目的:探讨林蛙油对大鼠酒精性肝纤维化影响的作用及机制。方法:84只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型组、林蛙油组和秋水仙碱组。模型组、林蛙油组和秋水仙碱组给予白酒复制酒精性肝纤维化模型。林蛙油组以3g/kg、秋水仙碱组以0.1 mg/kg灌胃,正常对照组和模型组以等量生理盐水灌胃,连续12周,检测大鼠血清MDA、SOD和HYP含量。结果:与模型组相比,林蛙油组、秋水仙碱组的MDA和HYP含量显著降低(P0.01);SOD活力升高(P0.01)。结论:林蛙油通过增强机体抗氧化能力改善大鼠酒精性肝纤维化。  相似文献

目的:探讨中药复方海珠益肝化纤方对肝纤维化大鼠α-SMA和TGFβ1表达的影响。方法:将60只Wistar健康大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、中药治疗组和阳性对照组,各15只。除正常对照组外,余下三组均采用四氯化碳(CCL4)造模8周制备肝纤维化模型。造模成功后,正常对照组和模型对照组给予0.9%生理盐水溶液,阳性对照组予秋水仙碱混悬液(0.25mg/kg/d),中药治疗组予海珠益肝化纤方混悬液(5m L/100g/d),连续用药治疗6周。观察各组大鼠肝功能(AST、ALT)、肝纤维化指标(HA、PCⅢ、IV-C、LN)、α-SMA和TGFβ1的变化。结果:与模型对照组相相比,阳性对照组、中药治疗组大鼠ALT、AST、HA、PCⅢ、IV-C、LN、α-SMA和TGFβ1水平下降(P0.05);与阳性对照组相比较,中药对照组大鼠ALT、AST、HA、PCⅢ、IV-C、LN、α-SMA和TGFβ1水平显著性降低,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);海珠益肝化纤方组大鼠肝纤维化程度低于秋水仙碱组大鼠。结论:海珠益肝化纤方可降低CCL4诱导的肝纤维化大鼠α-SMA和TGFβ1的表达,抑制肝纤维化的进展。  相似文献

目的:探讨粒-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子对化疗后大鼠结肠吻合口愈合的影响情况。方法:28只Wistar大鼠实施结肠吻合术,术后随机分草酸铂组(A组)和草酸铂+GM-CSF组(B组),每组14只,B组于吻合口两侧浆膜下层注射GM-CSF。术后24小时两组腹腔注射草酸铂25mg/kg。测定吻合口爆破压、羟脯氨酸含量及胶原纤维含量。结果术后第7天二组均出现吻合口漏,分别为3例和2例,差异无统计学意义;二组爆破压值及羟脯氨酸含量分别为:(169.26±4.31)mm Hg、(191.15±1.84)mm Hg;(9.86±0.40)μg/mg、(11.38±0.50)μg/mg;Ⅰ、Ⅲ型胶原纤维含量分别为:(1.08±0.11)p·μm2、(1.43±0.08)p·μm2;(1.06±0.10)p·μm2、(1.34±0.09)p·μm2。A组与B组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:局部注射GM-CSF可促进结肠吻合口愈合。  相似文献

研究大蒜多酚对小鼠运动指标的影响。结果表明:通过将小鼠灌胃大蒜多酚,大蒜多酚组时间均延长,中、高剂量组灌胃大蒜多酚三项指标均有显著性上升,可得出大蒜多酚能够延长小鼠运动时间,能够抵抗疲劳。小鼠经灌胃大蒜多酚后,尿素氮和血乳酸在小鼠灌胃低剂量大蒜多酚时,降低不显著,而当灌胃中剂量黄酮和高剂量黄酮后,尿素氮和血乳酸降低极显著,可知大蒜多酚可降低运动时机体血乳酸含量,故可提高小鼠机体运动能力;而肝糖原含量逐渐升高,但灌胃低剂量大蒜多酚时,肝糖原量上升不显著,当灌胃中剂量、高剂量大蒜多酚后,小鼠体内肝糖原含量上升极显著,故大蒜多酚可提高机体内糖原含量为机体提供能力。大蒜多酚可延长小鼠负重游泳时间、爬杆时间和耐缺氧时间,同时还能够使肝糖原量上升,使血清尿素氮和血乳酸量下降,故大蒜多酚可提高小鼠运动能力。  相似文献

