对于普通师范生来说,专业精神和职业情感是他们从事教师职业的基本前提和职业准备。他们缺少的不是系统的教育理论知识,而是对教育专业的基本了解和认识。为他们提供教育生活的丰富体验和感受是公共教育学的首要任务。而案例、视频和活动教学则是适应体验教学的最好形式,也是培养学生专业精神和职业情感的最佳途径。公共教育学需要打破公共教育学课程价值的传统定位,重新设计公共教育学课程的教学过程。 相似文献

公共教育学是师范院校为师范生开设的一门公共必修课,以培养师范生的职业信念系统和教育基本理论为目标。由于种种原因,公共教育学课程的教学效果并不令人满意,课程价值不能得到顺利实现。师范生在这门课上常会提出三个问题:我为什么一定要当老师?我为什么要学习教育学?学好教育学就能"当好"教师吗?为了回应师范生的这三个问题,实现课程价值,转化课程危机,公共教育学教师在课程实施中应当实现示范教师职业价值、解读教育知识和践行教育理论的任务。 相似文献

以《教师教育课程标准（试行）》的理念与精神来检视,我们发现,造成公共教育学课程教学低效的主要原因是学生感受不到课程知识的意义及其学习的价值。因此,意义建构应成为公共教育学课程设计与实施的价值取向。公共教育学课程旨在让师范生体认到教育的意义、教育理论的意义、学生成长的意义以及教师职业的意义。公共教育学课程设计与实施的改革策略在于回复知识的意义与重构学习的路径,具体包括：恢复学习的社会实践活动本质、建立知识与真实世界的联系、立足师范生的社会文化属性和知识经验基础、提升公共教育学课程教师的理论素养与教学艺术水平。 相似文献

当前高师公共教育学教学存在着价值取向不明的问题.在价值需求上,表现为教育学的价值虚张成教育科学和师范教育的价值,导致理想教学价值虚张与实际教学价值有限的矛盾;在价值主体上,表现为理想价值主体的丰富性与实际价值主体定位的狭隘性的矛盾.其原因在于教育学在发展成为教育科学的过程中丢失了自己、高师中教育课程设置的不合理性、专业绝对对口的思想和高师教育学教师的经历.当今社会的变革,要求高师毕业生从教书者转变为教育者、高师从教师的摇篮转变为人们受教育的场所、高师从规范转变为创造.因此,从价值需求和价值主体两个层面来考虑,当前高师公共教育学教学的价值主体应是全体大众,其教学应满足教育实践宏观普遍问题的理论需要. 相似文献

公共教育学是教师教育专业课程体系中的核心课程和基础课程.自2016年开始,江苏省每年在高考本科提前批次定向招录乡村定向师范生,开展乡村教师定向培养.教学对象的变化促进公共教育学课程建设的改革创新,如何推动实践导向的课程模式和教学方法创新,强化定向乡村师范生的职业认同感;如何将乡土文化融入"准乡村教师"职业道德从而"铸魂塑魄";如何重新理解和重建更具乡土性、在地化、开放性的教学逻辑,成为公共教育学课程的价值追求.教师教育公共教育学课程建设的乡土实践转向包含教学内容和教学方法的重构与重建,将来自真实的乡村生活情境,具有乡土性的知识体系、价值观念和文化体验与"准乡村教师"的职业生命体验相融合,同时将教育学体系的理论形态转向乡土的实践形态,让地域性和地方性知识走进课堂,促进具身教学和案例教学以及数字化学习资源与学习内容深度融合,紧扣教师的"教"与学生的"学"展开双向评估,最终实现教师教育公共教育学课程建设的"乡土表达". 相似文献
