of the signals in the closed-loop system are semi-global bounded, and the convergence of the tracking error to the specified small neighborhood of the origin could be ensured by adjusting the designing parameters. Finally, two examples are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed adaptive control law.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of reliable controller design for event-triggered singular Markov jump systems with partly known transition probabilities, nonlinear perturbations and actuator faults is studied. To mitigate the burden of data transmissions over network, two event-triggered schemes with different triggering conditions are introduced. The switch law between the two event-triggered schemes is governed by a random variable with Bernoulli distribution. Taking nonlinear perturbations and actuator faults into account, the resulting closed-loop system is converted into a time-delay singular Markov jump system with partly known transition probabilities. Sufficient conditions of stochastically admissible for the resulting closed-loop system are obtained in terms of a group of linear matrix inequalities. The co-design of desirable reliable controller and weighting matrices of event-triggered schemes is presented. Finally, two numerical examples are given to show the effectiveness of the developed results.  相似文献

In this paper, an integrated design of data-driven fault-tolerant tracking control is addressed relying on the Markov parameters sequence identification and adaptive dynamic programming techniques. For the unknown model systems, the sequence of Markov parameters together with the covariance of innovation signal is firstly estimated by least square method. After a transformation of value function from stochastic to deterministic, a policy iteration adaptive dynamic programming algorithm is then formulated to find the optimal tracking control law. In order to eliminate the influence of unpredicted faults, an active fault-tolerant supervisory control strategy is further constructed by synthesizing fault detection, isolation, estimation and compensation. All these involved designs are performed in the data-driven manner, and thus avoid the information requirement about system drift dynamics. From the perspective of system operation management, the above integrated control scheme provides a framework to achieve the tracking performance optimization, monitoring and maintaining simultaneously. The effectiveness of these conclusions is finally verified via two case studies.  相似文献

This paper addresses the adaptive fuzzy event-triggered control (ETC) problem for a class of nonlinear uncertain systems with unknown nonlinear functions. A novel ETC approach that exhibits a combinational triggering (CT) behavior is proposed to update the controller and fuzzy weight vectors, achieving the non-periodic control input signals for nonlinear systems. A CT-based fuzzy adaptive observer is firstly constructed to estimate the unmeasurable states. Based on this, an output feedback ETC is proposed following the backstepping and error transformation methods, which ensures the prescribed dynamic tracking (PDT) performance. The PDT performance indicates that the transient bounds, over-shooting and ultimate values of tracking errors are fully determined by the control parameters and functions chosen by users. The closed-loop stability is guaranteed under the framework of impulsive dynamic system. Besides, the Zeno phenomenon is circumvented. The theoretical analysis indicates that the proposed scheme guarantees control performance while considerably reducing the communication resource utilization and controller updating frequency. Finally, the numerical simulations are conducted to verify the theoretical findings.  相似文献

