随着知识经济的出现和教育在社会进步中所扮演角色的日益重要,作为教学活动主体之一的教师肩负的使命变得既神圣又艰难,教师职业也正在逐渐成为一个高压力的职业.尤其是我国高职院校的教师由于面临着"双师型"教师等多方面的要求,其压力更是非常之大.
为了更好地了解我国高职院校教师目前职业压力现状,以便更好地调整工作策略,减少工作的疲劳与厌倦感,为职业教育的可持续发展服务,笔者对高职院校教师的职业压力源进行了一次调查.调查共发放问卷520份,回收问卷494份,有效回收率为95%. 相似文献

对全国14所高职院校专任教师抽样调查发现,60%以上样本高职院校教师存在中等程度的职业压力。高职院校教师管理环境压力和科研压力较大,男性教师的学生行为压力大于女性教师,11~15年教龄教师的职业压力最大,国家骨干院校教师职业压力高于示范院校与普通院校。高职院校应兼顾严谨管理与和谐氛围营造,避免管理环境高压化;加强科研管理与服务,避免马太效应的消极作用;加强关注11~15年教龄教师群体,缓解该群体教师"家庭-工作"冲突,以缓释教师职业压力。 相似文献

以301名民办高职院校教师为被试样本,实证分析了民办高职院校教师职业压力、离职倾向现状。通过层级回归分析法处理数据,得出结论：职业压力对离职倾向存在正向预测作用,职业压力的五个因子学校管理与教师待遇、角色职责、自身发展、学生因素、人际关系对离职倾向具有显著影响。因此,政府和学校应采取有效措施缓解民办高职院校教师职业压力,以提高教师工作满意度,降低离职倾向,稳定教师队伍,促进学校的健康发展。 相似文献

中国高等教育经历了1999-2008的10年的扩招。从2009年开始生源大幅度减少,高职院校招生深受影响。经历扩招扩建到生源急剧减少的过程,高职院校面临学费收入锐减、债务负担沉重、录取生源素质下降等诸多问题。在此背景下,我们针对高职院校英语教师开展调查,发现他们职业现状受大环境影响,不容乐观。其中,6个突出问题是:科研和职称压力大、深造进修机会少、收入偏低、通勤压力大、职业成就感缺乏、生存危机感强。 相似文献
