在溶液的pH为6.0,均苯三甲酸(TMA)的浓度为2.0×10-4mol·L-1时,Eu3+-TMA体系可使Eu3+的荧光强度增大三个多数量级.光学惰性稀土La3+与Lu3+,在浓度分别为2.0×10-4mol·L-1、1.5×10-4mol·L-1时,可使Eu3+-TMA体系荧光强度分别增大178.1与91.3倍.体系中Eu3+的浓度在4.7×10-8~2.3×10-5mol·L-1的浓度范围内与体系的荧光强度呈线性关系,Eu3+的检出限达到了1.0×10-8mol·L-1.用此优化发光体系研究铕(Ⅲ)在水稻不同生育期被水稻吸收后的分布定位情况.结果表明铕(Ⅲ)进入水稻后与水稻各部位的结合不是随机的,主要是在分蘖期与水稻的叶片结合.为稀土元素在水稻中的代谢研究提供了一种可借鉴的方法与研究手段.  相似文献

研究了槲皮素在多壁炭纳米管修饰电极上的伏安行为 ,其结果表明 ,在 0 .1mol·L- 1 磷酸盐介质 ( pH =5 .0 )中 ,该修饰电极对槲皮素产生较强的吸附催化作用 ,催化电流 (Ep =0 .2 6V ,vs .SCE)与槲皮素在浓度为 1 .0× 1 0 - 7mol·L- 1 ~ 6.0× 1 0 - 5mol·L- 1 范围内呈线性关系。本法用于芦丁水解产物的测定 ,效果良好。  相似文献

应用线性扫描极谱法和循环伏安法对美洛昔康的极谱行为进行了研究.在0.08mol·L-1HAc-NaAc(pH4.5)支持电解质中,美洛昔康于-1.20V(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的极谱催化氢波,其二阶导数峰峰电流与美洛昔康浓度在2.0×10-8~1.6×10-6mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9996,n=8),检测限为1.0×10-8mol·L-1.10次测定1.0×10-6mol·L-1美洛昔康峰电流相对标准偏差RSD为0.6%,回收率在92.6%~101.2%之间.该方法可用于药剂中美洛昔康的测定.本文对美洛昔康的反应机理进行了探讨.  相似文献

在0 01mol·L-1H2SO4介质中,铬(Ⅵ)对溴酸钾氧化甲基橙的反应具有强烈的催化作用,甲基橙于-0 59V处产生一灵敏的导数极谱波,以极谱法测定催化反应过程中甲基橙浓度的变化,建立了测定痕量铬(Ⅵ)的催化动力学新方法。该方法的线性范围为8 0×10-4~3 6×10-2mg·L-1,检出限为1 25×10-7mg·L-1,应用于电镀废水中痕量铬(Ⅵ)的测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献
