立宪运动是清末政治史上的一个重要事件。近十多年来，从事这一领域研究的学者越来越多，研究成果颇丰。在对清朝预备立宪、立宪派、资政院的评价和五大臣出洋考察的动因及作用的研究等问题上出现了一批新成果、新观点。但这一领域中的许多问题还需进一步深入研讨。如关于立宪运动的评价，要力求客观公允，勿受时代政治的束缚和左右；如关于预备立宪，与立宪派的要求的立宪是不是一回事等九个问题，目前尚缺乏深刻的说理和有力的论证，而这些对于正确评价立宪派的功过是非、立宪运动的作用至关重要。 相似文献

革命派对于民主问题的理解显得较为简单，他们在论战中更多地关注“排满”，将政治制度的民主化视作“排满”的必然结果，因而对民主问题准备不足。立宪派对于民主问题及民族革命与政治革新之间关系的认识上虽然也不尽完整，但关注国民素质在民主政治进程中的作用又有一定程度的合理性。尽管双方在论战中多有差异，但对于以政治制度民主化为核心的现代化的强烈诉求又在深层次上显示出了较大的同一性。两派的政治理想在某种程度上都没有能得到实现，说明胜利并非革命派所独有，而失败也并非只属于立宪派。 相似文献

清末新政时期,以立宪派为主导的政治参与的迅速发展,是在新政的展开、新力量的诞生、社会危机加剧、清政府控制力削弱及民众政治意识的觉醒等多重因素作用下的结果。政治参与以清政府宣布仿行宪政为界分为两个阶段。前期是在专制政体内展开的,以舆论参与和政治接触为主;后期则发生在从君主专制向君主立宪过渡时期,政治参与形式更为完备,规模扩大,对政局的影响力增强。新政时期的政治参与推动了政治变革、促进了民众政治意识的觉醒。 相似文献

归国留美学生与留日学生是五四新文化运动中的骨干，由于留学国度不同，他们政治见解上也有较大差异：留美留日学生都提倡民主，反对专制，但在中国振兴道路的选择上，留美学生重视实业救国，留日学生重视社会革命；在政治思想上，留美学生信奉资产阶级改良主义，留日学生信仰社会主义；在对留学国的态度上，留美学生多对美采取亲和态度，留日学生则有强烈的反日情绪。这种差异，与清政府的留学政策，留学国对学生的政策以及留学生留学际遇差异有着密切联系。 相似文献

Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius.
