本文对网络问政方面的国内外研究情况进行了扼要梳理,认为网络问政研究正处在开创期,研究者们对其进行的一般性、相关性研究多,具体性、直接性分析较少,至于如何区分网络问政与正在热议和讨论的网络政治参与、网络舆论、网络监督、网络政治沟通等概念,怎样科学确立网络问政的研究主题、范围、内容等基础性问题;以及当前我国网络问政表现为哪几种基本形式、模式或形态,合理而规范的网络问政是怎样的,如何优化和整合各种网络问政模式……这些都还尚待深入研究。 相似文献

本文对网络舆情与网络问政进行了实证分析,认为网络舆情与网络问政是一把双刃剑,一方面网络舆情与网络问政拓展了网民对政治参与的广度与深度,展现了网络时代民主监督的威慑力,加快了信息社会行政管理体制改革的步伐。另一方面网络舆情与网络问政也助长无政府主义思潮的泛滥,影响和破坏国家的统一、社会稳定和公私信息安全。网络舆情与网络问政消极影响的产生,涉及到诸如官僚群体的廉洁程度、执法水平、诚信等方面,还涉及到网络运营商和网民的道德自律意识和有序政治参与意识。 相似文献
