近10年,不断出现的非常规突发事件日益成为人们关注的话题。非常规突发事件具有罕见性和复杂性的特点,网络的发达更加剧了非常规突发事件的复杂性。本文对非常规突发事件网络舆情意见领袖进行分析研究,将非常规突发事件发展过程分为前期和后期,前期包括潜伏期和突发期,后期包括持续期和消失期,分别对前后期网络舆情意见领袖的群体构成及其变化进行了分析,最后指出网络舆情意见领袖的重要作用。Abstract： In the recent decade,the constantly occurring unconventional emergencies have become a topic attracting the attention of people.Unconventional emergencies have the characteristics of rarity and complexity.Moreover,the development of the Internet exacerbates the complexity of unconventional emergencies.This article analyzes and studies the Internet public opinion leaders in unconventional emergencies.The article divides the development process of unconventional emergencies into early phase and late phase.The early phase includes the latent period and the burst period,and the late phase includes the duration period and the disappearance period.The article analyzes the group formation and changes of the Internet public opinion leaders in the two phases separately.Finally,the article points out the important role of Internet public opinion leaders. 相似文献

The oceans account for 71% of the Earth’s surface and are rich in the most advantageous and characteristic resources of marine microbes. The research on diversity is the key point for exploring and exploiting marine microbial resources. Giving attention to species diversity and genetic diversity of marine microbes, discovering novel metabolites with multiple functions, revealing key secondary metabolic process and the main regulation mechanisms in marine microbes, and developing a new technology of biosynthesis, are the important foundation for discovering innovative drugs and developing functional products with characteristics. Although both the generalpurpose genotype hypothesis and the hypothesis about the evolution of invasiveness predict that invasive species are characterized by particular traits that confer invasiveness, what these traits are still remains unclear. A theory put forward by a CAS botanist and colleagues suggests that the success of an invasive plant in a new habitat is due to the allocation of more nitrogen to its photosynthesis. The Partner Group does research in cosmology, focussing on the quantitative modeling of the structure and evolution of galaxies and galaxy clusters, the pattern of galaxies and of larger structures. The usual approach in this field is the dark matter paradigm, i.e. the assumption that the basic structures are laid out in a matter component of particles which interact only gravitationally. Numerical simulations of large scale and high resolution are used to follow the evolution of condensations of dark matter particles during cosmological evolution. Most traffic control systems available in major cities in Cameroon are still out dated, make use of theories and models which are very slow to implement, waste resources and their efficiency is very low. Thus the number of road accidents encountered on our major highways and inter urban traffic networks has been increasing despite the various efforts made by government and certain NGO to synthesize road users on certain aspects of traffic control and safety road use. Taxis are not left out in the whole show and most of the blame always falls on them. The need to use available Information and Communication Technology ICT to improve on the control of traffic in inter urban cities and major highways is imperative.
