本文主要采用统计法、文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,对渭南四所高校太极拳发展运动的现状进行研究,研究结果表明:此类活动开展很少,教师的专业素质参差不齐,大学生对练习太极拳的热情不高,学校不够重视等。针对发现的问题,提出了把太极拳运动融入到体育教学乃至全面素质教育之中的观点,对于高校公共体育课太极拳教学的改革有指导意义,有利于促进高校校园体育文化建设;通过加强民族传统文化教育,加深学生对太极拳此项运动的认识;提高专业教师的能力修养,满足教学及文化需求;继承民族传统文化,促进学生身心健康发展。 相似文献

太极拳以其独特的技巧、优美的动作造型和健身强体功能深受广大群众的青睐。我校从实际出发,积极开发校本资源,将太极拳教学引入校园,但在教学实践中,学生普遍感到太极拳动作难学,教师也感到教学效果不理想。而示范教学则能够通过教师身体语言使学生有效地缩短学会掌握动作的时间,从而取得事半功倍的教学效果。 相似文献
