目的:探究非正交面齿轮与直齿圆柱齿轮组成的齿轮副在啮合传动过程中动力学特性,为基于面齿轮的传动装置提供动力学仿真分析参考.方法:首先根据啮合原理,利用包络法推导非正交面齿轮齿面的曲面族,再通过VS编写相应的计算程序,计算得到非正交面齿轮齿面上的有限个坐标点,然后使用catia曲面设计程序,得到非正交面齿轮模型,最后将非正交面齿轮与配对圆柱齿轮进行正确装配,使用动力学分析软件Adams进行啮合仿真分析.结果:通过对比分析表明,动力学仿真分析下的非正交面齿轮输出转速、法向载荷、圆周力、径向力和轴向力与理论计算基本一致.结论:验证了非正交面齿轮在啮合传动过程中有轴向力的产生,面齿轮传动具有周期性啮入啮出的特性. 相似文献

目的:准双曲面齿轮副在实际装配过程中不可避免地存在安装误差。本文旨在建立考虑多种安装误差的准双曲面齿轮啮合模型,对齿轮副啮合印痕特征(齿面分布位置、大小和方向)进行参数化建模,精确评价印痕对安装误差的敏感性,以及研究降低接触性能对安装误差的敏感度的方法,为准双曲面齿轮副的加工和安装提供理论依据。创新点:1.对准双曲面齿轮齿面接触印痕进行精确的参数化建模;2.建立考虑轴交角误差、偏置距误差以及大小轮轴向误差的齿轮副啮合分析模型;3.建立准双曲面齿轮副安装误差敏感度综合评价模型;4.通过优化齿轮加工参数,在齿轮副设计环节实现齿轮副安装误差敏感度的降低。方法:1.对准双曲面齿轮副安装误差和齿面接触印痕进行参数化建模,推导出表示接触印痕大小、方向和齿面分布位置的解析表达式(公式(1)~(3));2.建立考虑4种安装误差的准双曲面齿轮副啮合分析模型(公式(4)~(11)),得到不同安装误差对啮合印痕的影响(图5~7);3.建立准双曲面齿轮副安装误差综合敏感度优化模型(公式(15)),并基于改进的多种群遗传算法(图14)实现齿轮副安装误差敏感性的降低(图8)。结论:1.四种安装误差对准双曲面齿轮啮合质量的影响程度不同;其中轴交角误差的影响最大,其次是偏置距误差,而大小轮的轴向安装误差的影响最小,因此安装齿轮副必须注重轴交角及偏置距的安装精度。2.通过降低齿轮副安装误差综合敏感度,可在一定程度上降低系统对装配误差的敏感性;在齿轮副设计环节加入安装误差敏感度分析,优化机床加工参数,对装配后的啮合质量控制具有积极意义。3.考虑安装误差的轮齿接触分析模型能够得到不同安装误差对啮合印痕及传动误差的影响规律,是一种对失配状态下的准双曲面齿轮副进行无载啮合分析的有效工具。 相似文献

由于渐开线齿轮的诸多特点,其应用愈来愈广泛,不同使用场合对渐开线齿轮提出了各种要求.其中,随着现代工业的发展,高速重载齿轮箱的应用日益扩大.在高速重载的工作条件下,不仅要求有较高的运动精度,而且要求有较好的工作平稳性及负荷均匀性.齿轮在高速重载下工作,由于弹性变形、热变形及系统变形等复杂因素的影响,啮合已不是刚性啮合,原来的标准渐开线齿形产生变形,使瞬时传动比改变,造成动载荷,以致影响齿轮强度,噪音增大.在这种情况下,如果对渐开线齿形修形,改变标准齿轮,使齿轮副在空载时看上去啮合不好.但随着负荷增加,齿形变形增加,啮合状况逐步改善,进入工作状态时,具有最好的啮合状态,这就是修形齿形.一、中凸齿形特征及加工原理(一)中凸齿形由渐开线齿形修形而成,分长修形与短修形两种,如图(1)所示. 相似文献

The objective of this paper is to investigate the position of the resultant force in involute spline coupling teeth due to the contact pressure distribution for both ideal and misaligned conditions. In general, spline coupling teeth are in contact all along the involute profile and the load is far from uniform along the contact line. Theoretical models available in publications consider the resultant contact force as it is applied at the pitch diameter, and this study aims to evaluate the error introduced within the confines of a common approximation environment. This analysis is carried out through using finite element method (FEM) models, considering spline couplings in both ideal and misaligned conditions. Results show that the differences between the load application diameter and pitch diameter are not very obvious in both ideal and misaligned conditions; however, this ap- proximation becomes more important for the calculation of the tooth stiffness. 相似文献

This paper presents an analysis result of three-dimensional meshing of crown gear coupling (CGC) surfaces of crown gear and internal gear are established. The equation of internal gear surface is given. The equation of conjugate surface of crown gear is solved according to the principle of gearing, and that of non-conjugate crown gear is derived with crown curve of a circular arc. The meshing state of conjugate and non-conjugate surfaces is analyzed through computation of contact lines and points. It is concluded that the meshing of conjugate CGC is line-contact, there are several pairs of teeth engage simultaneously, and non-conjugate CGC has point-contact condition of meshing and only 2 pairs of teeth engage in theory. 相似文献

本文提出了两种新型的渐开线少齿差行星齿轮传动机构,分别称为Ⅰ型机构和Ⅱ型机构。其中,Ⅰ型机构是一种无输出机构的少齿差传动机构,加工方便,成本低廉,只需三个齿轮即可传动。Ⅱ型机构是一种经过变型而派生出来的少齿差传动机构,同样可以采用销轴式或浮动盘式输出机构,具有效率高,承载能力大等特点,可用于中等或中等以上功率的场合。笔者对这种新型机构的传动原理,优越性以及齿形干涉和限制条件进行了详细的论证,并探讨了传动效率、强度计算和参数选择等问题。理论和实践均业已证明这种新型机构是值得推广的。 相似文献

Objective:To observe the periodontal healing of autogenously transplanted teeth loaded orthodontically after autotransplantation in Beagle dogs.Methods:Forty-eight teeth were autogenously transplanted,24 of which were loaded postoperatively with orthodontic force at different time points and for different durations.Periodontal healing was evaluated by probing pocket depth(PPD),the expression of relevant proteins,and histomorphometric analyses.Results:The dental pockets of loaded and non-loaded teeth were both much deeper after the first postoperative week than before transplantation(P<0.05).Later,the PPD,which was measured after postoperative weeks 1,3,5,9 and 13,gradually became shallow.The expressions of alkaline phosphatase(ALP)and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)were higher in loaded teeth than in non-loaded teeth(P<0.05),and in groups subjected to two weeks duration of loading than in other groups at the same load time point(P<0.05).For the same load duration,the expressions of ALP and bFGF in teeth loaded after postoperative week 4 were higher than those of other treatments(P<0.05).According to histomorphometric analyses,an orthodontic force on transplanted teeth applied after postoperative weeks 4 or 8 for two weeks duration should be favorable for periodontal healing.Conclusions:It is advisable to apply an appropriate magnitude of force on autotransplanted teeth,such as orthodontic force,at appropriate time points and for a suitable duration,to achieve the optimal clinical prognosis following autogenous tooth transplantation.These results may serve as a basis for subsequent studies in humans so as to make clinical improvements. 相似文献
