为获得优良的无惠子愈伤组织无性系,采用正交试验探讨了2种外植体、基本培养基、2,4-D、6-苄基嘌呤(6-BA)4因素对愈伤组织诱导及生长的影响.结果表明同一成熟度的外植体,其叶片愈伤组织的诱导率明显优于茎段,最适合的愈伤组织形成的培养基为MS+6-BA2mg/L+2,4-D0.5mg/L+蔗糖20g/L+琼脂9g/L. 相似文献

以珙桐的叶片作外植体,对影响诱导愈伤组织的条件和基本培养基进行筛选,并对愈伤组织继代培养中的褐变问题进行研究。结果表明：WPM是珙桐叶片初代培养的最佳基本培养基;2,4-D与KT组合比NAA与6-BA组合对珙桐叶片愈伤组织诱导有更显著的影响,最佳诱导培养基组合为WPM＋2,4-D1．0mg／L＋KT2．0mg／L,继代培养中添加1．0—1．5mg／L抗坏血酸（VC）能有效抑制愈伤组织褐化。 相似文献

采用红掌(Anthurium andreanum Dakota)幼叶叶片中部(带主叶脉叶片),叶片基部(叶柄与叶片连接处),叶尖部位作为外植体,接种在1/4 MS附加不同浓度的6-BA+2,4-D+KT的培养基上.结果表明,红掌(Anthurium andreanum)愈伤组织的诱导率不仅与叶片不同部位有关,而且与添加外源激素的浓度及配比有关.经过60 d愈伤组织诱导培养,叶片基部作为外植体诱导愈伤组织效果最好,愈伤组织诱导率最高的培养基为1/4 MS+6-BA0.9 mg/L+2,4-D 0.9 mg/L+KT0.5 mg/L. 相似文献

目的:建立球兰无菌苗的离体再生体系.方法:以球兰的种子为材料繁育无菌系,探讨了无菌苗叶片愈伤组织诱导情况、叶片愈伤增殖培养的最佳激素配比,比较不同培养基对丛芽诱导及对球兰生根的影响.结果:无菌苗叶片愈伤最佳激素配比为(0.5 mg/L 6-BA)+(1.0 mg/L NAA);愈伤组织的增殖最佳激素配比为(1.0 mg/L 6-BA)+(0.2 mg/L IAA);丛芽诱导最佳培养基为MS+(1.5 mg/L 6-BA)+(1.0mg/LNAA)+(6.0g/L琼脂)+(30g/L蔗糖).无菌苗生根最佳培养基为MS+(0.1mg/L NAA)+(6.0 g/L琼脂)+(30 g/L蔗糖).结论:通过筛选愈伤组织增殖、分化和丛芽诱导及促进生根的最佳培养基配方,建立了球兰的离体再生体系. 相似文献

在附加不同质量浓度的蔗糖、琼脂、肌醇及植物生长调节剂、不同pH值的MS培养基上，接种甘薯茎段、叶柄、叶片，诱导愈伤组织。结果表明，培养基中蔗糖的质量浓度为25－30g/L；琼脂的质量浓度为8.0g/L；肌醇的质量浓度为1.0g/L;pH值5－6有利于甘薯愈伤组织的生长。基因型、外植体间及植物生长调节剂组合间诱导的甘薯愈伤组织产量和质量有差别。1.0mg/L2,4-D与1.0mg/L KT(或6－BA）搭配有利于诱导高质量的甘薯愈伤组织。 相似文献

以点地梅(A.umbellate(Lour.)Merr.)无菌苗的嫩叶为外植体,研究了不同质量浓度的2,4-D和6-BA对愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明:较高浓度的2,4-D(1.0～2.0 mg/L)单独使用能促进愈伤组织形成,随着2,4-D质量浓度的增加,愈伤组织的形成逐渐变弱;在培养基、2,4-D和6-BA诱导愈伤组织的正交试验中,发现诱导愈伤组织的较优培养基组合为MS+2,4-D 1 mg/L+6-BA 0.4 mg/L,且产生的愈伤组织多为淡绿色、质地疏松、生长快、褐化时间长,适合于点地梅愈伤组织的诱导。 相似文献

以光叶海桐的叶和茎为外植体,进行了组织培养愈伤组织诱导的实验研究。结果表明:在以MS培养基和WPM培养基为基本培养基附加不同外源激素2,4-D、NAA、KT、BA条件下,光叶海桐在一个较宽的生长范围内,均可诱导产生愈伤组织。最佳诱导和增殖条件是MS 2,4-D(1.5mg/L) BA(1.0mg/L)光、暗交替(光照14h/d)。在此条件下,30d后,叶的诱导率达90%,愈伤组织继代培养14d后,平均增殖率达198.8%。 相似文献

Different nations have different social cultures, and the social culture of every nation is developing with the development of the nation, language is greatly influenced by social culture, which enables language to possess national and historical characteristics. Word is the smallest, independent, meaningful linguistic unit of language. It can well reflect the national and historical characteristics. From synchronic aspect, the social and cultural influence on word meaning is mainly embodied in conceptual and associative meanings of word. The incorrespondence of word meaning is a phenomenon that exists in both conceptual and associative meanings of word among different languages. From diachronic aspect, the development of social culture causes some changes of word meaning to some extent.
