情报学的创建与发展一直都与相关学科之间存在着千丝万缕的联系。从对相关学科的单向依附到一味地回避,使情报学的发展陷入了尴尬的困境。依据德国哲学家伽达默尔有关＂视界融合＂的观点,通过情报学与相关学科意识间的＂超距交流＂,将蕴含于其他学科的视界与情报学的视界相交合,寻求情报学与相关学科融合的根基、共源、途径,从而达成情报学与相关学科有机融合的理想境界。Abstract： The creation and development of information science have been closely linked with related disciplines.The development of information science has fallen into an embarrassing dilemma from unilateral adherence to related disciplines to blind avoidance.In accordance with the German philosopher Gadamer＇s viewpoint of ＂visual field fusion＂,this article integrates the visual field of other disciplines with that of information science through the ＂ultra distance exchange＂ between the consciousness of information science and that of related disciplines to seek the fundamental basis,common origins and approaches for fusing information science with related disciplines.The ideal state of organic fusion of information science with related disciplines is thus reached. 相似文献

The activities of the government can be described as reporting the feelings of the people (receiving infor-mation), making policies (processing information) and issuing government orders (sending out information). This is a typical course of information processing. If we can successively trail and scientifically measure this information course, we will be able to appraise the performance of the government in a scientific way. The development of government informatiza-tion and e-government is providing such a kind of appraisement for the government. China's long and continuous cultural tradition offers scholars the special opportunity for cross-cultural studies in the long-term development of science. The Partner Group focuses on an exemplary case of such long-term development, the development of mechanical knowledge in China from antiquity to the early modern period. Research within the Partner Group is guided by a number of specific research questions, in particular the question of the interaction between practical and theoretical knowledge and the interaction between domestic and external knowledge traditions over a period of more than a millennium. This paper addresses the change of the river-lake relationship in the Huai River and its causes due to environmental change and human activities. A preliminary analysis is made from three aspects: (1) the natural geographical change particularly captured by the Yellow River, (2) water conservancy project construction, and (3) socioeconomic development in the Huai River Basin. Key problems of changes in this river-lake relationship and the Huai River flood control are tackled, involving flood control and disaster alleviation ability of the Basin, engineering and non-engineering measurements applied to flood control and disaster mitigation, and water governance for adaptive management. Research shows that the Huai River is a rather complex one due to its complex geography with a hybrid wet and dry climate zoon, and higher population density. With the alternation of the river-lake relationship and socioeconomic development in the region, new problems keep arising, imposing new requirements on its sustainable water management. Thus, understanding the Huai River is a long and gradually improving process. Its future planning should keep absorbing new achievements of science and technology development, employing new technologies and methods, and gradually deepening our understanding of its fundamental principles. Water governance and adaptive water management will be new challenges and opportunities for the Basin in its river system change and flood control. 相似文献