目的—将曲马多用于剖宫产术后的硬膜外自控镇痛(patientcontrolledepiduralanalgesia,PCEA),观察曲马多的镇痛效果及对产妇的产后恢复的影响。论证曲马多替代芬太尼用于剖宫产术后PCEA的可行性。方法—选择90例ASAI—Ⅱ级足月产妇,在硬膜外麻醉下施行剖宫产手术。术毕随机分为三组:非PCEA组(Ⅰ组),用芬太尼的PCEA(Ⅱ组),用曲马多的PCEA组(Ⅲ组)。Ⅰ组术毕拔除硬膜外导管回病房用传统的肌注哌替啶镇痛;Ⅱ组:0.15%罗比卡因 芬太尼2ug/ml 氟哌利多0.05mg/ml;Ⅲ组:0.15%罗比卡因 曲马多2mg/ml 氟哌利多0.05mg/ml。两组设置都为负荷量5ml,持续量为2ml/h,PCA为1ml/次,锁定时间为15分钟。记录术后24h、48h两时间点疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS,0—10分),子宫高度,泌乳量。记录满意视觉模拟评分(VCS,0分为不满意,10分为最满意),初乳时间,肠蠕动恢复时间,PCA次数及病人主观不适。结果Ⅱ、Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组镇痛效果有显著性差异(P<0.05),Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组镇痛效果无差异(P>0.05);Ⅱ、Ⅲ组与Ⅰ组在满意视觉模拟评分、初乳时间、24h泌乳量、肠蠕动恢复时间等四项的比较,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组明显优于Ⅰ组,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。Ⅱ组的嗜睡发生率为4例(13.3%),Ⅲ组且未发现,两者有显著性差异(P<0.05)。而48h泌乳量,三组无明显性差异(P>0.05);Ⅱ、  相似文献

目的:研究长期高强度有氧训练对雄性大鼠跟腱粘弹性的影响。方法:选择雄性大鼠80只作为研究对象,随机将其划分成一次性跑台运动对照组、一次性跑台运动组、长期运动组和长期运动对照组,按照分组进行相应的训练。结果:一次性跑台运动对照组大鼠跟键组织主要由按顺应力方向排列整齐、结构致密的胶原纤维组成,胶原原纤维存在典型周期性横纹。一次性跑台运动组大鼠跟键局部胶原纤维之间的间隔变大,局部排列错乱。长期运动组大鼠跟腱组织胶原纤维排列较规则,粗细均匀,胶原纤维排列紧密。长期运动对照组大鼠胶原纤维排列紊乱,粗细不均,有部分出现断裂,胶原纤维较少。长期运动组大鼠刚度和最大载荷非常显著性高于长期运动对照组大鼠(P0.01),能量吸收显著高于长期运动对照组大鼠(P0.05)。一次性跑台运动组与一次性跑台运动对照组跟腱水含量、跟腱重量、羟脯氨酸无显著性差异(P0.05);长期运动组大鼠跟腱水含量、跟腱重量、羟脯氨酸与长期运动对照组大鼠相比无显著性差异(P0.05)。一次性跑台运动组PⅠNP显著高于一次性跑台运动对照组(P0.05),PⅢNP非常显著性高于一次性跑台运动对照组(P0.01)。长期运动组PⅠNP和colⅠα1非常显著性高于长期运动对照组(P0.01)。结论:长期高强度有氧训练能够增强雄性大鼠跟腱粘弹性。  相似文献

目的:评价桑芪首乌片对正常大鼠的影响,为其临床应用提供试验依据。方法:SD雄性大鼠,50只,平均体重305.8g,随机分为5组,空白对照组、桑芪首乌片高剂量组(1.692g/ml)、中剂量组(0.846g/ml)、低剂量组(0.423g/ml)、卡托普利组(0.832g/ml),按照1ml/100g大鼠灌胃标准,依次给药,空白对照组给与等体积的溶媒(0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠溶液),连续灌胃15d后,1次/d,应用BL-420生物机能实验系统检测大鼠左侧颈总动脉血压。结果:桑芪首乌片0.423、0.846、1.6 92g/ml三个剂量组大鼠血压分别为83.89±8.26、93.42±4.1、102.44±10.17mm Hg,与空白对照组和卡托普利组相比,差异无统计学意义,P0.05。结论:桑芪首乌片对正常大鼠血压无影响。  相似文献

目的 利用链脲佐菌素(STZ)联合高脂饮食复制2型糖尿病小鼠模型,观察茶多糖对小鼠血清生化指标的影响.方法 90只小鼠给予高脂饮食4周后腹腔注射STZ建立2型糖尿病模型,随机分成模型组、茶多糖高中低三个剂量组以及阳性药二甲双胍组,另取10只为正常对照组.茶多糖组、阳性对照组分别按照计量灌胃治疗,对照组和模型组给予等体积的蒸馏水灌胃.4周后,检测小鼠血清空腹血糖、胰岛素、甘油三酯、总胆固醇以及糖耐量等指标.结果 4周后,茶多糖中高剂量组空腹血糖、甘油三酯以及总胆固醇均比模型组低(P<0.05,P<0.01),而给药组血清胰岛素水平比模型组高(P<0.05,P<0.01),并且给药组与模型组比较小鼠糖耐量有所改善(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 茶多糖能够降低2型糖尿病小鼠血糖,并且能够改善脂类代谢.  相似文献

