采用控制电位脉冲电沉积法制备Ni电极,并在25%NaOH溶液中通过阴极极化曲线表征其催化析氢活性.探讨了脉冲限制电位及脉冲电流密度对电沉积的影响和电沉积制备Ni电极的适宜制备条件.结果显示:脉冲电位上限为-0.8V,脉冲电位下限为-1.8V,电流密度在53mA·cm^-2时制备的Ni电极具有最高的催化析氢性能.  相似文献

研究一种对酚类废水处理效果好、价格低廉、无二次污染且稳定性高的电极。采用膨胀石墨粉和凹凸棒土粉为原料,制备复合材料电极。实验考察了电流密度、温度、pH值等影响因素。实验结果表明,在电流密度为10mA/cm2,温度为25℃,pH为7的条件下,对苯酚的降解率达到90%。该复合材料电极在连续进行半年以上电化学降解实验后,表面稍有腐蚀,表现出了良好的稳定性及耐腐蚀性,降低了废水处理的成本,有效提高了电极的利用率。  相似文献

采用溶胶凝胶法制备了掺杂La-Nd混合元素的Ti/Sb-SnO2电极,掺杂比例为Sn∶Sb∶La∶Nd=100∶10∶5∶4(原子质量比),通过正交实验确定该电极处理酱油废水的最佳工艺条件:电流密度40mA/cm2,电解时间90 min,极板间距4.0cm,pH值为5,在此条件下电极对酱油废水COD和色度的去除率分别为34.3%和90.11%,达到了预处理要求。  相似文献

在Cu基体上电沉积Ni-Mo合金后,通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了纳米TiO2修饰Ni-Mo合金电极.利用阳极极化曲线测试了TiO2/(Ni-Mo)薄膜电极在0.5mol/L Na2SO4溶液中的光电催化性能,考察了烧结温度、TiO2膜层厚度对电极性能的影响.结果表明:在400℃下烧结1h、拉膜9次制备的TiO2/(Ni-Mo)电极,光电流变化最大,光响应最明显.最后利用交流阻抗法测定了最佳条件下制备的电极的阻抗性能,光照后的TiO2/(Ni-Mo)薄膜电极的法拉第阻抗变小,说明该电极表现出良好的光电催化性能.  相似文献

在Al2O3衬底上采用微波等离子体增强化学气相沉积(MPCVD)系统中沉积薄膜,反应气体为CH4、H2。从样品的Raman谱中可以分析出薄膜中含有非晶碳成分。XRD有明显的晶态Mo2C衍射峰,所制备的薄膜为非晶碳/Mo2C混合膜。在高真空室中测量了样品的场发射特性,其开启场强为0.55 V/μm,在1.8 V/μm电场下测得样品的场发射电流密度为6.8 mA/cm2。CCD图中可以看到样品有比较好的发光特性。研究了在一定反应条件下,沉积时间对样品场发射特性的影响,4 h制备的样品场发射性能最好。良好的场发射性能决定了所制备的样品是一种好的场致发射体。  相似文献

在离子液体+DMF(体积比为1:1)的混合溶剂中,通过恒电流法研究表明Ti/nanoTiO2-Pt修饰电极对4-甲基吡啶(4-MP)的氧化具有高催化活性,同时发现阳极液中4-MP浓度为0.49 mol/L,阳极液中离子液体的体积分数为50%,通电量6.8(A.h),电流密度30 mA/cm2,温度为50℃,阴极液为1mol/L硫酸时,产率和电流效率最高。在此条件下,平均收率为95.2%,平均电流效率为64.7%。  相似文献

以KMnO4为锰源,在180℃水热条件下反应24 h可控制备了α-,β-,δ-MnO2,采用高分辨扫描电镜、X射线衍射研究了它们的微观形貌和晶型结构,并通过循环伏安、交流阻抗和恒流充放电比较了三者的电化学电容器性能,结果表明,在6 mol/L KOH电解液中δ-MnO2表现出最好的电容性能,当电流密度为1 mA/cm2时,比电容最大,容量高达162.78 F/g。  相似文献

设计了薄膜电极材料的制备及超级电容性能研究的综合性实验。运用电化学沉积的方法制备Co(OH)2薄膜电极材料,采用FESEM对基底与薄膜进行形貌表征,通过差热-热重对薄膜的热稳定性进行分析,重点考察了两种沉积温度对薄膜超级电容性能的影响。结果表明,50℃沉积温度下电流密度为4 A/g时,比容量可达2780 F/g,且分散阻抗较低。该实验原材料简单,过程容易实现,且涵盖薄膜材料制备、表征、性能分析等多个知识点。  相似文献

介绍了一种将TiO2光催化剂担载在新型载体上的光催化电极.新型载体是用炭质材料和聚四氟乙烯制备的,它具有电合成H2O2的功能.在电流密度为15 mA/cm2时,光催化电极不仅具有高达80%的电合成H2O2的电流效率,而且该电极的电位处在0.02 V(SCE)左右,使载体表面的TiO2光催化剂获得了约+0.47 V的阳极偏压(相对平带电势),对增加TiO2光催化反应效率十分有益.在具有新型光催化电极的光反应体系中,水中的有机分子受到来自溶液中大量·OH自由基(H2O2被紫外光分解的中间产物)的均相氧化(即光化学氧化),以及来自TiO2表面光生空穴的复相氧化(即光催化氧化).在光化学氧化和光催化氧化的联合作用下,有机分子的矿物化反应速度显著提高.  相似文献
