曲面重构技术是逆向工程中CAD建模的重要组成部分,基于三维散乱点云的曲面重构技术更是当前研究的热点。针对三维扫描数据点的曲面重构技术在实际系统中的应用,本文以三维散乱点云为研究对象,提出了一种非均匀有理B样条曲面构造方法,该方法根据已知数据点逼近目标曲面。通过系统应用验证,该方法是一种行之有效的曲面拟合重构方法。  相似文献

In this paper, two new kinds of B-basis functions called algebraic hyperbolic (AH) Bezier basis and AH B-Spline basis are presented in the space (?)k=span{1,t,...,tk-3,sinht,cosht}, in which K is an arbitrary integer larger than or equal to 3. They share most optimal properties as those of the Bezier basis and B-Spline basis respectively and can represent exactly some remarkable curves and surfaces such as the hyperbola, catenary, hyperbolic spiral and the hyperbolic paraboloid. The generation of tensor product surfaces of the AH B-Spline basis have two forms: AH B-Spline surface and AH T-Spline surface.  相似文献

提出了一种新的离散点毛坯曲面重构算法。此算法是一种纯几何的构造方法,其基本出发点是首先在(u,w)参数平面内对实际测量所取得的离散数据点分别进行u向和w向排序,按照排序结果确定每一个实际测量点的矩形作用域,之后进行一种特殊的Hermite插值,再将重叠的作用域迭加即可。论文最后给出了一个计算实例,验证了此算法的正确性和有效性。  相似文献

We present a new algorithm for manifold learning and nonlinear dimensionality reduction. Based on a set of unorganized da-ta points sampled with noise from a parameterized manifold, the local geometry of the manifold is learned by constructing an approxi-mation for the tangent space at each point, and those tangent spaces are then aligned to give the global coordinates of the data pointswith respect to the underlying manifold. We also present an error analysis of our algorithm showing that reconstruction errors can bequite small in some cases. We illustrate our algorithm using curves and surfaces both in 2D/3D Euclidean spaces and higher dimension-al Euclidean spaces. We also address several theoretical and algorithmic issues for further research and improvements.  相似文献

Ground textures seriously interfere with the exact identification of grinding damage. The common nondestructive testing techniques for engineering ceramics are limited by their difficulty and cost. Therefore, this paper proposes a global image reconstruction scheme in ground texture surface using Fourier transform (FT). The lines associated with high-energy frequency components in the spectrum that represent ground texture information can be detected by Hough transform (HT), and the corresponding high-energy frequency components are set to zero. Then the spectrum image is back-transformed into the spatial domain image with inverse Fourier transform (IFT). In the reconstructed image, the main ground texture information has been removed, whereas the surface defects information is preserved. Finally, Canny edge detection is used to extract damage image in the reconstructed image. The experimental results of damage detection for the ground texture surfaces of engineering ceramics have shown that the proposed method is effective.  相似文献
