Aimed at attaining to an integrated and effective pattern to guide the port design process, this paper pats forward a new conception of feature solution, which is based on the parameterized feature modeling. With this solution, the overall port pre-design process can be conducted in a virtual pattern. Moreover, to evaluate the advantages of the new design pattern, an application of port system has been involved in this paper; and in the process of application a computational fluid dynamic analysis is concerned. An ideal effect of cleanness, high efficiency and high precision has been achieved.  相似文献

An improved configuration of the membrane stack was adopted in the electrodeionization (EDI) cell to prevent precipitation of bivalent metal hydroxide during the running. The operational parameters that influenced the removal of copper ions from the dilute solution were optimized. The result showed that a moderate decrease in the inlet pH value and a moderate increase in the applied voltage could achieve a better removal effect. The steady process of electroplating wastewater treatment could be achieved with a removal efficiency of more than 99.5% and an enrichment factor of 5-14. The concentration of copper in purified water was less than 0.23 mg/L. This demonstrated the applicability of recovering heavy metal ions and purified water from electroplating effluent for industrial reuse.  相似文献

A process of biosorption of Cu2 , Zn2 and Cd2 on Bacillus subtilis was investigated. The experiments show that the process of biosorption is quite fast. The maximum adsorption was reached after 5 min and hardly changed with time. The experimental data was analyzed using four sorption kinetic models: the pseudo-first-order, the Ritchie second-order, the modified second-order and the Elovich equations, which helped to determine the best-fit equation for the sorption of metal ions onto biomass. The results show that both the Ritchie second-order and modified second-order equations can fit the experimental data. The Langmuir model is able to accurately describe adsorption of Cu2 and Zn2 on B. subtilis. The experimental data points of adsorption Cd2 and Zn2 on B. subtilis are described by Freundlich isotherms model.  相似文献

The effectiveness of using acoustical (sonochemical) reactor for degradation of linear alkylbenzen sulfonate (LAS) from aqueous solution was investigated. LASs are anionic surfactants,found in relatively high amounts in domestic and industrial wastewaters. In this study,experiments on LAS solution were performed using methylene blue active substances (MBAS) method. The effectiveness of acoustical processor reactor for LAS degradation is evaluated with emphasis on the effect of treatment time and initial LAS concentration. Experiments were performed at initial concentrations of 0.2,0.5,0.8 and 1.0 mg/L,acoustic fre-quency of 130 kHz,applied power of 500 W and temperature of 18 °C~20 °C. At the conditions involved,LAS degradation was found to increase with increasing sonochemical time. In addition,as the concentration increased,the LAS degradation rate de-creased in the acoustical processor reactor.  相似文献

Comparative study on the activity and kinectic properties of acid phosphatase (ACPase) of three soils amended with Hg and Cu at constant temperature and humidity was carried out. The results indicated that the inhibition on ACPase of the three sample soils by Hg and Cu varied with the content of soil organic matter and pH, where, Soil 1 was the most seriously contami- nated due to its lowest content of organic matter and the lowest pH among three samples, Soil 2 took the second place, and Soil 3 was the least contaminated. Except Soil 3, the activity of soil ACPase tended to increase along with the contact time under the same type and the same concentration of heavy metal. In particular the Vmax values of ACPase in all three samples decreased with increasing Hg and Cu concentration, whereas the Km values were affected weakly. According to the change of Vmax and Km values, Cu and Hg had the same inhibition effect on soil ACPase. Both of them may be a type of compound of non-competitive and anti-competitive inhibition. Statistic analyses indicated that activities of soil ACPase and Vmax values could serve as bioindicator to partially denote the heavy metal Hg and Cu contamination degree.  相似文献

To analyze the physical structure of assembly process and assure product quality, the quality stability of multi-station assembly process was investigated. First, the assembly process was modeled as a one-dimensional discrete variant system by state space equation based on variation stream. Then, the criterion to judge whether the process is stable or not and the index, stability degree, to show the level of stability were proposed by analyzing the bounded-input bounded-output (BIBO) stability of system. Finally, a simulated example of a sheet metal assembly process with three stations, was provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.  相似文献

In the superplastic sheet forming process, the uniformity of the sheet's final thickness distribution is vital for ensuring the good mechanical quality of the formed components. The influences of the component shape and the contact friction on the final thickness distribution were investigated in this work by using finite element method on a series of axisymmetric models. It was concluded that shape optimization and friction elimination are required to get uniform thickness distribution, and eventually to improve the mechanical quality of the formed components. The constitutive equation of the Ti-6Al-4V superplastic material was also determined on the basis of experimental data.  相似文献

The adsorption characteristics of Pb on sediments of the Dianshan Lake in Shanghai was studied. The results show that (1)the relationship between the amount q of apparent equilibrium adsorption and the equilibrium concentration C conforms to the Freundlich isothermal adsorption equation; (2) the adsorption and desorption of Pb on sediments are not reversible, that is, adsorption/desorption of Pb exhibits hysteresis; (3) Pb adsorption behavior is initially fast, followed by a slow reaction, and the slow reaction conforms to a reversible first-order reaction; (4) by deducing the Pb adsorption kinetics, four kinetics parameters n, k1, k2, qmax independent of C could be worked out; (5) the equilibrium parameter (K) and the free energy change (△G) could also be determined,and the negative values of free energy change (△G) indicate the spontaneous nature of the adsorption.  相似文献

通过静态吸附实验,研究了粉末活性炭对β-萘磺酸的吸附性能.结果表明,在298K时,粉末活性炭对β-萘磺酸具有较好的吸附性能,其静态饱和附容量可达到115.48 mg/g.粉末活性炭对β-萘磺酸的吸附等温线符合Langmuir模型,且属优惠型吸附.吸附过程的ΔG<0,ΔH<0,表明此反应过程是放热自发进行的,温度低于298 K时降低温度有利于吸附反应的发生.吸附动力学研究表明,粉末活性炭对β-萘磺酸的吸附过程遵循二级动力学方程.  相似文献

