性,一直是人们讳莫如深的话题。长久以来的禁锢以及良莠不齐的性信息的浸染,使处于青春期的青少年产生了非常多的困惑和烦恼,影响了学业,有的甚至造成越轨行为、性心理异常甚至犯罪,严重危及青少年的身心健康。为了全面深入地了解高中学生性知识掌握的现状,使高中学生性心理健康教育更具针对性,笔者对本校2618名学生进行了匿名问卷调查。调查显示:学生对月经及遗精等性知识了解比较多,对同性恋、性欲、避孕和性病等性知识了解比较少;认为性知识来源于“学校教育”的占10.9%,认为来源于家长的只有12.9%,而认为来源于书刊、杂志、电影、电视及… 相似文献

大学生正处于性生理发育基本成熟及性心理发展正趋激烈的时期，由于性知识的匮乏、性观念的混乱以及性教育的滞后等因素，会导致一系列性心理困扰和性心理障碍等问题，这些问题的解决仅靠目前的性健康教育是远远不够的。除此之外，高校还必须运用心理辅导的理论和技术，开展对大学生的性心理辅导工作。做好这一工作有利于提高大学生的心理素质，充分保障大学生全面健康地成长与成才，适应社会和时代发展对教育的客观要求。本文分析了大学生陛心理辅导的特征，并就如何做好大学生的性心理辅导工作进行一些初步探讨。 相似文献

一、青少年人际困扰及其成因
人际困扰是指在人际交往中由于各种因素影响而造成的关系不和谐、交往不协调,伴有焦虑、孤独、自卑、抑郁、苦闷等消极情绪的体验过程。人际困扰对青少年心理健康有严重的不良影响,我国心理卫生学家丁瓒曾指出：“人类的心理适应最主要的是对人际关系的适应,所以人类的心理病变,主要由于人际关系的失调而引发。”因此,分析和探讨青少年人际困扰的原因及战胜策略,对有的放矢地指导青少年克教育观念使得师生之间易出现鸿沟,造成师生关系紧张。Birch 等人的研究指出,不良的师生关系可能使青少年产生对学校的消极情感,在学校环境中表现出人际退缩,与老师、同学关系疏远,并且出现攻击性行为,从而影响其人际关系和学业成就。 相似文献

作为美国两大性教育模式,唯禁欲性教育和全面性教育在理念、内容和效果等方面都有很大差异。唯禁欲性教育对增长青少年性知识、保持禁欲态度有一定的积极作用,但没有充分科学研究证明其对青少年行为有积极影响。相比之下,大量的研究证实,全面性教育可以增加青少年的性知识,改善他们与性相关的态度,并对性行为产生一定的积极影响。基于两大性教育模式的效果比较,政府政策也从支持唯禁欲性教育转向全面支持性教育。 相似文献
