Blogging has been an emerging media for people to express themselves. However, the presence of spam blogs (also known as splogs) may reduce the value of blogs and blog search engines. Hence, splog detection has recently attracted much attention from research. Most existing works on splog detection identify splogs using their content/link features and target on spam filters protecting blog search engines’ index from spam. In this paper, we propose a splog detection framework by monitoring the on-line search results. The novelty of our splog detection is that our detection capitalizes on the results returned by search engines. The proposed method therefore is particularly useful in detecting those splogs that have successfully slipped through the spam filters that are also actively generating spam-posts. More specifically, our method monitors the top-ranked results of a sequence of temporally-ordered queries and detects splogs based on blogs’ temporal behavior. The temporal behavior of a blog is maintained in a blog profile. Given blog profiles, splog detecting functions have been proposed and evaluated using real data collected from a popular blog search engine. Our experiments have demonstrated that splogs could be detected with high accuracy. The proposed method can be implemented on top of any existing blog search engine without intrusion to the latter.  相似文献

针对移动电子商务消费者和商家对智能客服的需求,设计一种支持消费者购买意向评估和语音自动问答的跨平台智能客服系统,依据消费者购买意向大小优化商家人工客服响应顺序,实现自动客服与人工客服的有效融合。实验结果表明,智能客服系统能够有效提高移动电子商务消费者对商家客服的满意度和店铺的订单成交率,降低商家人工客服的工作量和消费者在线咨询的平均等待时间。  相似文献

【目的/意义】在线评论在消费者购买决策中的重要性日益凸显,探索电商平台消费者绿色产品在线评论信息采纳的影响因素,为进一步挖掘在线评论的商业价值、促进绿色产品的消费提供参考。【方法/过程】以TAM和ELM为理论基础,结合社会环境因素和消费者个体特质因素,构建电商平台消费者绿色产品在线评论信息采纳意愿的影响因素模型,运用结构方程模型进行实证检验。【结果/结论】结果表明评论质量和社会影响均对感知评论有用性产生正向影响,评论源可信度与感知评论有用性的关系不显著,感知评论有用性和社会影响又对评论采纳意愿产生正向影响,产品卷入度会调节消费者评论有用性的感知,而专业知识未能起到调节作用。  相似文献

With the proliferation of online content service industry, understanding the factors affecting consumer intention to purchase online content services has become an important issue for academics and practitioners. While previous research has suggested that consumers’ perceived value and moral judgment are two main factors influencing behavioral intention to purchase online content services, few studies have explored what drives perceived value and if customers’ ethical self-efficacy will moderate the effect of perceived value on purchase intention. Thus, based on the value-based adoption model and previous literature, this study explores the antecedents of perceived value and the moderating effect of ethical self-efficacy for online piracy (ESEOP) on the relationship between perceived value and purchase intention in the context of online content services. Data collected from 124 respondents in Taiwan are tested against the research model using the partial least squares (PLS) approach. The results indicate that perceived enjoyment, perceived usefulness, perceived fee, and ESEOP have a significant influence on perceived value and that ESEOP can enhance the positive effect of perceived value on purchase intention. The findings of this study provide several important theoretical and practical implications for consumer online content purchase behaviors.  相似文献

基于技术接受模型,首先构建我国老年人生活照料服务购买决策理论模型;然后依据江苏调查数据,运用结构方程模型方法对理论模型进行实证分析。结果表明:① 老年人感知因素对其购买意向有显著影响,其中感知易用性和感知有用性的影响是正向的,感知风险和感知价格的影响是负向的,老年人的购买意向决定着其购买行为;② 个体特征会对老年人的购买决策产生显著影响,我国男性、健康、城市、中低龄、大家庭老人更容易发生购买行为。  相似文献

Although brand pages on social media platforms are burgeoning, companies frequently have difficulty in sustaining customer relationships on their brand pages. Consequently, this study focuses on how a social media brand page develops customer commitment and encourages them to perceive that future conflicts with the company can be resolved for their mutual benefit. On the basis of a review of the literature on customer value theory and commitment, this study develops an integrative model that explores the antecedents of functional conflict and the boundary condition under which brand page commitment enhances functional conflict. The model is tested using data collected from 293 followers of brand pages on a social networking site. The results demonstrate the salient roles of customer values and commitment in determining customer perceptions of future conflicts. By shifting scholarly attention from economic outcomes characterized by purchase intention to relationship outcomes characterized by functional conflict, the findings contribute to the research of the business implications of social networking sites.  相似文献

While some conceptual studies have highlighted the impact that Web 2.0 technology and social media have on cultural industries, empirical evidence is still missing. Specifically, no study has considered the role of cultural bloggers, who mediate the information flows from cultural organizations to consumers. To fill this gap, this paper suggests and tests a model that explains blog readers’ intentions to consume cultural products suggested by the blog. The findings from a sample of 215 cultural blog readers show that the impact of the blog on reader intention to consume the products suggested by the blog is strongly influenced by reader engagement with the blog. In addition, the results highlight the effects of content quality, enjoyment, and homophily. The implications of these findings for bloggers and for organizations communicating through bloggers are discussed in detail.  相似文献

产品创新是否被消费者以冲动购买的方式接受是企业和学术界关心的重要议题。本研究以手机制造业为例,从技术创新的角度,采用多元统计的方法构建了消费者感知的产品创新与冲动购买意愿的关系模型,并引入了情感反应作为中介变量。研究结果表明:外观创新、操作创新与冲动购买意愿之间存在积极的正向关系;功能创新与冲动购买意愿之间存在负向关系;快乐情感在产品创新与冲动购买意愿之间起到显著中介作用,而唤起情感在二者关系中的中介效应不显著。  相似文献

