针对我国公共图书馆信息服务的特点,对有代表性的3家公共图书馆的数字参考咨询系统进行了比较研究,主要从服务政策、服务模式、服务管理3个方面多角度进行了统计分析,进而提出了深化发展我国公共图书馆数字参考咨询服务的建议。
Abstract:
Based on the characteristics of information service in public libraries in China,this paper makes a comparative study of the digital reference systems of 3 typical public libraries.The paper makes a statistical analysis mainly from 3 aspects,that is,service policy,service mode and service management.Finally,the paper puts forward some suggestions for deepening the development of digital reference service in public libraries in China.  相似文献

在探讨Web2.0服务理念对信息服务影响的基础上,指出Web2.0带来大变革:长尾理论、众包模式和云计算,强调以用户为中心和强化用户积极参与;提出Web2.0环境下的信息服务在功能上需重新定位:社会化和个性化服务;因此Web2.0环境下信息服务需从三个方面进行重构:信息资源建设、服务系统和服务业务组织。
Abstract:
Based on the discussion on the impact of Web2. 0 service concept on information service,this article points out the great changes brought about by Web2. 0: the long tail theory,the user-centred mode and cloud computer,emphasizing the centric position of users and strengthening their active participation. The article points out that the function of information service in the Web2. 0 environment should be re-orientated to social and personalized service. Therefore,the information service in the Web2. 0 environment should be reconstructed from 3 aspects: information resources construction,service system organization and service business organization.  相似文献

信息生命周期管理作为一种信息分级存储策略,可以优化存储、降低成本。本文针对当前个性化信息服务中的信息资源建设问题进行剖析,提出了基于信息生命周期管理的个性化信息资源建设模型,以实现信息资源的分级存储和分级服务,解决用户需求变化时没有价值的信息仍占用存储介质的问题以及资源信息存储的无序性等问题。最后,对模型实现存在的问题进行了分析和总结。
Abstract:
Information lifecycle management,as a strategy for information hierarchical storage,can optimize storage and reduce cost. This paper analyzes the problem of information resources construction in the present personalized information service,and then proposes a model of personalized information resources construction based on information lifecycle management,which can fulfill the hierarchical storage and hierarchical service of information resources,and solve the problem of storage media taken up by the information with no value as the user demand changes,and the problem of out-of-sequence storage of information resources. 针对个性化信息服务能力评价中的不确定性问题,基于证据理论建立了个性化信息服务能力评价指标体系和个性化信息服务能力评价模型,并给出了具体算法,通过实证分析计算,不仅验证了该方法能较好地解决评价过程中所遇到的不确定性问题,也证明了该方法的有效性和可行性。
Abstract:
In view of the uncertainty problems in personalized information service capability evaluation,this article develops a personalized information service capability evaluation indicator system and a personalized information service capability evaluation model based on theory of evidence. The article gives the concrete algorithm. The empirical analysis and calculation show that this method can not only resolve the uncertainty problems in the evaluation process,but also testify the effectiveness and feasibility of the method.  相似文献

我国的竞争情报研究虽然已取得了长足的进步,但至今还没有建立起一个系统的理论框架。本文试图通过引进奥地利学派的理论,为竞争情报研究奠定一个经济学理论基础。奥地利学派的"市场过程"的观点和"企业家发现"的观点为竞争情报的存在提供了理论依据。奥地利学派强调信息的"主观发现"、强调"主观信息"以及强调定性的分析方法,对竞争情报的工作具有指导意义。
Abstract:
Although great progress has been made in China in competitive intelligence research,we haven't established a systematic framework of theory yet.This paper tries to lay a theoretical foundation of economics for competitive intelligence research by introducing the theory of Austrian School to China.The"market process"viewpoint and the"entrepreneurial discovery"viewpoint of Austrian school have provided a theoretical basis for the existence of competitive intelligence.Austrian school's emphasis on"subjective discovery of information","subjective information"and qualitative analysis method have important guiding significance for competitive intelligence service.  相似文献

虚拟咨询企业与图书馆都是借助于网络信息技术向社会提供虚拟咨询服务的组织,两者有很多相似的地方。但是,虚拟咨询企业的发展速度、咨询问题的解决数量都是图书馆所无法相比的。本文通过选取猪八戒威客网和联合知识导航网,对两者虚拟咨询模式进行分析和比较来探讨虚拟咨询企业对图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务的启示,以期能够改善、提高图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务水平。
Abstract:
The virtual consulting firms and the libraries are all the organizations providing virtual consuhing service for the society with the help of the Internet information technology. There are many similarities between them. However, the development pace of the virtual consulting firms and the number of their solutions to the consulting problems are faster and larger than those of libraries. This paper selects the Zhubajie Witkey and the Collaborative Online Reference Services as examples to draw inspirations from the virtual consulting firms for libraries to learn by analyzing and comparing their virtual consuhing models with a view to improving and upgrading the virtual reference service level of libraries.  相似文献

With a review of the evolution of the theory of hermeneutics, this paper raises the problem of knowledge gap in information communication, and from the viewpoint of hermeneutics, analyzes its crux and key issues to be resolved. It further discusses the cognitive viewpoints in information studies, compares them with the text receiving theory and stresses the positions and roles of information users as the main part in information communication. Finally, it concludes that the inevitability and impoaance of using hermeneutics to study information communication deserves to be studied and practiced in depth and breadth.  相似文献
