职业决策困难是个体在职业决策过程中可能遇到的各种难题。采用生涯决策困难(EPCD)量表对661名大学生进行调查,发现大学生职业决策困难更多集中在决策焦虑上;性别对大学生职业决策困难的影响体现在自我掌控感的悲观态度;年级在自我掌控感的悲观态度、决策过程焦虑、一般性焦虑特质以及冲突性的依恋与分离等维度上差异都非常显著;专业只有在对生涯选择的焦虑维度差异显著;职业生涯规划教育在工作世界的悲观态度和认同不明确维度上有显著影响。对此,职业生涯教育要引导大学生转变对生涯发展的悲观态度,乐观面对生涯决策;缓解决策焦虑,积极面对生涯决策中的阻碍;提高大学生心理素质,增强个体自我认同感;关注自身情感,应对生涯决策挑战。 相似文献

采用"独立学院大学生职业决策行为调查问卷",对4所独立学院201名大学生的职业决策困难进行了调查。结果表明:(1)独立学院大学生职业决策困难水平中等偏高,职业自我探索维度得分最高;(2)独立学院大学生职业决策困难在性别、是否有过校内外社会实践经历、生源地、家庭经济状况、是否参加学校就业指导课程及相关职业咨询活动差异显著,但是否担任学生干部、父母受教育程度差异不显著。(3)独立学院大学生的择业自我效能感对其知觉的职业决策困难具有负向预测作用。 相似文献

探讨了大学生人际关系、心理资本与职业决策困难的关系。采取随机抽样的形式,运用人际关系综合诊断量表、积极心理资本问卷和职业决策困难量表对585名大学生进行问卷调查。研究发现:(1)女性大学生的职业决策困难显著高于男性大学生(t=-3.284,P=0.001)。(2)未接受过职业辅导大学生的职业决策困难水平显著高于接受过职业辅导大学生(t=-2.664,P0.01)。(3)大学生人际关系困扰与心理资本存在显著的负相关(r=-0.34),大学生人际关系困扰与职业决策困难存在显著的正相关(r=0.34),大学生心理资本水平与职业决策困难存在显著的负相关(r=-0.21)。(4)心理资本在大学生人际关系困扰和职业决策困难中存在部分中介效应(11.4%)。因此,应该高度重视大学生人际关系的维护,合理运用心理资本,解决职业决策困难问题。 相似文献

目的：探讨认知闭合需要对职业决策困难的影响,以及职业决策自我效能感在其中的作用机制。方法：采用认知闭合需要量表、职业决策自我效能感量表、职业决策困难量表对721名大学生进行调查。结果：(1)认知闭合需要(t=3.64,p<0.001)、职业决策自我效能感(t=2.79,p<0.01)和职业决策困难(t=0.51,p<0.001)在性别变量上差异显著。(2)认知闭合需要、职业决策效能和职业决策困难两两显著正相关(r=0.42～0.64,p<0.01);(3)认知闭合需要(β=0.14, p<0.01)和职业决策自我效能感(β=0.42, p<0.01)对职业决策困难有显著正向预测作用,职业决策自我效能感在认知闭合需要与职业决策困难间起部分中介作用,效应量为70.83%。结论：认知闭合需要和职业决策自我效能感是大学生职业决策困难重要的影响因素,可以通过提高大学生认知闭合需要水平和职业决策自我效能感来降低职业决策困难水平。 相似文献

Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Using virtual reality for interactive design gives a designer an intuitive vision of a design and allows the designer to achieve a viable, optimal solution in a timely manner. The article discusses the process of making the Virtual Reality System of the Humble Administrator＇s Garden. Translating building data to the Virtual Reality Modeling Language （VRML） is by far unsatisfactory. This creates a challenge for computer designers to do optimization to meet requirements. Five different approaches to optimize models have been presented in this paper. The other methods are to optimize VRML and to reduce the file size. This is done by keeping polygon counts to a minimum and by applying such techniques as object culling and level-ofdetail switching. 相似文献
