高等教育最初的职能是＂教学＂,即综合性地传授＂高深学问＂,并以此作为自己的基本职能。1809年,洪堡筹建了柏林大学,将＂教学和科研相统一＂作为基本办学方针之一,此理念很快演变成高等教育的一种办学理念。除此之外,高等教育也由此派生出＂科学研究＂这一新的职能。1862年,美国颁布了＂种子＂法案——《莫里尔法》,该法案有＂里程碑＂的意义,它的出台促进了美国高等学校为社会服务的进程。由此,高等教育在自身的历史进程中,逐渐演变了教学、科研、服务3大基本职能,这3大职能闻名于世。然而,随着时代的发展,必然产生时代的新需求,有着新的时代产物,大学亦不例外。从说理的角度,阐述大学在新时代中隐含的职能——创新,并且阐述了与大学其他职能的区别,以及大学创新职能的表现,希望高校决策与管理者能够注意到大学在新的时期表现出来的隐含的职能,并影响着大学改革的未来方向。 相似文献