This paper investigates globally bounded consensus of leader-following multi-agent systems with unknown nonlinear dynamics and external disturbance via adaptive event-triggered fuzzy control. Different from existing works where filtering and backstepping techniques are applied to design controllers and event-triggered conditions, a matrix inequality is established to obtain the feedback gain matrix and event-triggered functions. To save communication resources, a new distributed event-triggered controller with fully discontinuous communication among following agents is designed. Meanwhile, a strictly positive minimum of inter-event time is provided to exclude Zeno behavior. Furthermore, to achieve globally bounded leader-following consensus, an adaptive fuzzy approximator and a parameter estimator are designed to approximate the unknown nonlinear dynamics and parameters, respectively. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated via a simulation example.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the event-triggered fault estimation and fault-tolerant control for continuous-time dynamic systems subject to system fault and external disturbance under network environment. Firstly, based on the event-triggered sampling, a fault diagnosis observer is constructed to estimate both the system state and the system fault simultaneously, and a multi-objective constraint is established to guarantee the estimation accuracy. Based on the estimated system state and fault signal, a fault-tolerant controller is proposed to compensate the influence of occurred faults and maintain the system performance. The event-triggered scheme and the fault-tolerant controller are co-designed to guarantee the required performance of faulty system and reduce the consumption of communication resources. Finally, simulation results of an F-404 aircraft engine system are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with integrated event-triggered fault estimation (FE) and sliding mode fault-tolerant control (FTC) for a class of discrete-time Lipschtiz nonlinear networked control systems (NCSs) subject to actuator fault and disturbance. First, an event-triggered fault/state observer is designed to estimate the system state and actuator fault simultaneously. And then, a discrete-time sliding surface is constructed in state-estimation space. By the use of a reformulated Lipschitz property and delay system analysis method, the sliding mode dynamics and state/fault error dynamics are converted into a unified linear parameter varying (LPV) networked system model by taking into account the event-triggered scheme, actuator fault, external disturbance and network-induced delay. Based on this model and with the aid of Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional method, a delay-dependent sufficient condition is derived to guarantee the stability of the resulting closed-loop system with prescribed H performance. Furthermore, an observed-based sliding mode FTC law is synthesized to make sure the reachability of the sliding surface. Finally, simulation results are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper investigates the problem of event-triggered fault detection filter design for nonlinear networked control systems with both sensor faults and process faults. First, Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy model is utilized to represent the nonlinear systems with faults and disturbances. Second, a discrete event-triggered communication scheme is proposed to reduce the utilization of limited network bandwidth between filter and original system. At the same time, considering network-induced delays and event-triggered scheme, a novel T–S fuzzy fault detection filter is constructed to generate a residual signal, which has nonsynchronous premise variables with the original T–S fuzzy system. Then, the fuzzy Lyapunov functional based approach and the reciprocally convex approach are developed such that the obtained sufficient conditions ensure that the fuzzy fault detection system is asymptotically stable with H performance and is less conservative. All the conditions are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs), which can be solved by LMI tools in MATLAB environment. Finally, a numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed results.  相似文献

This paper is devoted to investigate the designs of the event-based distributed state estimation and fault detection of the nonlinear stochastic systems over wireless sensor networks (WSNs). The nonlinear stochastic systems as well as the filters corresponding to the multiple sensors are represented by interval type-2 Takagi–Sugeno (T–S) fuzzy models. (1) A new type of fuzzy distributed filters based on event-triggered mechanism is established corresponding to the nodes of the WSN. (2) The overall stability and performance, that is mean-square asymptotic stability in H sense, of the event-driven fault detection system is analyzed based on Lyapunov stability theory. (3) New techniques are developed to cope with the problem of parametric matrix decoupling for solving the distributed filter gains. (4) Finally, the desired event-based distributed filter matrices are designed subject to the numbers of the fuzzy rules and a series of matrix inequalities. A simulation case is detailed to show the effectiveness of the presented event-based distributed fault detection filtering scheme.  相似文献

This paper researches the finite-time event-triggered containment control problem of multiple Euler–Lagrange systems (ELSs) with unknown control coefficients. To realize an accurate convergence time, the settling-time performance function is employed to ensures the steady-state and dynamic properties of the containment errors in the resulting system. Meanwhile, to handle unknown control coefficients, adaptive neural networks (ANNs) with an additional saturated term are designed, which removes the requirement of full rank control coefficients in traditional control methods. By establishing an event-triggered mechanism, a novel finite-time event-triggered containment control law is designed, which yields the semi-global practical finite-time stable (SGPFS) of the resulting closed-loop system without Zeno phenomenon according to the finite-time stability criterion. The effectiveness of the designed methodology is verified by simulation.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with event-triggered adaptive fuzzy tracking control for high-order stochastic nonlinear systems. The approach of fuzzy logic systems (FLSs) approximation is extended to high-order stochastic nonlinear systems to deal with the unknown nonlinear uncertainties. A novel high-order adaptive fuzzy tracking controller is firstly presented via a backstepping approach and event-triggering mechanism which can mitigate the unnecessary waste of computation and communication resources. Based on the above techniques, frequently-used growth assumptions imposed on unknown system nonlinearities are removed and the influence for the high order is handled. The proposed high-order adaptive fuzzy tracking control method not only deals with the influence of high order, but also ensures that the tracking error converges to a small neighborhood of the origin in probability. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control method is illustrated by a numerical example.  相似文献

