浙江购物旅游消费行为模式实证研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以消费者购买行为基本模式——“刺激一反应”模式作为研究的理论基础,运用因子分析法将影响旅游者购买行为的商品实质刺激因素归纳为“商品种类及购物环境”、“商家服务”、“商品价格与可信度”及“有形展示”四因子,回归分析表明四因子与旅游者对浙江购物地总体评价具有显著性的关联;独立样本T值检验和ANOVA检验同样表明浙江购物地游客的婚姻、学历及出游目的等个人因素对购物地的总体评价具有显著性的影响。  相似文献

Traditional structures and processes as well as norms and beliefs in the field of research training across Europe are challenged by four recent trends. They encompass the implications of the expansion and diversification of the student body in higher education, the changing functioning and role of research in the knowledge economy, the internationalization of the Ph.D. factory and the growing role of governmental supervision for doctoral training. Altogether, these trends foster internal diversity within higher education and research as well as external diversity in the contribution made to the economy and the growing variety of careers for those who have gone through doctoral training. The paper reviews these processes and respective responses in public intervention as well as in higher education to reorganize doctoral training. It is argued that a diversity of organizational and structural forms as well as different validation criteria and procedures will probably determine the future face of doctoral education across Europe.  相似文献

目的:以安徽省芜湖市467名高校大学生为研究对象,探索大学生旅游消费行为的特征,分析大学生旅游消费行为的影响因素。以期指导中西部二线城市大学生旅游市场的开发。方法:采用随机抽样方式发放调查问卷并获取数据,使用SPSS统计软件进行数据处理。结果:影响大学生旅游消费行为的主要人口学变量分别为(1)性别,(2)月生活费,(3)年级,其在出游时间、出游方式及旅游食宿要求上存在显著差异。  相似文献

Attention acts as the mind's “gatekeeper” by regulating and prioritizing the stimuli processed by the central nervous system. It is essential for cognitive performance, memory, and behavior, and we know that even slight deficiencies in attention compromise learning. Basic neuroscience research further indicates that attention consists of (fairly) independent subcomponents, which rely on distinct neural structures, and serve different functions in everyday behavior. Disturbances of brain function, such as those suggested to be related to learning disabilities, may lead to different patterns of attention performance (i.e., some attention systems may work sufficiently well, while others are substantially impaired). The present experiment describes a pilot study that aimed to characterize the extent and range of individual variations in attention performance in persons classified as learning disabled. Specifically, we tested the hypothesis that attention is not uniformly impaired in these individuals. Rather, we expected some subcomponents to be more severely impaired than others, and substantial heterogeneity in the individual “deficit patterns.”The Test of Everyday Attention (TEA) was used to assess visual selective attention, attentional switching, sustained attention, and auditory–verbal working memory in students with nondyslexic learning disability (LD group) and matched controls. The group comparison revealed a significantly weaker performance in the LD group. Analysis of subtest-specific scaled scores further indicated great individual differences in the performance pattern. Thus, in each student with LD, we found normal performance in at least two subtests, while other subcomponents where severely impaired. The study supports the idea of differential attention deficits in the learning disabled, and suggests individual patterns of “strengths and weaknesses.” Taking the relationship of attention and learning into account, this finding is important with respect to the design of individual learning programs and the teaching techniques chosen for the acquisition of skills and knowledge.  相似文献

旅游动机与游客重游意愿的关系研究,兼具理论和实践意义.运用因子分析法,将凤凰古城旅游者动机分为:公务和社交、学习求知、体验文化、放松释压和购物.通过相关分析得出,购物动机与各时段重游意愿存在显著相关关系.多元回归分析结果表明,购物动机对各时段重游意愿具有预测效果,体验文化动机对10年内重游意愿具有预测效果.最后,提出了研究展望.  相似文献

In 2005 a survey was used to investigate social norms and attitudes of Viennese high school students (14–20 years, n = 340) toward organic products. Young people, who already participate in household decisions and consume organic products, have not yet been recognized sufficiently in research. The Theory of Reasoned Action and discriminant analysis are used to explore relations of a number of variables and the complex field of factors influencing Viennese high school students’ shopping behavior when shopping for organic products. Key findings include the importance of primary socialization in forming social norms and shaping behavior. Surprisingly, knowledge of organic products does not explain students’ self-reported shopping behavior when shopping for organic products. Cultural patterns seem to be far more useful to predict behavior and attitudes toward organic products.  相似文献

In this article we review our experience of collaborating in the design and delivery of multidisciplinary training and support programmes for doctoral students and our attempts to locate models and metaphors for research planning and implementation which travel well across disciplines. We extend the metaphor of the journey to conceptualize a mapping of the Ph.D. process and examine the extent to which research students from widely divergent backgrounds may travel together and help each other navigate towards their destinations. We explore some issues of culture and communication involved in working in an interdisciplinary context, showing how we have been provoked to reflect critically on our own research identities and locations in the process of working together. We also identify some tensions between the assumptions about research development embodied in recent government policy documents and the lived experience of the research students with whom we work.  相似文献

