Sports consumption is the important strength to promote economic development,so it is significant to protect sports consumer's rights and interests. Sports consumer should be defined to be the individual who purchase sports goods or sports service for sports life. It's very important to protect sports consumers' individual information right,safety right and the right of returning goods without reason,and the articles in the Consumers Protection Law amendment has been improved and will be significant in application. The Sports Law should be also amended accordingly ,and it's necessary to support the formation of public interest litigation in sports consumption field. 相似文献

In order to provide to evaluate city community sports' public service in China with effective measurement tools and reliable basis so that the performance evaluation can carry out smoothly,develop urban community sports' public service satisfaction scale by using the following methods：questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis and the rest. Through combining the literature review with all kinds of experts in-depth interviews and the views and data of the half-open research,form 51 items of "initial scale";Through analyzing the project,and striving for CR,delete the 13 items,which cannot reach significant difference between high and low group（P>0.05）;By exploratory factor analysis,gradually remove the 6 items,which is out of conditions and its extracting common load is less than 0.4 and the common degree less than 0.2. When the five common elements,the satisfaction degree of the community sports facilities' service （F1）,the satisfaction degree of the community sports organization service （F2）,the satisfaction degree of community sports fitness
guidance service（F3）,the satisfaction degree of community sports culture construction service（F4）,the satisfaction degree of the community sports running and management service（F5）,which the stable cumulative variance contribution rates' extracted characteristic value is greater than 1 ,can basically form the scale that owns 33 items,and finally make the supposing structure model out;Confirmatory factor analysis found that the supposing structure model is content

Explore the effects of sports intervention on adolescent internet addiction. In experiment 1,the non-specifically designed interventions effects were investigated. Using single-factor multi-baseline design,the subjects paired and randomly divided into experimental and control groups according to Internet addiction disorder. Results：sports intervention has better effect on adolescent with mild,moderate internet addiction than adolescent subjects with severe addiction intervention. In experiment 2,based on the results of experiment 1,the effects of the different types of sports interventions on different levels of internet addiction were explored. Using 3 （addiction level）×3 （sports Intervention Project）two-factor mixed design. Results showed that group sports interventions have more effect than individual projects,extent of internet addiction and type of project intervention was an interaction. For mild to moderate internet addiction,sports intervention whether groups project or individual were tested better than subjects with severe addiction. In experiment3,the effects of different types of sports intervention on the different types of Internet addiction were explored. Using 2 （addiction types）× 2（sports Intervention Project）two-factor mixed design. Results showed that group project interventions were tested better than individual interventions on non-online game addiction subjects. Sports individual items and group project intervention were tested in the gaming addiction no significant difference. On this basis ,using action research on typical subject for a detailed changes report during the intervention. The results suggest that sports intervention take a positive role on improvement of youth internet addiction disorder,the ways and means of intervention need to be further explored. 相似文献

Background:Determining the prevalence of doping in sport might be useful for anti-doping authorities to gauge the effectiveness of anti-doping policies implemented to prevent positive attitudes toward doping.Using questionnaires and personal interviews,previous investigations have found that the prevalence of doping might be different among different sports disciplines;however,there is no sport-specific information about the proportion of adverse and atypical findings(AAF) in samples used for doping control.The aim of the present investigation was to assess the differences in the frequency of adverse analytical and atypical findings among sports using the data made available by the World Anti-Doping Agency.Methods:The data included in this investigation were gathered from the Testing Figures Reports made available annually from 2003 to 2015 by the World Anti-Doping Agency.These Testing Figures Reports include information about the number of samples analyzed,the number of AAFs reported,and the most commonly found drugs in the urine and blood samples analyzed.A total of 1,347,213 samples were analyzed from the individual sports selected for this investigation,and 698,371 samples were analyzed for disciplines catalogued as team sports.Results:In individual sports,the highest proportions of AAF were 3.3%±1.0% in cycling,3.0%±0.6% in weightlifting,and 2.9%±0.6% in boxing.In team sports,the highest proportions of AAF were 2.2%±0.5% in ice hockey,2.0%±0.5% in rugby,and 2.0%±0.5% in basketball.Gymnastics and skating had the lowest proportions at(≤1.0%) for individual sports,and field hockey,volleyball and football had the lowest proportions for team sports(≤1.4%).Conclusion:As suggested by the analysis,the incidence of AAF was not uniform across all sports disciplines,with the different proportions pointing to an uneven use of banned substances depending on the sport.This information might be useful for increasing the strength and efficacy of anti-doping policies in those sports with the highest prevalence in the use of banned substances. 相似文献

Background In many sports,athletes with low body weight and/or low body fat content have a distinct advantage over their opponents.Such an advantage can easily turn into a noticeable disadvantage because low body weight and 'leanness' may also be associated with health problems.Anorexia Athletica(AA) is associated with leanness and thinness in female and male sports athletes despite the fact that these athletes are often very successful.High-competitive athletes often restrict their caloric intake and/or increase their energy expenditure to maintain a low body mass and/or a low amount of body fat.Several metabolic and endocrine disturbances are often the result of prolonged energy restriction.These disturbances can be detected by alterations in the hormonal profile(low levels of leptin,increased levels of ghrelin) and in changes in body composition. 相似文献

Background:Accumulating evidence suggests that sports participation promotes the development of inhibitory control,but the influences of the sports category and inhibition type still remain unclear.The categorization of sports based on the open-skill(externally paced)and closed-skill(self-paced)continuum allows for the integration of the environment as a factor contributing to sports-related benefits for inhibitory control.Methods:Cross-sectional data from different studies were combined(n=184)to examine the association between open-and closed-skill sports and cognitive control processes related to interference control and response inhibition.Participants(aged 9-14 years)filled in 7-day physical activity recall protocols and completed a Stroop Color-Word or a Go/NoGo task.The N200,N450,and P300 components of event-related potentials elicited by these tasks were recorded using electroencephalography.Results:Partial correlations supported the belief that time spent in open-skill sports was related to higher performance on inhibition trials.Additionally,path analyses revealed an association between this sports type and a greater negativity in the N200 and N450 amplitudes in both the full sample and group-level analyses.In contrast,no relation was found between sports type and P300 amplitude.Conclusion:The findings suggest that only the engagement in open-skill sports is associated with more effective conflict monitoring and higher performance on tasks demanding inhibitory control. 相似文献
