在不断加快的农村城市化进程中，农村女性劳动力过剩数量不断增加，为使农村女性劳动力能顺利并稳定的转移到非农产业，提高其素质是重中之重。在对提高山东省农村女性劳动力素质问题实地调研的基础上，笔者认为，为促进农村女性劳动力转移，提高农村女性劳动力素质，需要农村女性转移就业观念，树立新型就业观；通过培训，全面提高素质，增强就业能力；同时应注重农村女性人力资本的不断提高，使其得到持续发展，从而获得较好的职业前景。 相似文献

母性、女儿性，妻性是女性作为母亲，女儿和妻子所特有的属性，这是女性作为女性的人格的基本构成，但中国封建时代的女性却以“无妻性”为其人格特征，因为在以尹子为中心的文明朝代，女性在人类社会生活中“历史性地失落了”，因而，妇女的解放、女性正常妻性的恢复，并非仅仅是一个单纯的妇女解放问题，而是一个远为复杂的社会解放问题。本文以鲁迅杂文中的一些观点为根本依据，对鲁迅作品中女性形象的无妻性及其相关问题作了比较透辟的阐发。 相似文献
