采用六水硝酸铈和氢氧化钠为反应物,用水熟合成法制备了纳米Ce02.并以不同合成条件下得到的CeO2为栽体,担载了相同含量的贵金属Au,制备了具有高活性的Au/CeO2催化荆.实验结果发现,以CeO1-2h为载体的催化剂在高温区易展现出较好的活性,而以CeO2-10h为载体的催化剂在低温区易展现出较好的活性.说明载体结构对催化荆的CO催化氧化活性有决定性的作用.  相似文献

为研究铂负载型催化剂时甲醛催化氧化反应的活性,采用溶胶一凝胶法制备了不同载体的铂负载型催化剂,并对催化剂进行XRD、Raman等表征,考察所制催化剂对甲醛催化氧化反应性能。结果表明:载体的性质在反应中起到重要作用,惰性载体无法促进氧的活化,其催化活性较低;对比不同比表面积的Pt/CeO2催化剂,发现比表面积为38mVg的催化剂的催化氧化性能最佳,这与催化剂的氧缺位浓度较高及较强的金属一载体间相互作用有关。  相似文献

分别采用等离子体与不同催化剂相结合对空气中甲醛的脱除进行实验研究。结果表明,Ag/CeO2催化剂能与等离子体结合高效氧化脱除甲醛,当气体组成为276×10-6HCHO、21%O2,1%H2O,N2为平衡气,空速为16 500 h-1、温度为70℃、压强为一个大气压、输入放电能量密度为108 J.L-1时,99%的甲醛被脱除,86%的甲醛被氧化成CO2。而在同样的条件下,Fe/TiO2和γ-Al2O3催化剂对甲醛的脱除率只为86%和78%。  相似文献

实验制备了三种Keggin型钼钒磷杂多酸催化剂,并将其应用于催化H2O2氧化蒽制备蒽醌,考察了各种因素对蒽醌产率的影响,以H5PMo10V2O40为催化剂,催化H2O2氧化蒽制蒽醌的最佳条件为:正丁醇为溶剂,催化剂用量为反应物的6%,蒽:H2O2物质的量比为1:16,反应温度70℃,反应时间2h,产率可达90%以上.  相似文献

研究了不同方法制备的催化剂(Au/Fe2O3)在常温常湿条件下对CO的氧化反应的作用及其自身的稳定性。结果表明,加料顺序、焙烧温度、沉淀剂种类、金含量等菌素对催化剂的稳定性均有较大影响,其中以K2CO3或Na2CO3为沉淀剂,金含量3%,焙烧温度250-350℃制得的催化剂具有较好的稳定性和抗水性,于25℃连续加入水蒸气反应430h可保持CO完全转化。X衍射实验结果表明,催化剂的稳定性与单质金及α-Fe2O3的粒径成反比,并与金和铁的化学状态有关。  相似文献

在常压低温下采用非平衡等离子体技术研究低碳烷烃无氧烯烃化反应.研究结果表明:甲烷在等离子体中的脱氢偶联反应的主要产物是碳二烃;乙烷在等离子体作用下主要脱氢产物是乙烯、乙炔;甲烷和乙烷混合气可以在等离子体系中得到活化,生成乙烯、乙炔,为甲烷和乙烷在无氧气氛下不经分离直接活化制烯烃提供实验依据.  相似文献

Thermodynamic assessment in the ternary systems ZrO2 -CeO2 -Y2 O3, ZrO2 -CeO2 -Ce2 03 and the limiting binaries ZrO2 -Y2 O3, ZrO2 -CeO2, CeO2 -Y2 03, ZrO2 -Ce2O3, CeO2 -Ce2O3 as well as the modeling for oxides are reviewed comprehensively. Based on the recent estimations on the YO1.5-CeO2, ZrO2-CeO2 and ZrO2 -YO1.6 systems, isothermal sections at 1273 and 1 973 K of the ternary CeO2- ZrO2-YO1.5system are calculated. In the system of ZrO2-CeO2-Ce2O3, the complex relation between the nonstoichiometry (y) in CeO2-x, the composition of the ZrO2 -CeO2 solid solution and the oxygen partial pressure (Po2 ) for different ZrO2 containing solid solutions CexZr1-xO2-x. are evaluated from 1 473 to 1 773 K. The relation between the degree of Ce^+4 reduction to Ce.3 under different Po2 in the fluorite CeO2-xy and CexZr1-xOz-x solid solutions at different temperatures can be used as a guide in the development of functional ceramics.  相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶法制备了Cu/SiO2催化荆,用浸渍法将Mg元素担载在Cu/SiO2催化荆制得Mg-Cu/SiO2催化荆,研究在NO+CO反应中的催化活性.结果表明,Mg修饰的采用方法(c)制备的Cu/SiO2催化荆,当Cu的含量是载体SiO2质量的2%,Mg的含量是载体SiO2质量的3%时,Mg-Cu/SiO2催化荆活性最高,250℃时NO生成N2的转化率接近100%.  相似文献