目的 探讨与评价调节灵敏度参数与青少年近视进展的相关性.方法 对53名近视学生按近视不同阶段分组:初发近视Ⅰ组14名、进展性近视Ⅱ组23名、稳定性近视Ⅲ组16名,采用±2.0Ds反转拍进行一分钟调节灵敏度值测定,并将结果进行相关统计分析.结果 Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组间调节灵敏度存在显著性差异(P<0.05);Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组间调节灵敏度存在显著性差异(P<0.05);Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组间差异不明显(P0.05).结论 在近视发展过程的不同阶段中,初发近视、进展性近视显示低调节灵敏度值,与稳定性近视的调节灵敏度值之间存在显著性差异,可以为我们预测青少年近视的发展进程提供一种简便的尝试性方法.  相似文献

目的:观察高盐日粮对KM小鼠繁殖性能的影响.方法:小鼠120只,按1:1雌雄配对,将60对小鼠随机分成3组(对照组、实验Ⅰ组、实验Ⅱ组),每组20对;在基础日粮中分别添加0.5%、1%、2%的食盐配制成0号料、Ⅰ号料、Ⅱ号料,分别饲喂三组实验小鼠,雌雄同居10日后,分开饲养,仍喂相同饲料,观察其繁殖性能.待全部仔鼠离乳后雌雄再同居10日,雌雄分开,观察第二窝繁殖.结果:高盐日粮对小鼠繁殖性能的影响较大,产仔数、离乳数、仔鼠离乳成活率均低干对照组,尤其是对仔鼠生长影响明显,高盐日粮组仔鼠成活率仅41%,对照组成活率84%.结论:高盐日粮对小鼠繁殖性能有较大影响.  相似文献

The effect of Emblica officinalis fruit extract (EFE) against alcohol-induced hepatic damage in rats was investigated in the present study. In vitro studies showed that EFE possesses antioxidant as well nitric oxide (NO) scavenging activity. In vivo administration of alcohol (5 g/kg b.wt/day) for 60 days resulted increased liver lipid peroxidation, protein carbonyls, nitrite plus nitrate levels. Alcohol administration also significantly lowers the activities of superoxide dismutase, catalase, glutathione peroxidase, glutathione S-transferase and reduced glutathione as compared with control rats. Administration of EFE (250 mg/kg body weight) to alcoholic rats significantly brought the plasma enzymes towards near normal level and also significantly reduced the levels of lipid peroxidation, protein carbonyls and restored the enzymic and non-enzymatic antioxidants level. This observation was supplemented by histopathological examination in liver. Our data indicate that the tannoid, flavonoid and NO scavenging compounds present in EFE may offer protection against free radical mediated oxidative stress in rat hepatocytes of animals with alcohol-induced liver injury.  相似文献

Arsenic a metalloid and environmental contaminated has been found to be associated with public health problems in the affected areas. It is naturally occurred in groundwater and its accumulation in plant and animals leads to toxicity in several tissues most notably hepatic organ. Arsenic exposures (3 mg/kg body weight/day for 30 days) in mice exhibited increased arsenic and Zn levels in hepatocytes associated with enhanced oxidative stress in hepatocytes while there were no significantly changes were observed in Cu level. An increase in the lipid peroxidation and decrease in the levels of reduced glutathione and activity of superoxide dismutase, catalase, and glutathione peroxidase were observed in arsenic treated mice as compared to controls. Arsenic exposure in mice also caused a significant change in serum biomarkers in the SGOT, SGPT and creatinine as compared to the controls. There were no significant changes in the serum levels of total protein in these mice. Co-administration of arsenic and fruit extract of amla (500 mg/kg body weight/day for 30 days) caused a significant reduction of arsenic transference associated with significantly decreases hepatic arsenic levels and balanced the antioxidant enzyme and levels of serum hepatic enzymes like SGOT and SGPT. The results of the present study clearly demonstrate the antioxidant property of amla that could be responsible for its protective efficacy in arsenic induced hepatic toxicity.  相似文献

The prevalence of hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection varies across the world, with the highest percent of infections reported in Middle East, increasingly in Egypt. The current study aimed at examining the bio-statistical correlation and multiple regression analyses of pituitary growth hormone (GH) and liver activities among HCV genotype-4 patients treated with PEG-IFN-α plus RBV therapy. Herein, the current study was conducted on 100 HCV genotype-4 infected patients and 50 healthy controls. Patients received PEG-IFN-α/RBV for 24 weeks. Host RNA was isolated from patients’ sera for HCV genotyping and viral load determination. Moreover, the enzymatic activities of the liver, AFP, GH, PT, and CBC were performed in all volunteers. The present study resulted that the activities of the hepatic enzymes among HCV genotype-4 patients correlated together significantly. While, human GH showed a significant positive regression with pre-treatment ALT concentration in responders. Furthermore, multiple regression analysis for GH showed a significant positive correlation with pre-treatment ALT in HCV genotype-4 infected patients. We concluded that there were a putative significant relation between GH and pre-treatment ALT activity in HCV infection and response to IFN-based therapy.  相似文献
