本试验主要调查了四川绵阳地区甜叶菊叶斑病的发病规律;采用叶面喷雾法,测定多菌灵、乙基托布津、代森锌、粉锈宁、百菌清防治甜叶菊叶斑病的效果。结果表明：①绵阳地区甜叶菊叶斑病在6月中旬开始出现,6月下旬为发病高峰,病情指数为28.3。②在试验药剂中,相同稀释度75%百菌清,50%乙基托布津,65%代森锌防治效果相似,显著优于50%多菌灵和15%粉锈宁。 相似文献

2010年2月下旬,从南阳市超市购买的苹果中,发现感染皮孔斑点病的病果,从病果上随机采集病斑,经表面消毒后将病斑置于PDA平板上进行病原菌分离.从19个病斑中共分离获得17株形态相同的链格孢属真菌,经单孢纯化后对代表性致病菌株AP-5-3进行病原学鉴定.根据病原菌的形态特征及其核糖体基因内转录间隔区(rDNA-ITS)序列分析,将菌株AP-5-3鉴定为细交链孢菌(Alternaria alternata).该菌的最适生长温度为28℃,最适合生长pH为6.5.本文对苹果皮孔斑点病的病因进行了讨论. 相似文献

胡萝卜斑枯病(新病害)于1996年在甘肃省河西走廊首次发现,年发生面积5800hm2,发病率40%—70%.利用11种杀菌剂对胡萝卜斑枯病进行田间药效试验表明,72%甲霜灵锰锌可湿性粉剂800倍液药效最好,药后5d、10d、15d防效分别为84.99%、91.13%和92.45%;其次为15%三唑酮可湿性粉剂600倍液、40%根腐宁(多·五氯)可湿性粉剂750倍液和75%百菌清可湿性粉剂600倍液,药后5d、10d、15d的防效分别为81.67%、86.39%、88.85%;81.39%、85.59%、87.97%;78.46%、84.53%、87.83%.其保产效果也优于其它药剂.结果说明,这4种杀菌剂对胡萝卜斑枯病都有很好的防治效果,可作为防治胡萝卜斑枯病的首选药剂推广应用. 相似文献

用9种杀菌剂对玉米弯孢菌叶斑病菌（Curvularialanata）的抑制作用进行了室内皿测定试验，结果表明，代森锰锌、百菌清、退菌特对病菌分生孢子萌发有明显的抑制作用，EC50分别是1.61μg/ml、2.11μg/ml、8.23μg/ml；退菌特、多硫合剂、甲基托布津、多菌灵对病菌菌丝生长有明显的抑制作用，EC50分别为10.58μg/ml、24.76μg/ml、30.34μg/ml、34.21μg/ml。田间试验结果表明，退菌特的防病效果最好，为90.70%，百菌清、多菌灵、多硫合剂、甲基托布津、福美双、普得丰、代森锰锌也有较好的效果，防效在86.10%～72.52%之间。 相似文献
