贯彻落实科学发展观,构建和谐社会要求企业积极地履行各种社会责任。企业社会责任包括现行经济责任、法律责任、伦理责任和慈善责任等。目前我国仍有相当数量的企业对社会责任的问题持消极态度,由于企业社会责任缺失而导致的各种问题仍层出不穷,其原因之一是现行企业绩效评价只偏重经济效益评价,没有设置相应的指标对企业的社会效益进行评价。构建企业社会绩效评价指标体系,即在经济责任、法律责任、伦理责任和慈善责任等方面都选取若干有代表性的关键性指标,以便对企业履行各种社会责任的能力和效果进行全面的评价。 相似文献

在目前的科技中性论、科技分别论、科技选择论等争论中。“科技选择论”认为科学家对科技行为的选择总是要承担一定的道德责任的，因而该说较为客观。基于此说，我们有必要对科学家提出一种新的责任意识，即以未来行为为导向的前瞻性责任伦理。明确前瞻性责任意识，科学家要有行为选择的自律精神，社会对科学家也要实行道德法制的他律约束，这在新科技环境下具有重要的操作性意义。 相似文献