Novel MgCl2-supported Ziegler-Natta (Z-N) catalysts prepared using a new one-pot ball milling method caneffectively control the amounts of Ti-loading in the catalysts. Complex GPC data on polypropylene synthesized by thesenovel catalysts were analyzed using the method of fitting the molecular weight distribution (MWD) curves with a multipleFlory-Schulz function. It was found that multiple active centers exist in these novel catalysts. Detailed study of the effects ofthe Ti-loadings in the catalysts on the distribution of the active centers showed that the Ti-loadings in the novelMgCl2-supported Z-N catalysts might affect the proportion of each type of active centers; and might be the main factorresponsible for the effect of the Ti-loadings on the microstructure, the molecular weight and molecular weight distributionwidth of the resultant polymer, the catalytic activity and polymerization kinetics.  相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶法合成纳米二氧化钛光催化剂,X衍射及红外表征显示银已进入催化剂晶胞中.以汞灯模拟紫外光,氙灯模拟自然条件下太阳光催化降解酸性红B染料,结果表明1%和2%银掺入提高了纳米二氧化钛的可见光催化效能,使得催化剂的吸光波长范围红移,X衍射表征及催化剂筛选实验表明2%Ag-TiO2为锐钛矿晶型,具有较高催化活性,常温常压500 w氙灯照射下,催化剂用量为1.5 g/L、模拟废水pH=4、光照150 min、模拟废水浓度为50 mg/L时,酸性红B染料模拟废水的脱色率达90%,矿化率达60%.  相似文献

通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了稀土金属离子Y^3+掺杂的TiO2光催化剂,用XRD进行了分析和表征.以紫外灯为光源,通过对结晶紫的降解反应,研究了掺杂稀土离子钇的TiO2催化活性.结果表明,Y^3+的掺杂减小了TiO2的粒径,提高了TiO2的光催化活性,反应体系在Y^3+掺杂量为1.2%,催化剂用量1.5g/L,经500℃煅烧的条件下制备的Y^3+-TiO2催化下效果最好.降解浓度4.0mg/L结晶紫2小时后,降解率可达90%.  相似文献

通过N2吸附、X-射线衍射(XRD)和程序升温还原(TPR)等技术对载体和相应催化剂进行表征,考察了NiMo/Al2O3和NiMo/AC催化剂的加氢脱硫性能.结果表明,催化剂NiMo/AC上活性组分在载体活性炭表面高度分散,且活性组分与载体之间的相互作用较弱,催化剂表面的Ni,Mo活性相易于还原.在相同活性评价条件下,当以NiMo作为活性组分时,以氧化铝为载体的催化剂活性在低温时高于以活性炭为载体的催化剂,在较高温度时,两者活性相差不大.  相似文献

采用原位合成法和后嫁接法将[SiPMIm] Cl固载在SBA-15材料上,制得SBA-15固载离子液体催化剂SBA-15-[SiPMIm] Cl.用N2吸附-脱附、透射电镜、小角X射线衍射和红外光谱等手段表征催化剂,并考察其在CO2与环氧丙烷(PO)环加成合成碳酸丙烯酯(PC)反应中的催化性能.结果表明:固载等量离子液体后,原位合成法制备的SBA-15固载离子液体催化剂体系对CO2环加成合成PC反应的催化活性优于后嫁接法制备的SBA-15固载离子液体催化剂体系.在最优工艺条件下,PO的转化率高达52.8%,且反应后催化剂经过滤即可分离回收利用,多次使用仍保持较高的反应活性.  相似文献