A novel metallo-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) technique has been applied to the preparation of the photocatalytic titanium dioxide supported on activated carbon. The effects of various condition parameters such as carrier gas flow rate, source temperature and deposition temperature on the deposition rate were investigated. The maximum deposition rate of 8.2 mg/(g.h) was obtained under conditions of carrier gas flow rate of 400 ml/min, source temperature of 423 K and deposition temperature of 913 K. The deposition rate followed Arrhenius behavior at temperature of 753 K to 913 K, corresponding to activation energy Ea of 51.09 kJ/mol. TiO2 existed only in anatase phase when the deposition temperature was 773 K to 973 K. With increase of deposition temperature from 1073 K to 1273 K, the rutile content sharply increased from 7% to 70%. It was found that a deposition temperature of 773 K and a higher source temperature of 448 K resulted in finely dispersed TiO2 particles, which were mainly in the range of 10-20 nm.  相似文献

研究了竹炭及其改性体粒径、用量、吸附时间、温度及铜离子(Cu2+)初始浓度等因素对Cu2+吸附效果的影响。结果表明:竹炭及其改性体对Cu2+吸附率随粒径减小而增大,用量增加而增大;Cu2+初始浓度增大,吸附率减小;对Cu2+吸附平衡约2h;最佳吸附温度为20—40℃,pH为3—4。改性体2效果最佳,30—50目粒径时去除率达99%以上,当溶液浓度为1.26g/L时,其比吸附量最大,为95.8mg/g。  相似文献

以小麦秸秆为原料。通过复合物理活化法制备高比表面积活性炭.用所得活性炭为吸附剂,研究了其对酸性铬蓝K的吸附行为,考察了吸附剂用量、pH值、初始浓度、温度与吸附时间对酸性铬蓝K的吸附容量与脱除效果的影响.结果表明。酸性铬蓝K在浓度50g/m^3、pH为2.02、温度320K、吸附剂用量0.1g与吸附时间40min时去除率达到99.9%.  相似文献

以造纸废水处理厂污泥为主要原料,采用化学活化法制备活性炭,考查了活化剂的浓度、活化温度、活化时间、固液比等方面对污泥吸附性能的影响.结果表明:在氯化锌溶液为40%、活化温度为600℃、活化时间为15 min、固液比为1∶3的最佳条件下制备的污泥活性炭碘值达到320 mg·g-1,而加入10%的茶梗添加剂制备的活性炭碘值可达503 mg·g-1,因此引入添加剂可以改善污泥活性炭的吸附性能.利用该污泥活性炭处理含苯酚废水,具有较好的处理效果,因此加强开发并推广污泥制备活性炭新技术,实现废水污泥的资源化利用,成为处理剩余污泥的一种有效途径.  相似文献

以笋壳为原料,采用氯化锌为活化剂制备活性炭,通过正交实验研究各影响因素对活性炭性能的影响。通过静态吸附实验研究ZnCl2活化笋壳活性炭对亚甲基蓝的吸附特性,并从动力学角度探讨其吸附机理。结果表明,制备活性炭主要影响因素为活化温度,其次是ZnCl2浓度,活化时间影响最小。制备活性炭的最佳条件是:ZnCl2浓度为3 mol/L,活化温度控制在400 ℃,活化时间2 h。活性炭对亚甲基蓝的吸附符合准二级动力学方程和Elovich方程,吸附速率控制步骤主要为膜扩散控制。等温吸附曲线与Langmuir型和Freundlich型均拟合较好,吸附过程是优惠吸附。  相似文献

Quantum chemical simulation was used to investigate the catalytic mechanism of Na/K on NO-char heterogeneous reactions during the coal reburning process. Both NO-char and NO-Na/K reactions were considered as three-step processes in this calculation. Based on geometry optimizations made using the UB3LYP/6-31G(d) method, the activation energies of NO-char and NO-Na/K reactions were calculated using the QCISD(T)/6-311G(d, p) method; Results showed that the activation energy of the NO-Na/K reaction (107.9/82.0 kJ/mol) was much lower than that of the NO-char reaction (245.1 kJ/mol). The reactions of NaO/KO and Na2O/K2O reduced by char were also studied, and their thermodynamics were calculated using the UB3LYP/6-31G(d) method; Results showed that both Na and K can be refreshed easily and rapidly by char at high temperature during the coal reburning process. Based on the calculations and analyses, the catalytic mechanism of Na/K on NO-char heterogeneous reactions during the coal reburning process was clarified.  相似文献

用荧光光谱法在pH7.4的PBS中研究了黄豆苷原(Daidzein,Da)与牛血清白蛋白(bovine serum albu-min,BSA)的相互作用.结果表明Da可静态猝灭BSA的内源荧光,温度升高时受动态猝灭的影响变得明显.二者之间的结合位点数约为1.5,315 K、310 K,300 K和290 K时的表观结合常数分别为5.44×104L.mol-1,5.70×104L.mol-1,5.29×104L.mol-1和5.69×104L.mol-1.焓变为0.2969 kJ.mol-1,熵变为91.78为J.mol-1.K-1,各温度下的自由能变均小于零,热力学参数表明二者之间主要靠静电力发生作用,熵变对反应过程具有较大贡献,且反应是自发过程.同步荧光光谱表明Da的加入改变了BSA的构像,使色氨酸残基的微环境亲水性增强.本研究对于阐明Da与蛋白的相互作用机理具有借鉴意义.  相似文献