以微信小程序为代表的轻量应用一定程度上改变了企业与用户之间的互动方式,如何提高“用户留存”已经成为企业进行社交媒体营销所面临的重要问题。在社交媒体情境下,小程序具有哪些特征、这些特征是否以及如何影响用户的持续使用意愿,并未得到理论界的足够重视。本研究从轻量化视角深入分析,基于信息系统成功模型与情绪理论构建了小程序轻量化特征影响用户持续使用意愿的理论模型。研究表明:信息-任务匹配、系统易用性以及服务响应性正向影响用户持续使用意愿;信息-任务匹配、服务响应性分别对用户积极情绪和流体验有促进作用,系统易用性正向影响用户流体验而对积极情绪的影响不显著;积极情绪分别在信息-任务匹配、服务响应性与用户持续使用意愿之间起到完全中介作用,流体验则完全中介了小程序轻量化特征与持续使用意愿之间的关系。研究构筑了“轻量化特征-情绪反应-行为意愿”完整的传导机制与影响路径,拓展了轻量应用持续使用、社交媒体用户情绪成因相关研究,结论对企业借助轻量应用进行社交媒体营销具有借鉴意义。  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to explore how buyers’ imitation of others’ online behavior is positively associated with purchase behavior. In addition, we consider the moderating role that product uncertainty, seller uncertainty and product fit uncertainty play in the relationship between imitation and purchase behavior. Users in China who have purchase experience on Xiaohongshu were chosen to test the hypotheses. Finally, longitudinal data from 282 respondents was collected. The findings show that imitation has a positive impact on purchase intention. Purchase intention positively affects actual purchase behavior. Product uncertainty and product fit uncertainty positively moderate the relationship between imitation and purchase intention. But seller uncertainty doesn’t moderate the relationship between imitation and purchase intention. Both theoretical and practical contributions are also considered.  相似文献

本文以当当网商城、亚马逊中国和京东商城为研究对象,通过对收集到的257份调查问卷进行了实证分析来研究网站质量的不同维度以及客户服务对顾客满意度和在线购买意愿的影响。研究结果发现:网站质量中的定制沟通、情绪感染力、相对优势及客户服务显著影响客户对网站的满意度;网站质量中的直观操作性与情绪感染力则显著影响顾客的在线购买意愿。  相似文献

It is widely known in related literature that trust in a merchant reduces the perceived risk of an online transaction. However, there are theoretical reasons to postulate that the perceived risk acts as a barrier to consumer trust. Furthermore, existing studies suggest that trust is an important predictor of purchase intention. Thus, this research aims at investigating the mediating role of consumer trust in an online merchant in the relationships between components of perceived risk and purchase intention: (1) examining the total effect without mediation, and (2) examining the mediation effect. When we probed the total effect, the findings revealed that performance, psychological, financial, and online payment risks have a significant negative influence on purchase intention. On the other hand, an examination of the mediation effect indicated that trust in an online merchant completely mediates the effect of performance risk, but partially mediates that of the psychological risk. Given the mixture of unmediated as well as mediated effect of perceived risks on purchase intention, the paper concludes that efforts, made by online merchants, to lessen certain types of risk will first improve consumer trust, and then ultimately, increase consumer's intention to buy online.  相似文献

随着数字化技术的蓬勃发展,越来越多的企业运用社交媒体吸引顾客参与企业社会责任,虚拟企业社会责任共创已成为企业履行社会责任的重要形式。本研究以顾客心理授权(选择权、知情权、影响力)为中介变量,探讨企业社会责任感知(利益感知、情感感知、期望一致性)对参与意愿的作用机理,并由实证分析得出利益感知通过选择权、知情权、影响力对参与意愿有显著正向影响;情感感知通过选择权、知情权对参与意愿有显著正向影响;期望一致性通过选择权、知情权、影响力对参与意愿有显著正向影响;企业声誉在利益感知与选择权、知情权中起到正向调节的作用;企业声誉仅在情感感知与选择权中起到正向调节的作用;企业声誉在期望一致性与选择权、知情权、影响力中起到正向调节的作用。本研究拓展了顾客心理授权理论的应用范围,进一步探索了企业社会责任感知到参与意愿的“黑箱”,并为虚拟企业社会责任共创的有效开展提供了重要启示。  相似文献

The increase in acceptability and popularity of social media has made extracting information from the data generated on social media an emerging field of research. An important branch of this field is predicting future events using social media data. This paper is focused on predicting box-office revenue of a movie by mining people's intention to purchase a movie ticket, termed purchase intention, from trailer reviews. Movie revenue prediction is important due to risks involved in movie production despite the high cost involved in the production. Previous studies in this domain focus on the use of twitter data and IMDB reviews for the prediction of movies that have already been released. In this paper, we build a model for movie revenue prediction prior to the movie's release using YouTube trailer reviews. Our model consists of novel methods of calculating purchase intention, positive-to-negative sentiment ratio, and like-to-dislike ratio for movie revenue prediction. Our experimental results prove the superiority of our approach compared to three baseline approaches and achieved a relative absolute error of 29.65%.  相似文献

This paper addresses the blog distillation problem, that is, given a user query find the blogs that are most related to the query topic. We model each post as evidence of the relevance of a blog to the query, and use aggregation methods like Ordered Weighted Averaging (OWA) operators to combine the evidence. We show that using only highly relevant evidence (posts) for each blog can result in an effective retrieval system. We also take into account the importance of the posts in a query-based cluster and investigate its effect in the aggregation results. We use prioritized OWA operators and show that considering the importance is effective when the number of aggregated posts from each blog is high. We carry out our experiments on three different data sets (TREC07, TREC08 and TREC09) and show statistically significant improvements over state of the art model called voting model.  相似文献
