By constructivism theory and the methods of logical analysis,the paper studied the related theory and the model of the virtual operation competitiveness of the commercial gym clubs. And the results showed that the general management abilities and the virtual collaboration capabilities jointly build the system of the virtual operation competitiveness of the commercial health clubs. The general management abilities are basic abilities that any commercial operation should have,and as the bridge of partners,the virtual collaboration capabilities play more important roles in the virtual operation competence model. 相似文献

In order to examine the relationship of the athletes' impulsiveness,anger expression and the sportspersonship,368 athletes （male=256,female=102）were investigated to completed the questionnaire. The results suggested that there had a significant positive correlation between the athletes' impulsiveness and sportspersonship,there was significant difference on the sportspersonship between different impulsiveness level ;the cognitive impulsiveness and behavioral impulsiveness have significant positive prediction on the athletes' sportspersonship. Through combining the literature review with all kinds of experts in-depth interviews and the views and data of the half-open research,form 51 items of "initial scale";Through analyzing the project,and striving for CR,delete the 13 items,which cannot reach significant difference between high and low group（P>0.05）;By exploratory factor analysis,gradually remove the 6 items,which is out of conditions and its extracting common load is less than 0.4 and the common degree less than 0.2. Obesity is a complex disease with multiple contributing factors.One of the most intensely studied factors during the past decade has been the gut microbiota,which is the community of all microbes in the intestinal tract.The gut microbiota,via energy extraction,inflammation,and other actions,is now recognized as an important player in the pathogenesis of obesity.Dysbiosis,or an imbalance in the microbial community,can initiate a cascade of metabolic disturbances in the host.Early life is a particularly important period for the development of the gut microbiota,and perturbations such as with antibiotic exposure can have long-lasting consequences for host health.In early life and throughout the life span,diet is one of the most important factors that shape the gut microbiota.Although diets high in fat and sugar have been shown to contribute to dysbiosis and disease,dietary fiber is recognized as an important fermentative fuel for the gut microbiota and results in the production of short-chain fatty acids that can act as signaling molecules in the host.One particular type of fiber,prebiotic fiber,contributes to changes in the gut microbiota,the most notable of which is an increase in the abundance of Bifidobacterium.This review highlights our current understanding of the role of gut microbiota in obesity development and the ways in which manipulating the microbiota through dietary means,specifically prebiotics,could contribute to improved health in the host,including musculo skeletal health. 相似文献

The article presents the most important results of metabolic (hormonal) study of dosed vibration training (DVT).The author presents vibrating training as an alternative to anabolic steroids on the basis of a comparison of the effectiveness of two types of stimulants - forbidden (doping) and non-medicinal non-invasive, relating to permitted physical means.The study shows that the level of androgens (testosterone),corticosteroids (cortisol), thyroid hormones (thyroxine,triiodothyronine),hormones of adenohypophysis (prolactin) increased under the effect of dosed vibration training.At the same time the level of hormones have no changes under traditional strength training with the use of a synthetic anabolic steroid (retabolil).For the duration of a limited period of time (1 microcycles) dosed vibrotraining causes a more powerful secretion of testosterone than the traditional strength training with the use of anabolic steroids. In this case,the overall time spent on the performance of the DVT training program comprises not more than 15% of the time spent on the traditional training exercises. 相似文献

It is significant to investigate the landing load suffered by high-level athletes for evaluating the training effect and prevention of injury. Simulation can get the ground reaction force （GRF）that can't be gotten by force platforms,but the accuracy of data needs to be confirmed. The study investigated the similarity and characteristic values of landing force curves got by simulation and force platforms to verify the accuracy and reliability of Lifemod simulation. Results showed that the CMCs of GRF curves gotten by simulation and force platforms were all about 0.90 representing the high correlation. The difference value of maximum GRF was 1.4% of the maximum GRF got by force platforms,and the time difference of getting the maximum GRF was 0.002s.Conclusion：Accurate data matching the real value could be got by simulation. It is feasible and accurate to get the GRF of national level athletes in the training and match. 相似文献
