导师自主性支持对学术型研究生科研创新能力有着极其重要的作用。研究基于创造力交互理论,深入探讨了导师自主性支持、科研自我效能感、科研训练环境与研究生科研创新能力关系之间的作用机制,并建构出了相关理论假设模型。通过对466名学术型研究生问卷调查数据实证检验了该理论模型,并得出以下结论:导师自主性支持对研究生科研创新能力有着显著的影响,而科研自我效能感在该影响中起着完全中介作用;科研训练环境在导师自主性支持和研究生科研自我效能感之间以及导师自主性支持和研究生科研创新能力之间有着调节效应。此外,研究建议,应当不断强化导师自主性支持、激发研究生科研自我效能感以及创设良好科研训练环境等。 相似文献

大学生是建设创新型国家的主体力量之一。培养并不断提升大学生科研创新能力是大学教育的重要目标,也是国家关注的重点。本研究通过构建科研创新能力影响因素模型,并采用问卷调查法探究自主性学习、导师指导和学校科研支持对大学生科研创新能力的影响。研究发现:自主性学习、导师指导和学校的科研支持均对大学生科研创新能力具有显著正向影响,但导师指导的路径系数稍低;导师指导与自主性学习、学校科研支持间均存在双向正影响。为此,高校应着力提升大学生自主学习能力、增强导师指导效果并加大科研支持力度,以更好地促进大学生科研创新能力的提升。 相似文献

研究生创新能力的培养贯穿研究生培养全过程。通过构建培养过程关键要素对研究生创新能力的影响关系理论模型,对中国14所高校学术型研究生的2424份有效问卷进行回归和中介效应分析后发现,培养过程中的课程教学、导师指导、科研实践、学术氛围和学术规范都显著正向影响研究生的创新能力,其中学术规范影响最强,科研实践影响最弱且对博士生创新能力无显著影响。但学术活动和激励政策对研究生创新能力不存在显著影响,研究生培养在"应然"与"实然"之间存在一定的差距。此外,科研自我效能感正向部分中介了课程教学、导师指导、科研实践、学术氛围、学术规范对研究生创新能力的影响,最大中介效应达到76.85%。因此,学校应注重加强研究生学术规范制度的执行力度、提升研究生科研实践和学术活动的质量、激发研究生科研创新自信心等。 相似文献

"给予导师决定研究生能否毕业的自主权"的政策提议公布后,引起相关各方关注.该政策提议以改革研究生学业水平评价标准为外在表现,指向的深层问题是研究生创新能力与培养质量.基于925份研究生调查问卷,研究发现,研究生对导师自主权以反对和质疑居多,深层顾虑为权力势差下的师生关系异化;影响研究生创新能力的内部限制远大于外部因素;博士生受"唯论文"的外部约束更深.鉴于此,本文认为,应从加强师德师风建设、优化导师指导、发挥综合评价改革的系统作用等方面,营造研究生潜心学术的氛围、促进研究生创新能力的提升、释放研究生的研发能量. 相似文献