以重庆沙坪坝为实证研究对象,在问卷调查分析的基础上,通过对比城市居民对不同类型商品的购物偏好,详细分析了城市居民购物行为的时空分布特征:天中的购物高峰期出现在下午;双休日购物活动明显多于工作日;购物活动持续时间与商品的购物频率成反比,而与商品价值成正比;居民日常购物超市化趋势明显;城市居民选择商品购买地较理性,中档购买场所受欢迎。此外,对城市居民购物行为时空分布特征其形成原因作了简要分析。  相似文献

以西安市国内游客作为研究对象,通过主成分分析法和非参数检验的方法,对游客旅游购物决策风格类型进行了实证分析,结果显示,游客的旅游购物决策风格类型可划分为七大类,分别是决策困惑与冲动型、追求品质与享受型、谨慎与理智型、追求新奇型、从众与保守型、价格敏感型、自主与成熟型.其中“自主与成熟型”、“从众与保守型”、“谨慎与理智型”、“追求新奇型”购物类型在性别、个人月收入、年龄和受教育程度方面呈现出显著差异,男性及年龄偏大游客对旅游购物持谨慎与保守的态度,而收入和受教育程度越高的游客喜欢高品质旅游产品,消费较为成熟.  相似文献

中国是澳大利亚入境旅游发展最快的客源国,中澳两国政府在推动该旅游市场的发展中均发挥了积极作用。文章从中国赴澳旅游市场发展、旅游市场行为表现、旅游时间特征3个方面详细分析了该市场特征,并对与此市场特征对应的澳大利亚入境旅游市场营销行为进行了分析。研究发现:中国赴澳旅游已经进入深层次旅游发展状态,表现出具有时代需求的休闲特征、购物特征、全年性特征。该市场变化主要缘于旅游自组织和促销作用的发挥,反映出的本质内涵是旅游发展类型的转变,及新时代旅游产业发展方向的转变。  相似文献

The authors have studied heterogeneity in reporting behavior and its impact on the analysis of self-reports about students’ dishonest behavior in schools. Two hundred sixty-five randomly chosen, seventh-grade students (typically 12 years old) from lower secondary schools in Prague 6, a district in the capital of the Czech Republic, participated in this survey. The results of the self-reports, adjusted for heterogeneity, are highly related to students’ levels of academic achievement and their parents’ education and partly related to their gender, while unadjusted self-reports are only slightly related to the level of parents’ education. The authors also show differences in the reporting behavior across diverse subdomains of school behavior and suggest using anchoring vignettes closely related to the domain described in the self-reports.  相似文献

The expansion of private sectors of higher education has usually been regarded as a factor of diversification in higher education systems. Some of this differentiation has been found to arise from the affiliation of private institutions with organizations outside the field of higher education. This article reports the results of a study of this form of interorganizational relationship in private universities in Chile. Cases include universities founded or sponsored by religious, business and military organizations. A typology of private universities is proposed, on the basis of the forms affiliation (or its absence), was observed to take in the cases examined. Weak and strong forms of affiliation are described, and affiliated universities are compared to “proprietary” universities, i.e., those owned by individuals who govern them from their positions in the board of directors, and “independent” universities, in which governance lies with internal – academic or administrative – constituents. Albeit derived from the case of Chile, the typology could be applied to the analysis of private higher education in other national systems. The second part of the article seeks to ascertain whether affiliation operates as a source of differentiation in Chilean private higher education. Results show that, compared to the other types of private universities, the affiliated ones possess distinctive mission statements and declarations of principles, consistent with the orientations of their sponsor institutions, they tend to be smaller, and to have more full-time and better qualified faculty. Some receive financial support from their sponsor organization or its members. Distinctiveness was not found in indicators of prestige and student selectivity, nor in tuition levels, program offerings, curriculum design, the weight of research and graduate programs in their functions, student socioeconomic profile, and faculty involvement in governance. This is not to say that there are no differences in these dimensions among private universities: much diversity exists, but most of it cuts across all categories of interest for our study. Overall, affiliation does not appear to be a strong factor behind the diversification that exists in the Chilean private university sector.  相似文献

Intensive longitudinal data (ILD) have become increasingly common in the social and behavioral sciences; count variables, such as the number of daily smoked cigarettes, are frequently-used outcomes in many ILD studies. We demonstrate a generalized extension of growth mixture modeling (GMM) to Poisson-distributed ILD for identifying qualitatively distinct trajectories in the context of developmental heterogeneity in count data. Accounting for the Poisson outcome distribution is essential for correct model identification and estimation. In addition, setting up the model in a way that is conducive to ILD measures helps with data complexities - large data volume, missing observations, and differences in sampling frequency across individuals. We present technical details of model fitting, summarize an empirical example of patterns of smoking behavior change, and describe research questions the generalized GMM helps to address.  相似文献
