教师是教育发展的第一资源。完善、科学的激励制度能激发教师工作活力,推动高质量教师队伍的建设。本文采用问卷法,从北京市某区的小学中抽取723位教师作为样本,调查教师激励与工作满意度、组织承诺之间的关系。通过分析发现:总体上教师工作满意度水平中等,组织承诺水平中等偏下,其中持续承诺水平最低。不同性别、年龄、教龄、学校类型、学校规模的教师工作满意度、组织承诺水平存在差异。此外,教师激励对组织承诺有正向影响,与工作满意度显著正相关,且工作满意度在教师激励对组织承诺的影响中起到中介的作用。 相似文献

目前,民办高校的发展非常迅猛,但民办高校教师的流动现象频繁,教师的满意度和组织承诺水平普遍不高。本研究在明尼苏达满意度量表以及梅耶和艾伦组织承诺量表的基础上设置出与民办高校教师满意度和组织承诺方面相关的问卷,并对M民办大学300位教师进行问卷和访谈调查,结果发现该校教师的满意度和组织承诺水平普遍偏低,并且在性别、年龄、学历、职称等方面也存在一定的差异。 相似文献

教育是关乎个人成长与国家繁荣的基础性事业,教师是教育事业的核心实施主体。优化教育效能,建立高质量教育体系,关键之一在于提高教师工作满意度。而在关乎工作满意度的因素中,教师与学校的内在联系、教师对工作的体验感受发挥核心作用。因此,本文基于北京市某区小学教师的调查问卷,探究教师组织承诺、职业枯竭与工作满意度三者间关系。研究发现：总体而言,教师组织承诺与工作满意度水平中等偏上,职业枯竭水平中等;且三项变量水平随性别、学历与学校所在地区不同有所差异。组织承诺整体上显著正向影响工作满意度,职业枯竭在其中发挥中介作用;具体而言,情感承诺、规范承诺缓解教师职业枯竭,进而提高工作满意度,持续承诺则作用相反。 相似文献

采用心理资本、工作满意度、组织承诺、离职意向问卷为测量工具,对426名中小学教师进行问卷调查,探讨了心理资本、工作满意度、组织承诺与离职意向的关系.结构方程模型表明:心理资本对离职意向的直接作用不显著(C.R.=-0.883,P=0.337),心理资本主要通过工作满意度与组织承诺的中介作用影响离职意向;优势分析进一步表明,预测离职意向时,心理资本仅贡献了已解释方差的11.16%,组织承诺相对来说最为重要,贡献了51.07%,工作满意度贡献了37.77%.因此,心理资本对离职意向的预测效应是通过生活满意度和组织承诺的中介来实现的. 相似文献

本研究采用组织承诺和工作满意度量表对全国6所高职院校864名教职员工进行测量,以了解高职院校教职员工组织承诺与工作满意度现状并探讨两者之间的关系。研究结果表明:高职院校教职员工组织承诺和工作满意度处于中等水平;工作满意度及各个维度与组织承诺及各个维度间存在不同程度的相关关系;管理人员工作满意度与组织承诺水平显著高于专职教师;民办院校教职员工工作满意度与组织承诺水平显著低于公办院校。 相似文献

采用冯伯麟编制的《教师工作满意度量表》和自己设计的《莆田学院教师工作满意度调查问卷》,对莆田学院的360名教师进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷314份,结果表明:男女教师相比较,女教师比男教师在职业引力、工作投入、工作压力和组织承诺四个方面更满意,在自我实现和社会认可两方面不满意,在领导关系、工资收入、学生品质和同事关系四个方面没有明显的差异;在职务因素上兼职教师比专职教师在自我实现、工作压力、工资收入、职业引力、工作投入、组织承诺和社会认可七个方面更满意;在职称因素上高职称教师在职业引力、自我实现、工资收入、工作压力、领导关系、组织承诺、社会认可和工作投入八个方面更满意。 相似文献

本文运用相关分析、方差分析的方法,探讨了人口学变量（性别、年龄、职称和高校类型）对教师工作价值观的影响。同时运用结构方程建模的方法,利用自编的教师工作价值观量表和其他标准化量表考察了工作价值观与组织承诺、工作满意度、工作绩效、离职倾向的关系。结果显示,工作价值观能直接影响组织承诺的相关维度,也能直接提高教师的工作满意度,组织承诺能有效提高工作满意度,组织承诺和工作满意度又能显著降低离职倾向。 相似文献
