应用线性扫描极谱法和循环伏安法对美洛昔康的极谱行为进行了研究.在0.08mol·L-1HAc-NaAc(pH4.5)支持电解质中,美洛昔康于-1.20V(vs.SCE)处产生一灵敏的极谱催化氢波,其二阶导数峰峰电流与美洛昔康浓度在2.0×10-8～1.6×10-6mol·L-1范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9996,n=8),检测限为1.0×10-8mol·L-1.10次测定1.0×10-6mol·L-1美洛昔康峰电流相对标准偏差RSD为0.6%,回收率在92.6%～101.2%之间.该方法可用于药剂中美洛昔康的测定.本文对美洛昔康的反应机理进行了探讨. 相似文献

利用K2S2O8存在下槲皮素于-1.38V(vs.SCE)产生的极谱催化波,拟定了测定槲皮素的新方法。在0.02mol/L酒石酸-酒石酸钠(pH2.7)-1.0×10-2mol/LK2S2O8底液中,槲皮素催化波的峰电位为-1.38V(vs.SCE),其二阶导数峰电流与槲皮素浓度在1.0×10-7～2.0×10-6mol/L范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9984,n=6)。4.0×10-7mol/L槲皮素催化波的峰电流约为相应还原波峰电流的50倍。应用本方法直接测定良姜中的槲皮素,结果令人满意。 相似文献

本文研究了铅（Ⅱ）-胱氨酸-甘氨酸体系在悬汞电极上的吸附伏安特性。在0．001mol／L甘氨酸溶液中（pH=8．2），加入铅（Ⅱ）溶液后，使胱氨酸的峰电流增大，最佳实验条件下，该峰电流与优氨酸浓度在3．3×10－8～1．0×10－6mol／L范围内呈良好的线性关系，检测限过3．3×10－9mol／L。通过对该峰的性质及反应机理的研究，证明此峰为配合物吸附还原峰，吸附反应物为铅（Ⅱ）与胱氨酸形成的1：1配合物，电机反应为二电子还原。 相似文献

在1.0 mool/L KCl的介质中,采用邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯修饰碳糊电极测定抗坏血酸(AA),抗坏血酸的浓度在9.1×10-6-3.4×10-3mol/L范围内与峰电流呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.9994,检测限5.7×10-6mol/L,并且探讨了电极过程的特性.测定了市售抗坏血酸片和橙汁中抗坏血酸的含量,结果满意. 相似文献

利用方波伏安法研究了尿酸在聚甘氨酸修饰玻碳电极上的电化学氧化行为.结果表明:在0.01 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲液(pH=7)中,尿酸在+0.31 mv左右产生一个氧化峰,峰电流与尿酸在1.0×10-6—1.0×10-5mol/L浓度范围呈较好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9945.该方法可用于直接测定人体尿酸,回收率为95.5%-104.1%,相对标准偏差为1.4%. 相似文献

提出了平行催化氢波测定萘普生的新方法.在KH2PO4-Na2HPO4(pH6.24±0.1)支持电解质中,萘普生产生一催化氢波,峰电位Ep=-1.36V(vs.SCE).加入K2SO8后,该催化氢波被催化,峰电流增加约20倍,峰电位基本不变,产生一较灵敏的平行催化氢波.其二阶导数峰峰电流ip″与萘普生浓度在1.0×10-7~3.2×10-5mol.L-1范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9992,n=8),检出限为5.0×10-8mol.L-1.该方法可用于药物制剂中萘普生含量的测定. 相似文献

在Nd3+、Yb3+共存的RE-XO-CPC弱酸性介质体系中,加入F-可有效地掩蔽Nd3+.选用L16(45)正交表进行试验,得到最佳实验条件为[XO]=1.31×10-4mol·L-1,[CPC]=4×10-4mo·L-1,[F-]=8×10-4md·L-1.二阶导数峰(+617.5 nm)-零法、零-谷(-592.8nm)法、峰(+617.5 nm)-谷(-592.8 nm)法测定Yb3+时,3倍量的Nd3+不干扰测定,直线回归方程分别为y=9.47×10-3+2.47×10-3x(峰-零法,相关系数p=0.9990);y=1.70×10-3+6.56×10-3x(零-谷法,p=0.9998);y=2.64×10-3+1.07×10-2x(峰-谷法,p=0.9949).用零-谷法对不同配比Nd3+、Yb3+混合物进行分析,平均偏差在12.0%-24.0%,变异系数在1.80%-6.98%. 相似文献

荷正电的二茂铁阳离子静电吸附到末端荷负电的3-巯基丙酸自组装膜修饰金电极表面,制备二茂铁-3-巯基丙酸膜电极(Fc-MPA/Au CME).红外光谱和交流阻抗谱证实膜的形成.对膜电极的电化学性能进行了研究,发现在-0.2-0.5V(vs.SCE)间CV曲线上有一对稳定、可逆的氧化还原峰,Epa=0.168V,Epc=0.117V,对应Fc的氧化还原反应.峰电流与扫速的平方根在低扫速范围内成线性关系,表示膜内电子传递过程受扩散控制,计时库仑法计算膜内电子传递系数D为1.01×10-7cm2/s.膜电极对酸性溶液中的抗坏血酸(AA)有明显的电催化氧化作用,差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)测定其氧化峰电流与AA的浓度在8.0×10-6-8.0×10-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数(R)为0.9995,检测限2.0×10-6mol/L.该电极用于维生素C片剂中AA的测定,结果满意. 相似文献
