院级实验教学中心仪器设备配置量化标准是提高仪器设备使用效率、提高办学效益的重要前提,对于减少仪器设备重复购置,降低实验室配置成本具有一定的参考意义。在大量查阅文献资料和实地调研基础上,配合我校实验室管理体制改革,提出了院级实验教学中心配置仪器设备量化标准的前提条件和配置过程中应注意的问题;初步制定了华南农业大学院级实验教学中心仪器设备配置的的量化标准。该标准结合具体实验目的和实验要求,将实验教学人时数作为院级实验中心仪器设备量化配置时的主要指标,最后对量化配置过程中存在的问题进行了进一步的探讨。 相似文献

利用率最大化是仪器设备管理的永恒主题。我国高校实验仪器设备普遍存在着"闲置率高,利用率低"的问题,与物尽其用的资源管理要求相距甚远。盲目性配置、成本效益意识淡薄、实验技术队伍整体水平不高、共享率低下及管理手段滞后等,是目前高校实验仪器设备呈阶段性闲置、利用效能难以提升的症结。提出了健全管理制度、优化设备配置、提高实验人员素质、共管共享、有偿使用、完善考核评价方式等针对性化解措施,有效运用网络化、程序化和信息化等支撑手段,实现组织管理的各单元精确、高效、协同和持续运行,构建仪器设备从形成到消除全生命周期的开放式跟踪管理体系,真正做到买好、管好、用好和处置好,提高仪器设备全生命周期利用率,实现价值的最大化。 相似文献