This paper deals with the output consensus problem for uncertain nonstrict-feedback leader-follower multi-agent systems with predefined performance. A distributed event-triggered control strategy with dynamic threshold is proposed to update the actual control input and alleviate the computation burden of the communication procedure effectively. The unknown nonstrict-feedback structures are addressed by using the property of radial basis function neural networks. It is worth noting that in practical applications, the predefined performance often alternates between constrained and unconstrained cases in some extreme situations. To overcome this challenge, a novel coordinate transformation technique is incorporated to tackle both the two cases with and without performance constraint in a unified manner. As a result, the proposed event-triggered control approach ensures that the output consensus errors converge to zero asymptotically, and all the signals in the closed-loop system are bounded. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed protocol is demonstrated by the simulation results.  相似文献

In this paper, a security consistent tracking control scheme with event-triggered strategy and sensor attacks is developed for a class of nonlinear multi-agent systems. For the sensor attacks on the system, a security measurement preselector and a state observer are introduced to combat the impact of the attacks and achieve secure state estimation. In addition, command filtering technology is introduced to overcome the “complexity explosion” caused by the use of the backstepping approach. Subsequently, a new dynamic event-triggered strategy is proposed, in which the triggering conditions are no longer constants but can be adjusted in real time according to the adaptive variables, so that the designed event-triggered mechanism has stronger online update ability. The measurement states are only transmitted through the network based on event-triggered conditions. The proposed adaptive backstepping algorithm not only ensures the security of the system under sensor attacks but also saves network resources and ensures the consistent tracking performance of multi-agent systems. The boundedness of all closed-loop signals is proved by Lyapunov stability analysis. Simulation examples show the effectiveness of the control scheme.  相似文献

To ensure better performance and simultaneously save resources, an event-triggered adaptive command filtered dynamic surface control (ACFDSC) method for uncertain stochastic nonstrict-feedback nonlinear systems with dynamic output constraints and prescribed performance is designed in this article. Firstly, with the help of reduced-order K-filters, linearly parameterized neural networks and specific coordinate transformation technique, the unmeasurable states, nonlinearities, two types of unmodeled dynamics and output constraints are dealt with respectively. Then, an event-triggered ACFDSC strategy is proposed to ensure that the tracking error reaches a specific bound within a finite time. By introducing the compensated signal into the complete Lyapunov function, and with the assistance of the compact set defined in the stability analysis, all signals are strictly demonstrated to be semi-globally uniformly ultimately bounded. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the dynamic quantized control for switched fuzzy systems with singular perturbation and an improved event-triggered protocol. Essentially apart from the transition probabilities, the nonhomogeneous sojourn probabilities are employed to characterize the dynamic behavior of switched fuzzy singularly perturbed systems based on a deterministic switching signal. Benefiting from the dynamic quantization parameter, the quantization-based event-triggered protocol is presented, thereby decreasing the communication load. Based on the hidden Markov model, a novel event-triggered asynchronous control law is built. Finally, two examples are shown to clarify the practicality of the obtained results.  相似文献

In this paper, an event-triggered joint adaptive high-gain observer design method is proposed for a class of nonlinear systems that are characterized by an unknown parameter entering the system state equations. The main difficulty in the observer design is that the event-triggered mechanism (ETM) is affected by variable delayed-sampled data and the system’s unknown parameter. To overcome this difficulty, a closed-loop output predictor is incorporated into the design of the event-triggered mechanism to compensate for the sampling and the delay affecting the system outputs. To prevent the Zeno phenomenon, and to guarantee the exponential convergence of the observer, an exponential decay factor is considered in the ETM. The effectiveness of our proposed observer is demonstrated through numerical simulations, experiments and performances comparison with previous works in the literature.  相似文献

This paper presents an improved adaptive design strategy for neural-network-based event-triggered tracking of uncertain strict-feedback nonlinear systems. An adaptive tracking scheme based on state variables transmitted from the sensor-to-controller channel is designed via only single neural network function approximator, regardless of unknown nonlinearities unmatched in the control input. Contrary to the existing multiple-function-approximators-based event-triggered backstepping control results with multiple triggering conditions dependent on all error surfaces, the proposed scheme only requires one triggering condition using a tracking error and thus can overcome the problem of the existing results that all virtual controllers with multiple function approximators should be computed in the sensor part. This leads to achieve the structural simplicity of the proposed event-triggered tracker in the presence of unmatched and unknown nonlinearities. Using the impulsive system approach and the error transformation technique, it is shown that all the signals of the closed-loop system are bounded and the tracking error is bounded within pre-designable time-varying bounds in the Lyapunov sense.  相似文献
